Important! This feature is applying only for bookings for specific time-slots, or if activated change-over days feature. Its does not work for full booked days.
- price by traveler but for individual ressource?
If you need to set some additional cost for the booking, depending from selected options in the select-boxes or checkboxes in your booking form, so then it’s possible in the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions.
You can use [cost_hint] shortcode in the booking form at the Booking > Settings > Form page to show the total booking cost in real time depending from the selection of dates and some other options in booking form. It’s possible in the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions.
Kind Regards
Hello and thank you very much for the answers!
I ll try and get back to you !
Have a nice day

Hello,
My client would like to only have two pre-selected days available per month. Is there a way to do this besides making a number of fake multi-day bookings to fill in the rest of the days? I'm hoping there is a way to select two available days on the calendar in the backend so fake bookings aren't needed. Thanks!
So after visitor will open the page, he will see the calendar with your 2 available dates and can select them and submit the booking.
Kind Regards.
Hello,

Hello.
1) Please deactivate the "Change over" days option at the Booking > Settings General page in "Calendar" section.
- Then you need to activate the "range days selection mode" at the Booking > Settings General page in "Calendar" section and set minimum number of days selection as 2 days"
- Under the option "Change over days" at the Booking > Settings General page in "Calendar" section , please set
Check it: 16:00
Check out: 12:00
P.S. Important info for future. Currently you are having this:
Check it: 12:00
Check out: 12:0
It's wrong. Times can not be the same. Check out time must be early than check in time.
Also instead of "12:0" correct value is "12:00"
Kind Regards.
I have service providers that work every other saturday.
Is this easily possible to setup with your plugin?
Other plugins are complicated or tedious to achieve this. They usually require me to setup every day that they will be working for the whole year and then have to enter it all again for the following year and so on.

Hello.
Probably you need to check the Booking Calendar MultiUser version.
In the Booking Calendar MultiUser version possible that each registered WordPress user (your owner) have own individual independent booking admin panel, and can see and manage only own booking resources and some other settings (other owners will not see the bookings from this owner, they can see only own bookings). Please check more here (at bottom of the page) https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/
Also each owner (user) will receive the emails about the bookings of their own service(s) or property (booking resource(s)) and can approve or decline them. Please note, that each owner WordPress user) will have different individual calendar(s) with booking forms in the separate pages. Please retest it in the live demo.
When I delete an event in my Google calendar, it remains in WPBookingCalander. I have checked the box that says "trash all bookings on import" to try to fix this, but my deleted bookings in Google Calendar still remain. Can you help with this please?
Many thanks,
Hello.
Please be sure that you are making import of events via .ics feeds and not via the Google API.
Then recheck that you have no such event (which you deleted in the Google Calendar) in the .ics feed that you use to import new bookings.
Also you need to configure the import shortcode at the page and configure cron to periodically start import and trash previosly imported bookings.
Please note, the import process is working in that case, when some visitor is open your website page with booking import shortcode. So you can configure CRON at your server, for periodically accessing this page with booking import shortcode to start the import process. Or you can insert the import shortcode before booking form shortcode, so firstly the system will start the import process and only then show the booking form, when someone visits your page.
You can define CRON at your server for periodically access pages with import .ics feeds shortcodes and start import process during specific time-intervals, then check this: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/cron-script/
Kind Regards.
Hello,
Thanks for your reply, but we want to use the automatic google import which you offer. Does this not allow changed or deleted bookings? That seems like a large omission if true, essentially making the feature useless.
It's beyond the capability of the website owner to maintain and run a cron/ics setup as you suggested, they are not technical people.
Hello.
You need to set for this option "Trash / delete all imported bookings before new import" value as "Permanently delete" at the Booking > Settings > Sync > "General" page.
To move all previously imported bookings to trash or permanently delete before new import bookings.
It's can resolve issue of updating deleted and edited events in external sources.
It works only, if you are using one source (.ics feed) for importing into specific booking resource!
Kind Regards.
Thanks again for the reply.
So just to confirm, removing or changing bookings is only possible via .ics, not via Google API?
thanks,
Hello.
Yes, that is correct.
Kind Regards.
Sorry, but in your example above when yu call for the booking manager plugin to insert the short-code, WP doesn't look like that any more. For a while now the Posts page uses guttenburg, and I cannot find a block for Booking manager.
Hello we have a booking system and we would like to make a counter of available time for example we have from 12:00 to 14:00, and we have 32 spaces, So user can select for example 1,2,3 or 4 spaces. and how we should make that user would see how left spaces are available.? https://www.cbc.lt/sekmadienio-pasizaidimai/
Hello.
Unfortunately, if you need to make the several specific number of bookings per the same time slot at the same date in SAME CALENDAR, it is NOT possible in any versions of Booking Calendar. Sorry. Please check my suggestion below.
A) The ability to book for the specific times only possible in the Booking Calendar Business Small / Business Medium versions (and in higher versions for booking resources with capacity =1). Please note if you will make the booking for the specific time slot, this time slot becomes unavailable for the other visitors for that selected date in the current specific calendar.
In lower versions of Booking Calendar it is possible to make bookings only for restricted timeslots.
You can configure the time slots selections on the Booking > Settings > Form page. Please use the "shortcode generator" on the right side of that page for the correct generation of the shortcode.
You can use one"timerange" (timeslots) or "start time" and"end time" selections or"starttime" and "duration"of time selections shortcodes or even start time and end time entering shortcodes. Please read more about the booking form fields configuration here http://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-form-fields/
You can test the bookings for the specific time-slots in action on the live demo of Business Small version (which is configured by default for the bookings of specific time-slots) here: http://bs.wpbookingcalendar.com/ Other live demo you will need to reconfigure.
B) If you need to make the specific number of bookings per day, then you need to check the Booking Calendar Business Large version, where it is possible to make several reservations per specific FULL date(s) by visitors (not time slots). Please read more about it here http://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#capacity
At this version is possible to set capacity of the booking resource, so date(s) in calendar will be available until number of reservations is less than capacity of the booking resource. But in this version is possible to make reservation only for FULL date, not a time slots (time slots in this version only record data in the DB, but do not play any logic in reservation). Please read more info about the booking resources and how to configure them here http://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-resource/
Suggestion! I can suggest that you can create the booking resource with specific capacity in the Booking Calendar Business Large version for each of your times and then have the independent calendar for each of your time slots for the reservation. It means that your visitors firstly need to select the times in the select box, where all your options will be listed.
Is there a way print a spread sheet of all rentals in 2022?
Hello.
You can export exist bookings to the CSV file in any paid versions of Booking Calendar. You need to open the Booking Listing page, then at Actions toolbar click on “Export” button.
After this you will be able to open CSV file with bookings in MS Excel or some other applications.
Hello

