  1. Hi,

    Is it possible to set availability in advance? I only discovered an option to set a few days unavailable 'from today'.
    The only way I can think of now, is create bookings for unavailable dates in future, but I rather not create fake bookings.

    Would be better if you can set some future dates to 'unavailable'

      In the Booking Calendar Business Medium and higher versions possible to block specific DAYS based on the season filters. You can define the specific days as season filters on the Booking > Resources > Filters page and then set these dates in calendar as unavailable at the Booking > Resources > Availability page.

  2. Hi.
    Must to the insert the tracking code for Google to register the conversion of a reservation (AdWords).
    I suggest placing it in the booking confirmation page or text (for each language present).
    Can you tell me exactly where to place it in the admin plugin?

    • Hello.
      You can insert this code only in the "thank you" page. You can active the redirection to the "thank you" page, after the visitor make the booking at the General Booking Settings page in Form section. Please note, the Booking Calendar will redirect to the "Thank you" page only if the cost of the booking = 0, or all payment systems deactivated at the Booking > Settings > Payment page (for the Booking Calendar Business Small and higher versions).

      Of course during inserting that code into that "thank you page" you need to use the "Text" view mode for the editor and not the "Visual mode".

      That code does not possible to insert for the administration part of the Booking Calendar interface.

          Yes, in this case the Booking Calendar will just show the payment form and will not redirect to the thank you page.
          I will add to the TODO list some way of adding this "track code" for the situation like this, for the future updates.

  3. Are the prices for the various versions one time only or renewable?

      Its one time cost. You can use your purchased version of Booking Calendar as long as you need on 1 website.
      You are also be able to request the free updates of plugin (when they are ready) during the one year after purchasing of the plugin.   4. Hello

    I´d like to buy the multi-user version, but I have a pre-sales question. Can I setup the "Paypal Email address to receive payments:" for every user separately? My purpose is to create a Accommodations Portal, where the users (accommodations owners) can Pay something per year to add their rooms. But I´d like to create also membership level for 0$, with this they can add a room, and pay for the website with the deposit payment something like 5% only if somebody book the room.
    So If the accommodations owner have the 0$ membership - the admin user receive the deposit payment and
    if the accommodations owner have an 150% membership - he receive the deposit payment. Thank you for the answer in advance.

      In the original version of Booking Calendar MultiUser, possible to configure the independent Payment forms for the each regular users ("owners"). In other words, if some one make the booking for the booking resource of specific "owner", then the payment form will showing for this specific owner, and visitor will pay to the payment account of this specific owner.
      Unfortunately , right now there are no functionality that the "owner" pay some fee to the administrator or pay some part of deposit to the administrator ("super booking admin"). Sorry.

  5. I have WordPress installed locally to develop my chosen theme. I've installed the Booking Calendar plugin (free) and am trying it out. When I access the Pending bookings from the Dashboard, there are 3 buttons above the list: Approve, Reject and Delete. Approve & Delete do as they say. Clicking on Reject, however, doesn't result in any action. If I hover my mouse over the Reject button, the following text appears: Set selected bookings as pending. Please advise. Thanks.

      To "Reject" possible only already "approved" bookings. So you need firstly to approve the booking(s) and then you can reject (set the status of this booking(s) back to the "pending" ).

      Sorry, its does not possible in "automatic mode".

      You need, in any case, manually to select all dates in calendar, which you ant to book.

  7. I am making a booking system for inflatables with your plugin and it's going great but i have one problem.
    The customer should be able to rent an inflatable from fiday to monday (or tue-wed or wed-thur), when they click friday or saturday from friday to monday gets selected, which is perfect. But when they click sunday or monday this should also happen, so from friday to monday should get selected. How do i get this to work? I can't seem to figure it out.

      Its possible in the Booking Calendar Business Medium and higher versions. Please be sure that you are using the latest version of Booking Calendar 5.1.3 (You can request the new update of Booking Calendar on this page: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/request-update/ )

      You can make this configurations in the booking shortcode in the options parameter. Please read how to configure it in this article at the section about the "options" parameter: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-calendar-shortcodes/

      P.S. Of course you will be need to set "range days selection" mode at the General Booking Settings page in calendar section. and activate only specific week days as start days of selections.

        We have Booking Calendar Business Medium and we have the latest version. I set the option parameters on the page:
        [booking type=1 form_type='standard' nummonths=1 startmonth='2014-01' options='{select-day condition="weekday" for="2" value="2"},{select-day condition="weekday" for="3" value="2"},{select-day condition="weekday" for="5" value="4"},{select-day condition="weekday" for="1" value="0"},{select-day condition="weekday" for="4" value="0"},{select-day condition="weekday" for="6" value="0"},{select-day condition="weekday" for="7" value="0"}'] and the range days selection is set and tuesday, wednesday and friday are activated as start days of selections. But when the customer selects sunday or monday you get an errror but it should select from friday to monday.
        Can you help me?

