Great plugin! I'm going to be using this as an Employee Time-Off request calendar. I have a few questions:
Is there a way to turn OFF the double-booking feature? I want to be able to post multiple, full-day "bookings" by separate users (employees) if needed.
Can I add notes to each individual booking so that it shows who submitted it on the calendar? Meaning, if Employee #1 requests Monday - Wednesday off, I want that to be seen on the Calendar so other employees know.

The possibility to book several times for the same full date is possible at the Business Large version. At the Booking Calendar Business Large version is possible to set the capacity of the booking resource, it’s mean that your visitors can make the several reservations per the same date, in other words, the date(s) in calendar will be available until lumber of reservations per these full dates is less than capacity of the booking resource. Please note, if you will use the timeslot selection for the booking resource with capacity higher than one, so then this timeslot will be simply record as a data into DB according this booking, but will not impact to the time availability. Unfortunately, in this version is not possible to show, who is made the booking for the specific full day(s) at the front-end side, because the system is show the availability per day there.

sometimes my clients told me that clicking on the link in the email received from me in order to pay by Paypal, the opened page shows the next message:
Wrong booking hash in URL. Probably hash is expired
Almost all the times it works good but sometimes not.
What could the problem be?

Probably you are activate the "changing booking HASH after approve of booking", in the general booking settings page.
And you are send the payment request to the visitor and after that approve the booking. In this situation the link to pay in that email will be not active.
So you are need to approve booking and only then send the link to pay. Or send the link to pay and do not approve the email. Or deactivate the changing hash feature at the general booking settings page.

Probably you are have some JavaScript error at that page. Please recheck your page for the any JavaScript errors and try to fix them.

If you are still will have this issue, please try to deactivate one by one your active plugins and recheck if its help or not. If its not help, please try to deactivate the actual them and activate the default wordpress theme. Need to find the reason why the calendar is not showing.

In the Booking Calendar Business Large version, is possible to make several reservations per specific FULL date(s) for the different "child" resources. But inside calendar is showing only availability per day and visitor can not select the specific resource. So its little different from what you are mean. I have allready Booking Calendar Business Large version. Look at https://www.beautylab.dk/book-behandling/ansigtsbehandlinger the problem with this booking system is that the customer is not able to see witch times is free for booking. Only for one resorces at the time. So they had to check all the calendars to be sure for booking at new time.
And the owner is going to spending a lot of time on phonecalls with customers changing there bookings.
What can I do?
You can insert all these booking forms into one page (one under other) so its will be visible.
But its not possible to show the bookings (already booked times) in one calendar at the front-end side, yet. Sorry.
Its only possible to view all these bookings in the admin side at the Calendar Overview page.

1) Its possible to highlight the days, which need to select, in the Booking Calendar Business Small and higher versions, if you will activate the "range days" selection mode using 2 mouse clicks, at the General Booking Settings page.
2) The possibility to book several times the same FULL date by different visitors is possible at the Booking Calendar Business Large version, where is possible to make several reservations per specific FULL date(s) by visitors (not time slots). At this version is possible to set capacity of the booking resource, so date(s) in calendar will be available until number of reservations is less then capacity of the booking resource.But in this version is possible to make reservation only for FULL date, not a time slots (time slots in this version only record data in DB, but not play any logic in reservation). Im still having issues with bookings dissapear from the list. I have now set all cancellation / change / confirmation emails to be sent to Admin, but bookings dissapear without no cancellation has been made. It is utterly annoying. Please advise.

What version number of Booking Calendar do you use ?
1) According emails. Please open the Booking > Settings > Emails page, and recheck that option "Send copy of this email to Admin:" in the "Declined" tab is checked.
Also please recheck your Spam folder according those emails.
2) Please try to deactivate the "Auto-cancel bookings:" in the General Booking Settings page at the "Auto cancelation / auto approval of bookings" and test few days to check if the bookings still will disappear or not. Just to recheck that the reason of the issue in this feature.
Also is it possible that some other user of your wordpress website is accidentally cancel those bookings ?