Also in the dashboard of the calender overview we don´t see the customer information if we hower on the blue beam. The nigths we have fixed now but I don´t know how i can fix the dashboard.
I look forward to your answer.
Hello.
Please recheck that your plugin was not auto updates with WordPress auto update plugin feature.
And you still use your paid version. Check your version at the Booking > Settings General page in right side of that page.
You can activate to show booking details in Timeline at the Booking > Settings General page in “Timeline (front-end)” section.
Kind Regards.
Good day,
unfortunately it did not work. Today I installed the new update and checked the Front End box.
Before the update, I did not get any detailed information in the calendar overview. Also the bookings are no longer clickable. After the update, the detailed information in the booking overview is also gone. Only the booking date and the email address are displayed. If I make an export of the bookings via CSV all data is stored.
What must be done so that we can use the tool as usual?
Best regards
Hello.
For showing booking details in the Timeline (at front-end side), please open the Booking > Settings General page in "Timeline (front-end)" section and activate this option "Booking details in popover" and configure the option "Booking title" for booking inline detail in pipeline.
In "Calendar Overview" at admin panel, the booking details must to show by default.
Do you have this issue at the front-end side or at admin panel ?
If you still will have an issue, please send screenshot of Booking > Settings General page and send screenshot of the issue, also send the exact link to your page with booking form, where you are having the issue.
Please send all this info to support @ wpbookingcalendar.com
Thank you.
Sorry i have the problems on the admin panel
I have send screenshots on the Email
Hello.
Thank you, I have sent email to you.
Kind Regards.
when someone makes a booking I (admin) get an email of an error in the mail of the person who booked. the person that booked do not receive an email only after I approve the user gets an email that the booking is approved.
Whats waired is when I'm booking on an incognito window for testing everything works great
Hello.
If you have the issue with sending/receiving emails, probably you need to install some smtp plugin. Not sending emails, can depend on the different items. Please check this troubleshooting instruction: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/no-emails/
Shot summary.
Firstly you need to check that you have activated and configured the email templates at the Booking > Settings > Emails page:
- option "Enable / Disable" at the specific email templates at the Booking > Settings > Emails page, must be checked
- also "From" field at the specific email template must to have the same website DNS as your website.
Why do you need to have an SMTP plugin?
SMTP plugins have to fix your email deliverability by reconfiguring WordPress to use a proper SMTP provider when sending emails.
This is a problem for a lot of WordPress sites because by default, WordPress uses the PHP mail function to send emails generated by WordPress.
The issue is that most WordPress hosting companies don’t have their servers properly configured for sending PHP emails.
The combination of two causes your WordPress emails to not get delivered.
Thank you for your previous response.
I would like to clarify that the other email notifications are being sent successfully, only the "pending order" email is not being received by the user. Nevertheless, Im receiving an email indicating that the mail delivery had failed and the message is being returned to the sender.
I would like to inquire about the following as well:
1. Does the platform support multiple bookings for the same day?
2. Is there a plan to implement an affiliate program, either through a referral link or coupon code, to benefit businesses?
3. Are there any plans to integrate with Elementor in the future? I have tried, but I was unsuccessful.
4. Are there any plans to update the UI/UX design to align with platforms such as Booknetic?
Thank you for your time and attention.
Best regards,
Oren Bar Tal
FYI - I want to confirm that my email settings are enabled.
Hello.
0) Still I think that you need to install the SMTP plugin.
1) If you need to make a specific number of bookings per day, then you need to check the Booking Calendar Business Large version, where it is possible to make several reservations per specific FULL date(s) by visitors (not time slots). Please read more about it here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#capacity
In this version it is possible to set the capacity of the booking resource, so date(s) in the calendar will be available until the number of reservations is less than capacity of the booking resource. But it's possible to make booking only for FULL date, not a time slot (time slots in this version are only saved as data into the database, but do not apply to availability logic).
2) Currently we do not have such plans.
3) Booking Calendar support Elementor. Just use the shortcode block in Elementor for adding Booking Calendar shortcode. Then configure shortcode like here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/shortcode-booking-form/
4) Currently no. Sorry.
Kind Regards.