    You have written that the Multi user version is appropriate for Multi-User portal for accommodation owners.
    So how the owners have to add their accommodations? Shell I create a frontend form or they have to add the rooms in the word press admin panel?

      The ability to create the booking resources possible only in the admin panel at the Booking > Resources page.
      Its does not possible to create the booking resources at the front-end. Sorry.

          It's standard functionality of WordPress. You can upload and insert the photos into the posts or pages, using the standard functionality of WordPress. And then just insert the booking form for the specific booking resource into that post or page.

          If you was meaning photos, which is showing in the search results (it's in the Business Large and MultiUser version), so in this case you need to set the specific photo as default to your post (this feature must be supported by your actual wp theme).

    • Hello.
      You was activating the "range days selection" using 2 mouse clicks and also activated the "using check in/out" times at the General Booking Settings page in Calendar section. And because of these options you can not select 1 day to book.
      Please note, the "using check in/out" option useful, to have the same date as chnage/over for the different bookings. In other words, the same date can be check in date for the one booking and check out date for the other booking. And thats why there we are using the check in time like 14:00 and check out time as 12:00. So now, if you select only 1 date, its have no sense to book with such time paramaters, and thats why that error message appear. Thats why you need to select minimum 2 days for the booking.

      So you if you want to use the 1 day selections, you need to deactivate the using check in/out times, but please note, in this case you will be not able to use the change over day for the different bookings.

    My Previous support comment is now missing from this thread. Again I paid for this plugin (6 bills) and it isn't functioning properly. Let me explain what we are using your plugin for. We are a transportation company with High End Custom Buses in Las Vegas. We have a huge event we are selling bookings for rides on the buses at the end of this month. We have 4 buses, and each bus is listed as the parent and the 500/per bus children are the passes available for the 3 day event. I add the resource and go through the drop downs adding 500 children to each resource as I was instructed to do in the thread of mine that was erased from this "SUPPORT". When you make a parent in resources with 500 children as you instructed me to do (4 buses x 500 seats available), your program will not let me enter the cost/day on the parent or any of the children beyond 500 of entries??? Is there some kind of limit that is set in the plugin so I can't make the other 1500 have their prices? All 4 buses have different rates. one set of 500 is $100, one set of 500 is $150, one set of 500 is $360, one set of 500 is $1300. I entered the $360 - 500 first and it is now set, but that is it....it will not let me enter any more of the other rates for the other 3 parents sets of 500 children??? What is going here??? Why is it limiting what I can enter as the rates for the other buses and staying at ZERO??? This is a major problem I need a fix immediately as sales for the seats on the buses were supposed to begin Monday and now its FRIDAY!!!! Please advise and let me know if you need to see our WP set-up on the backend or the DB to figure why the plugin isn't accepting any rates after the initial 500 I entered.

      2) You can enter the cost per parent resource (you do not need to enter the cost per each separate child resource)
      3) If you are having the entering of the "rates" at the Booking > Resources > Cost and rates page, its can be because of memory limit at the server, its show too much elements at the same page. Again, you need to configure the rates only for the parent resources.

      Please note (just in case you need it), you can set rate for the several "parent resources" during one "configurations set". For doing that, please open the Booking > Resources > Cost and rates page then select the sevral parent resources (at the left side, and then clicl on the "Rate" button near any selected resource, then you be able to set the rate for these resources at 1 time.

      • Thank you for finding my initial comment. Without s direct reference back to me or an e-mail confirmation they are easily overlooked.

        Yes I know I can enter the cost per parent resource and it is supposed to trickle down to the children.
        That is how I did the $360 dollar one, but none of the other ones will let me do this.
        I tried the other ones and it just stays at zero when I save, and that is when I tired to enter them manually ( i only tried 5 not 500 to test) and it didn't work.
        I'm on a brand new server at GoDaddy Dedicated to WordPress.
        If you are saying my server is out of memory for a page of text characters, with no images to burden it down, I will need a much better explanation of what you are talking about so I can go onto support with GoDaddy and tell them that their new WordPress server for us is having memory issues.

        I'm e-mailing you a screenshot of the Resources-Cost/Day page that won't let me enter the prices.
        What else can I send a screenshot of to help you diagnose this better?
        Hopefully we can do this through an e-mail thread without me having to refer to this support page again and dig through until I find my thread.