It happened again right now, a member booked two session on the same day this monday and one just dissapeared even though he got a confirmation email and the payment was OK. No cancellation email was sent to either member or admin.

No, sorry, the auto cancellation feature was not turned off this time, it´s off now. Im sure the visitor didnt manually cancel the booking.
I´ll report back if this happens with the auto-feature turned off, sorry for the confusion!
Ok, so the Auto Cancellation feature has been turned off for about a week now and 5 bookings has been deleted from the list allowing other users to book the hours instead. No email recieved / no cancellation made whatsoever.
A new problem surfaced today, a user paid (i got the confirmation email from PayPal) but the booking say "Payment unknown".
Please advise 🙂

1) Its really strange... I can only make suggest that you be sure that you have no any cancellations links inside of the Booking > Settings > Emails page.
I have one final suggestions. If you are activate the auto approve/auto cancel booking feature in the Booking > Settings > Payment > PayPal page, and visitor click on the "Cancel link" on the paypal website, so in this case the booking can be canceled, after the visitor is redirected to your website.
2) The approve process of the specific booking is possible, when you are configure the return link at the Booking > Settings > Payment page and if the visitor click at the "Return to the site" link after he made the payment at the paypal site. If the visitor, who made the booking, just close the payment page without clicking on the return link, so auto approve feature will not work, because in this case the system will not know anything about the status of the payment. And thats why the payment status will not be changed.

I'm considering buying your plugin to replace the appointments plugin being used here. Could you please tell me if your plugin will support the following?
1. Allow admin to make 8 lanes available, each able to be booked for different lengths of time (15, 30, 60 min).
2. Allow buyers to see available times for all 8 lanes on the same calendar.
3. Allow buyers to make an appointment without needing to select a lane. For example, they select 9am Thursday for 15 min, and if that time is available on any lane, the plugin will automatically select an available lane.

At the Booking Calendar Business Small and Business Medium versions are possible to make the bookings for the specific time slot.
Please note, if some visitor will reserve the specific time slot at selected date at specific booking resource (calendar), this timeslot become unavailable for the other visitors at this selected date in this booking resource.

I can suggest that you can create the booking resource with specific capacity for the each of your times and then have the independent own calendar for the each of your time slot for the reservation. We wish to setup our multi-user booking calendar as such -
We have several tutors within our organisation. We wish to setup an individual calendar for each tutor and each tutor should be able to log-in and mark in their availability from week to week.
Our students should be able to use the booking calendar to book either half hour (£10) or 1hr (£18) one-on-one lessons (ie. capacity for each booking is 1). They should also be able to make a block booking of 4 lessons at a discounted rate but then only book in the 1st lesson, with subsequent lessons being booked afterwards.
Students should also be able use the search function to find available time slots from either all or individual tutors on an available date.
I've tried to set this up myself but it seems that most of your tutorials and demos are based around hotel rooms and there is very little info there as to how I can set this up on the way I require.
Please could you send me on instructions or provide an admin demo similar to this setup that I could use as a template to set this up myself?

1) Firstly you are need to create the several wordpres users for the each of your "tutors".
2) Then you are need to open the Booking > Settings > Users page, while you are logged in as "super booking admin user and activate each of other your users ("tutors").

