Two question :
1. If a Unapprove a booking and whant to add the reason, I fill the deny reason (on top), check the booking and click on "Reject".
Even if the [denyreason] is setted in the corresponding mail pattern, it doesn't appear in the mail received by the client.
2. For an approuved booking, when I move to trash, can I specify a reason (by writing some words, like the deny reason) ? Where ? I tried why de deny reason (also settle in the corresponding mail pattern).

In some previous updates was issue with sending reason of cancellation.

when thrying to exprot bookings the plugin (Version 9.Personal.SingleSite.7.2 on WP 4.8) complains that the directory is not writeable (Das Verzeichnis uploads/2017/06 kann nicht angelegt werden. Ist das übergeordnete Verzeichnis durch den Server beschreibbar?)
wp-content and all directories contained in it are set to "rwx r-x r-x" which is the default setting (changing to rwx rwx rwx does not make the error disappear.

1) Your server have to have ability to create and rewrite this file: ../wp-content/uploads/bookings_export.csv
2) Please recheck that at your server was set correct permission (about ability to save and overwrite this file) :
../wp-content/uploads/bookings_export.csv
Check more about permissions here https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/File_system_permissions
3) Try to delete this file ../wp-content/uploads/bookings_export.csv from your server then test it again. And recheck if the system created this file in that folder again.
Also try to recheck .htaccess file about any rules that block access of downloading files from the wp-content folder (its can be is you are used some security plugin or other security system).
4) Please try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu. Then retest it again. If its not help, please deactivate your active theme and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again. May be there exist some conflict with some active plugin or actual theme and just need to find the reason of that issue.
5) If the previous will not help, please recheck your error.log at the server configuration about any relative errors.

I have had a good look through the plugin and it should fit all of our needs except I have a few questions .... listed below.
Can you advise ?
1. We would like the form to be a multi-step process, with the calendar first, then when the visitor has selected the dates they would go to a page of information, ( a button to click I agree /proceed to next page / then through to the booking form.
It looks like I should be able to do this but I couldn't get it to work on the development site. Can you confirm this is possible?
2. In email settings, I see that I can set up a Payment request email.
We plan to take a deposit.
Is it then possible to automate 'full payment reminder' to send eg 6 weeks before final payment is due?
3. We need an extra status field of payment reminder sent when the reminder email has gone out.
4. We have a few form field sets we want to display conditionally. ( specifically for second and third person details for insurance)
Eg if the user selects a dropdown choice of '1' then the form should expand to display a new fieldset if
If they select '2' then display form fieldsets 1 and 2..
I expect development work but I need to know if it can be made possible with template over-rides?
Will the template system allow a wordpress developer to change the above if they are not already available.

1) Such functionality does not available in actual versions of plugin, where you can have calendar at one page and booking form at other page.
But you can use "several steps wizard" in booking form at the same page. Where firstly is showing only Calendar, then visitor can click on "Next" button and at the same page will show only booking form, where visitor can enter booking details and submit the booking.
So you can reset your booking form at the Booking > Settings > Form page by selecting "Wizard (several steps)" form template and then click on "Reset Both" button and save changes.
2) Its does not possible to send automatic email reminders about deposit payment after specific amount of time. Its only possible to send payment request manually from the Booking Listing page.
The reminder emails functionality exist in our TODO list for future updates, but currently its does not available. Sorry.
3) Its possible to write some other details about the booking in the "notes section. You can activate it and edit at the Booking Listing page.

Actual versions of Booking Calendar support only import of events from Google Calendar to Booking Calendar. Also manual export of booking (by clicking on link) to Google Calendar.

Its the same view of bookings as in Calendar Overview page. Where in the booking pipelines (in paid versions of Booking Calendar), can be showing some info about the bookings, like Name and Second Name of who made the booking, and when you click on this booking pipeline you will see in mouse-over popover section all booking details.

1) The Booking Calendar is sending email after specific actions, like creation of new booking, or approving/decline of booking, etc. You can configure your email templates at the Booking > Settings > Emails page in admin panel.
In case, if you do not receive emails by some reason at all, so then please note, Booking Calendar is use standard WordPress wp_mail function for sending emails. This function can be overridden by other plugins.

The most probably you need to check the point #5 from this instruction and install WP Mail SMTP plugin which is 'sending emails via php' option and it can resolve that issue.
2) Booking Calendar does not have some mobile applications to see the booking in iPhone, but all booking forms and admin panel of the Booking Calendar have the responsive interface, so you can view and manage your bookings in Safari browser at your iPhone in adaptive view relative to mobile device.

For emails, for exemple "Put to the basket", email alert is settled in the parameters.
But, on the Booking view, if I check "No email alerts" for one or two bookings I have to act on, then select these bookings, then click on "Put to the basket", it works (bookings are sended in the basket) BUT the clients nevertheless receives the email. Is there another way to succeed please ?

Email alert is settled in the parameter for the meail template "Put to the basket".
On the Booking view, normally "Email Alerts" is checked.
But, on the Booking view, if I uncheck "Email alerts" for one or two bookings I have to act on, then select these bookings, then click on "Put to the basket", it works (bookings are sended in the basket) BUT the clients nevertheless receives the email.

You need to transfer the Booking Calendar files from the ../wp-content/plugins/{Booking Calendar Folder} of old website to new website.
According transfer of the Booking Calendar Data. Please backup and restore to the new site the DB tables that is starting from the "wp_booking" term, for example using the phpMyAdmin tool. Also you will be need to backup and restore some records from the wp_options table, where option_name fields are starting from the "booking_" term.
You can make such migrate from one to other website only once with Booking Calendar single site usage version. And of course you need to delete the Booking Calendar version at old website.