Hello,
I'm having only one issue with the plugin.

We highly recommend to check this article about different configuration of capacity and availability http://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/capacity-concept/
_____________________________________________
Suggestion! I can suggest that you can create the booking resource with specific capacity in the Booking Calendar Business Large version for each of your times and then have the independent calendar for each of your time slots for the reservation. It means that your visitors firstly need to select the times in the select box, where all your options will be listed.
And only after that select the date and fill the booking form. It can look like this: http://bm.wpbookingcalendar.com/select-resource-2/

Please recheck that your plugin was not auto updates with WordPress auto update plugin feature.
And you still use your paid version. Check your version at the Booking > Settings General page in right side of that page.
Otherwise you can request the new update of Booking Calendar on this page: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/request-update/
You can activate to show booking details in Timeline at the Booking > Settings General page in “Timeline (front-end)” section.

Good day,
unfortunately it did not work.

But in most situations you will need to install and configure some SMTP plugin.
We can recommend to install and configure this WP Mail plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/
but you can search and install any other SMTP plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/smtp/
It also can be a reason why your emails are marked as spam.
Please check more here https://wpmailsmtp.com/wordpress-emails-going-to-spam/
Kind Regards.
Otherwise check all points from this troubleshooting instruction: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/no-emails/
Including checking emails and error logs files.
1) If you need to make a specific number of bookings per day, then you need to check the Booking Calendar Business Large version, where it is possible to make several reservations per specific FULL date(s) by visitors (not time slots). Please read more about it here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#capacity
You can test it in the live demo here https://bl.wpbookingcalendar.com/
Watch video about this feature here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/availability-capacity-video-overview/
Highly recommend, to check this article about configuration of capacity and availability for booking resources: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/capacity-concept/
2) Currently we do not have such plans.
3) Booking Calendar support Elementor. Just use the shortcode block in Elementor for adding Booking Calendar shortcode. Then configure shortcode like here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/shortcode-booking-form/
4) Currently no. Sorry.
Kind Regards.