3) Now, when you log in as specific "tutor" user you can configure some settings (like fields (including timeslots) and email templates) and availability for the booking resource(s) of this specific tutor user (for doing that, you are need to open the Booking > Resources > Filters page and define the specific days as specific season filter(s), then at the Booking > Resources > Availability page you can set these day(s) as available or unavailable for the specific booking resource.
4) You can insert the booking form into the post or page using the booking button at the edit toolbar of edit post page. Please read more how to insert and configure the booking shortcode into the post or page here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/inserting-booking-form/ So your visitors (students) then can make the booking(s) for the specific "tutors"
5) You can configure the time-slots or times for the booking at the Booking > Settings > Fields page (when you are logged in as specific "tutor" user). 6) I am not sure that correctly understood this point: " They should also be able to make a block booking of 4 lessons" But probably you are mean possibility to book several timeslots (which can mean lessons) per day. So then I can suggest, that you can define the start time selections (start time of lesson) and duration of time (probabaly its will mean the 1 or several lessons in row).
So then based on the duration selection you can define the additional cost at the Booking > Resources > Advanced cost page. Just increase the cost in a way similar to this:

01:00 = 100%
02:00 = 200%
03:00 = 400%
etc....
7) The search is possible only for the days (full y free) and not possible to search for the specific times. Sorry.
You can configure the search form (if you are logged in as super booking admin user) at the Booking > Settings > Search page.

I'm starting to get to grips with the system, though I suspect it may be too complicated for what we require. I have a couple of questions:
1. How can a tutor specify within their calendar what times they will be available on each individual day? I can't find any way to do this without having to customise forms. Having tutors customise forms themselves is not going to be suitable.
2. To clarify my 6th point above, we would basically like to be able to offer a discount on block bookings and then allow the customer to choose several dates for their block of lessons from within the calendar. Is this possible?
3. I have tried as you suggest to enter different prices for each lesson duration in the 'Advance Costs' page and have included the [cost_corrections] field in the forms fields but this is having no effect on the price as calculated by [cost_hint] or [additional_cost_hint]. I have tried this with both an hourly rate and fixed rate for the resource and have tried using several different variations in the advanced costs page for the different lesson durations and nothing will work correctly.
Please advise.

This description and examples of usage is also available at the Booking > Settings > Fields page, if you are selected the "Different form fields, for the different week days" option in the Tag Generator at the right side of that page.
2) Please open the General Booking Settings page (when you are logged in as super booking admin) and activate "Use recurrent time" option in the Calendar section. then test it. I guess that you mean this.
3) Firstly please note, that the [cost_correction] shortcode is useful only for the admin in the Booking > Add booking page. Its will add the additional field, where you be able to change the cost, otherwise you do not to use this shortcode.
The actual cost of the booking you are have to see, when using the [cost_hint] shortcode.
Please check the example how is configure the advanced cost for the "visitors" selection at the Booking Calendar Business Medium version here. You are need t have the configuration in the similar way.

can they book 1 hour for dental clinic or half an hour for derma clinic in any available doctor and time and date?
i did not see that you have time and days table interface for customer same what you have in admin side, its only table by months and days.
the customer need to select a doctor first then he will get a available time table for that doctor. do you have this option?

We wish to setup our multi-user booking calendar as such -
We have several tutors within our organisation. We wish to setup an individual calendar for each tutor and each tutor should be able to log-in and mark in their availability from week to week.
Our students should be able to use the booking calendar to book either half hour (£10) or 1hr (£18) one-on-one lessons (ie. capacity for each booking is 1). They should also be able to make a block booking of 4 lessons at a discounted rate but then only book in the 1st lesson, with subsequent lessons being booked afterwards.
Students should also be able use the search function to find available time slots from either all or individual tutors on an available date.
I've tried to set this up myself but it seems that most of your tutorials and demos are based around hotel rooms and there is very little info there as to how I can set this up on the way I require.
Please could you send me on instructions or provide an admin demo similar to this setup that I could use as a template to set this up myself?

Hello.
1) Firstly you are need to create the several wordpres users for the each of your "tutors".
2) Then you are need to open the Booking > Settings > Users page, while you are logged in as "super booking admin user and activate each of other your users ("tutors").

