  1. We want to track resources how many times booked and how much we have earned from a specific resource per day.
    Does any version support this feature?

    We want to assign a driver to taxi(resource) per day or two. next day we will change the driver to the taxi. Is this feature available?

    when taxi drops a customer that we stay at droped location only. can we update the present location of the taxi(resource) by any chance for tracking perpose?

    • Hello.
      1) unfortunately plugin does not have functionality for tracking users activity during making booking.
      But you can export exist bookings to the CSV file (it's at the booking listing page at action tab). And then open this file in the MS Excel or some other applications and then generate reports by yourself.

      2) the functionslity with assigning drivers and other relative actions is not supporting. Sorry.

  2. Can we have searchable drop down field in the form. When user types some letters the dropdown should populate related word for selecting?

    I'm working with a client to build a booking and payment system for her wedding and event hire business. We are in the first stages of developing her site - and wondering if your system ($99) has the capacity to meet her needs. She wants to be able to list her inventory of items (lots of different items and stock no's) and hire them out for 3 day intervals. She wants to have a system that allows clients to choose multiple items easily and checkout (fill in forms) once at the end of the process, at the end accept paypal payments - and to provide a terms and condition document which must be agreed to before purchase. She wants to receive email notification each time a booking is made. I'd just like to make sure this system can do that before we buy the product - thanks for any advice and help you can provide.       1) with paid version of Booking Calendar you can create the booking resources for the each of your inventory itmes and then insert the booking forms for the each of your booking resources into the posts or pages.       2) If you need to have selections of only 3 days, then you can activate the "range days selection mode" using 1 mouse click and set the number of selected dates as 3. Please read more here: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#range-days-selection
      3) Its does not possible to book several items during one booking process. Its means that "shopping cards" functionality is not supporting.
      4) You can configure the email templates at the Booking > Settings > Emails page

  4. Is there an email Cc or Bcc feature for admin notification of every incoming booking request? This feature is very critical in my clients' websites.

    • Hello.
      You can configure and customize the email templates at the Booking > Settings > Emails page.

      The emails are sending to the single email, which you are set at the settings, after the specific action.

      If you want to send the email about the new booking, to the several (Admin) users. so you can use the emails in the form "To" in such format:

      email1@server.com,email2@server.com

      or like this, if the previous do not work:

      email1@server.com;email2@server.com

      Please note it's possible to set for the email, which are sending to the admin and do not for the visitors.

  5. hi i want to change the "visitor" menu that it should say rental(i know how to do that) and instead of "1 2 3 4" it should say "sim rental" "phone rental" "smartphone rental". is there any way to do that. thank you!

      You can use the labels near the values at the "visitors" shortcode at the Booking > Settings > Fields page.
      For example:
      [select visitors "sim rental@@1" "phone rental@@2" "smartphone rental@@3"]
      Or if you just need to have the list of these elements in the selectbox, then you can use this:
      [select rental "sim rental" "phone rental" "smartphone rental"]

  6. Hi Guys, we have two rental holiday homes each need a different calendar it is all on the small site. Can your plug in manage this?I have installed the free plug-in which works but. I need to be able to take bookings for the to rentals for the same weeks or days. Look forward to your reply

  7. I cant seem to get my search to return from more than 1 resource without providing a drop down menu.
    I would like a purely date based search, returning all available resouces on the date date range.
    This is a hotel booking system I am creating.
    I have the business large version.

    I’m using on the page the widget booking calendar and booking form in two different rows. The problem is on the booking form. Before the fields, is appearing a text “calendar loading”. Can I remove this text?

      In you case such configuration will not work, where you inserted separately as widget the availability calendar and then separately the booking form.
      Selected dates will not record for the booking. Please read more here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/why-the-booking-calendar-widget-not-show-on-page/

      You need to configure booking form with 2 columns (one column for the calendar and one column for the booking form fields) at the Booking > Settings > Fields page.
      And insert ONE shortcode for the booking form.

      • This is what I did. I added on the page two rows one for the widget booking calendar and one for the booking form. The Booking calendar and the booking form are loading normal without any problem. Also the calendar values works with the time slots. I mean, when I select a day from the calendar then related time slots appearing in the time slot area. The only problem is the text “calendar is loading” before the fields. It seems to be fake.

          Its wrong. Even if the timeslots is working. In this case the dates does not recording to the DB and the booking will be wrong. Please check my previous suggestion.

            I cannot understand your suggestion. I think this is that I did. Bellow you will find the steps that I did.
            1. Create a new form booking with “2 columns form template” (Booking-> Settings-> Fields).
            2. I added a shortcode with specific columns.
            3. Saved the booking form.
            4. Assign the booking form for these specific rooms in resource (Booking-> Resource).
            5. And new page.
            6. Create 2 rows (One for booking calendar and one for booking form).
            7. Add on widget calendar in the first row for booking calendar (On Page).
            8. Add on widget calendar in the second row for booking form (On page).
            Then I get the same behavior.

              Everything fine until point #6.

              Its does not possible to insert into the same page the booking form and then the booking widget for the same booking resource. In this case system will work wrong.

              The correct way todo that is to insert the booking form (which already have calendar inside), into the post or page. DO NOT ADD THE Booking CALENDAR WIDGET.

                  You need to reconfigure the format of booking form at the Booking > Settings > Fields page.
                  Just use HTML or CSS elements to have the booking form as you need.
                  Also you can reset your booking form to one of standard form templates (you can find these templates at the top toolbar).

  9. Hi,

    I have thousands of listing business owners on my website. I would like each of these owners to have their own calendar for appointments. Any user should be able to make an appointment on the listing page of an individual business owner John.

    Business owner John should be able to approve the appointments or reject them using his individual admin page.
    The business owner john should have his own admin panel and not have access to administrator dashboard of wordpress. Other business owners should not be able to see the admin page of calendar of John.

    Is this functionality doable with this booking product? Also can it sync with google calendar?

    • Hello.
      1) The ability to configure the several email templates for the different booking resources possible only in the Booking Calendar MultiUser version.
      In this version you firstly need to create the several wordpress users. Then activate the booking admin panels for them (at the Booking > Settings > Users page). After this if you log in as specific such "regular user" you be able to create the booking resources and then configure independent, individual email templates, booking forms, and some other settings.

      In the this version possible that each registered wordpress user (your owners) have own individual independent booking admin panel, and can see and manage only own bookings and some other settings (other owners will not see the bookings from this owner, they can see only own bookings). Also each owner (user) will receive the emails about the bookings of the own service(s) or property (booking resource(s)) and can approve or decline them. Also please note, that the each owner (wordpress user) will have different individual calendar(s) with booking forms in the separate pages. Please retest it in the live demo.