3) Now, when you log in as specific "tutor" user you can configure some settings (like fields (including timeslots) and email templates) and availability for the booking resource(s) of this specific tutor user (for doing that, you are need to open the Booking > Resources > Filters page and define the specific days as specific season filter(s), then at the Booking > Resources > Availability page you can set these day(s) as available or unavailable for the specific booking resource.
4) You can insert the booking form into the post or page using the booking button at the edit toolbar of edit post page. Please read more how to insert and configure the booking shortcode into the post or page here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/inserting-booking-form/ So your visitors (students) then can make the booking(s) for the specific "tutors"
5) You can configure the time-slots or times for the booking at the Booking > Settings > Fields page (when you are logged in as specific "tutor" user). Please use the shortcode generator tool for generation correct time field shortcode. 6) I am not sure that correctly understood this point: " They should also be able to make a block booking of 4 lessons" But probably you are mean possibility to book several timeslots (which can mean lessons) per day. So then I can suggest, that you can define the start time selections (start time of lesson) and duration of time (probabaly its will mean the 1 or several lessons in row).
So then based on the duration selection you can define the additional cost at the Booking > Resources > Advanced cost page. Just increase the cost in a way similar to this:
timeduation: 01:00 = 100% 02:00 = 200% 03:00 = 400%
etc....
7) The search is possible only for the days (full y free) and not possible to search for the specific times. Sorry.
You can configure the search form (if you are logged in as super booking admin user) at the Booking > Settings > Search page.

I'm starting to get to grips with the system, though I suspect it may be too complicated for what we require. I have a couple of questions:
1. How can a tutor specify within their calendar what times they will be available on each individual day? I can't find any way to do this without having to customise forms. Having tutors customise forms themselves is not going to be suitable.
2. To clarify my 6th point above, we would basically like to be able to offer a discount on block bookings and then allow the customer to choose several dates for their block of lessons from within the calendar. Is this possible?
3. I have tried as you suggest to enter different prices for each lesson duration in the 'Advance Costs' page and have included the [cost_corrections] field in the forms fields but this is having no effect on the price as calculated by [cost_hint] or [additional_cost_hint]. I have tried this with both an hourly rate and fixed rate for the resource and have tried using several different variations in the advanced costs page for the different lesson durations and nothing will work correctly.
Please advise.

1) The possibility to customize the different timeslots for the different week days, is only possible like in description at this page: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/different-time-slots-selections-for-different-days/
This description and examples of usage is also available at the Booking > Settings > Fields page, if you are selected the "Different form fields, for the different week days" option in the Tag Generator at the right side of that page.
2) Please open the General Booking Settings page (when you are logged in as super booking admin) and activate "Use recurrent time" option in the Calendar section. then test it. I guess that you mean this.
3) Firstly please note, that the [cost_correction] shortcode is useful only for the admin in the Booking > Add booking page. Its will add the additional field, where you be able to change the cost, otherwise you do not to use this shortcode.
The actual cost of the booking you are have to see, when using the [cost_hint] shortcode.
Please check the example how is configure the advanced cost for the "visitors" selection at the Booking Calendar Business Medium version here. You are need t have the configuration in the similar way.

can i use the booking system for clinics center? i have 4 clinics and different doctor for each clinic,
can they book 1 hour for dental clinic or half an hour for derma clinic in any available doctor and time and date?
i did not see that you have time and days table interface for customer same what you have in admin side, its only table by months and days.
the customer need to select a doctor first then he will get a available time table for that doctor. do you have this option?

1) If you are need to have possibility to book for the specific time, so then you are need to check the Business Small or Business Medium versions, where is possible to book for the specific time. Please note, at this versions, if someone is reserve the specific time slot at the selected date at specific calendar (Booking resource) this time slot at that selected date at the specific calendar become unavailable for the other visitors.
If you will need to have the different times for the different week days, so then you are need to check the Business Medium version, where is possible to make such configuration. 2) If you are need to have multiple, independent booking admin panels for the each registered WordPress users (your doctors), so then you are need to check the MultiUser version.
