  1. Hi,
    I've configured following time ranges:
    9am - 2pm
    2pm - 7pm
    7pm - 11pm

And I'm creating booking for following days with specific time range (2pm - 7pm):
    March 13th, 14th, 20th, 21th, 27th, 28th

The final result on booking list is:
    - on March 13th beginning hour displayed is 2pm
    - on 14th, 20th, 21th, 27th is displayed 00:00
    - on March 28th end hour displayed 7pm

Actually is not possible create new booking for all other time range because seems reserved for the entire days, is that normal or I'm missing something in confiuration section?

    Thank you

    • Hello.
Please open the Booking > Settings General page and be sure that you have activated this option "Multiple days" selection mode and then activated this option "Use time selections as recurrent time slots", if you want to use recurrent time to reserve several days. This means that middle days will be partially booked by actual times, otherwise the time in the booking form will be used as check-in/check-out time for the first and last day of the reservation.

Also please be sure that you have correctly configured times fields at the Booking > Settings > Form page.
Please note, Booking Calendar support as values of timeslots, only the timeslots in 24 hour format. Labels of timeslots can be any text. Please use shortcode generator at the right side of the Booking > Settings > Form page for the fast and correct creation of booking form fields.
Watch it in this video guide https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-calendar-video-timeslots/
      Kind Regards.

  2. Hello!
When booking a time interval on a specific day in the calendar, this interval remains available for booking, however, there is an unconfirmed reservation in the administration panel. In the settings, the option "Use unconfirmed days as available" is disabled. Tell me what's the reason. thank

    • Hello.
If you do not see the booked dates in calendar at the front-end, please open the General Booking Settings page and in the “Advanced section”, please be sure that you have not activated this option: “Allow unlimited bookings per same day(s):”. This option must be unchecked. If its checked, please uncheck it and update the settings.

Also this option “Use pending days as available” must be unchecked, as well. It’s located at the Booking > Settings General page in Advanced section.

If you still will have this issue, please recheck for the any cache plugins, like “WP Super Cache” or “W3 Total Cache”. If you are using someone, please deactivate it or add the exception to the page with booking form for do not cache this page(s).

      Kind Regards.

  3. Thanks for the help. I checked the settings.
But, I am still don't see the booked time range in calendar at the front-end.
I am sure that option “Allow unlimited bookings per same day(s):” is unchecked.
Also option “Use pending days as available” is unchecked.
All options at the Booking > Settings General page in Advanced section is unchecked.
Also not installed any cache plugins, like “WP Super Cache” or “W3 Total Cache”.
Is there any way to restore the reservation calendar?

    http://rpmpk-ufa.ru/?page_id=773
The time interval 09/04/2019 from 10-00 to 11-00 when booking remains available for booking.

    Kind Regards.

    • Hello.

      1) May be, its because of conflict with some other plugin or actual theme.

Please try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu and make testing after each plugin deactivation.
If its not help, please deactivate all your plugins and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again.
We just need to find the reason of this issue.

      2) Do you sure that this booking was made for the same booking resource that you have inserted into this page: http://rpmpk-ufa.ru/?page_id=773

Plesee rechck parameter type in the Booking Calendar shortcode at that page. And rechck ID of booking resources at the Booking > Resources page irs have to be related to the same booking resource that you see at the booking Listing page near your booking.

Otherwise plesee send screnshots from Booking Listing page of your booking and screenshot from Booking > Resources page and Booking > Settings General page. Plesee send all these to support @ wpbookingcalendar.com

  4. Hello, I have booking calendar installed and calendars installed on various pages of my website. The calendars where initially populated with data from VRBO using the .ICS feeds. I can't seem to find any good step-by-step instructions that would show me how to properly setup a CRON script that would keep all these calendars synced with VRBO. Could you please help? Thanks!

    • Hello.
You can define CRON at your server for periodically access pages with import .ics feeds shortcodes and start import process during specific time-intervals, then check this: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/cron-script/

Please note, the configuration of CRON scripts very depend from your server admin panel, so for more info, please contact support of your hosting.
      Thank you.

    • Hello.
      1) The main purpose of this CRON script its periodically access the page with booking IMPORT shortcode.
Its will give you ability to start import events periodically, when CRON script access that page.

That's why at this specific page, must to be the IMPORT events shortcodes.
      For example:

      [booking-manager-import url='https://calendar.google.com/calendar/ical/CALENDAR_ID/public/basic.ics' resource_id=1 from='today' until='year-end'

      Please check more here https://oplugins.com/plugins/wp-booking-manager/booking-manager-help/#events-import

And not the shortcodes like in your description ( its only show the v form with calendar).

Please read more how easily insert booking form or availability calendar into a pages https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/inserting-booking-form/ or how manually configure Booking Calendar shortcodes in content of your pages: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-calendar-shortcodes/

      https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/#sync

      Import.
Please check about the configuration of import events from .ics feeds in this FAQ instruction here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/import-ics-feeds/
Please note, the import process is working in that case, when some visitor is open your website page with booking import shortcode. So you can configure CRON at your server, for periodically access this page with booking import shortcode to start import process. Or you can insert the import shortcode before booking form shortcode, so firstly system will start import process and only then show booking form, when someone visit your page.
In case if you are having some issue of not ability to import new events, then check this troubleshooting instruction: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/ics-importing-issue/

You can define CRON at your server for periodically access pages with import .ics feeds shortcodes and start import process during specific time-intervals, then check this: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/cron-script/

      Export.
Please check about the configuration of export .ics feeds in this FAQ instruction here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/export-ics-feeds/
Booking Calendar is generate .ics feed with bookings in real time. But how often some service (like airbnb, or booking.com ) access this .ics feed to import the bookings from Booking Calendar into own system, does not depend from Booking Calendar. So in other words, Booking Calendar does not force to generate import process by third party service, when some booking is created. You need to check with support of this service (like airbnb or booking.com), about how often they can access the .ics feed tor making import.

  5. Hi!
Thank you so much for your good plagin. I realy injoi it!
I wanted to ask if there is an option to confitm only a part of the time somebody booked?
I'm using the newest version of wp....

    thanks. a lot,
    Rafael

  6. Hello, I'm French, I have version 8.4.6 in WP, I would like to know how to put pictures in the confirmation emails because I would like to put the logo of the company in the email.
thank you for the time you will give me good day.

    • Hello.

      1) Currently Booking Calendar does not support uploading of images int the email templates at the Booking > Settings > Emails page.

But you can use standard HTML tag IMG for inserting images in the emails (by using Text content editor mode, and not the visual).

      check more here: https://www.w3schools.com/tags/tag_img.asp

      2) Also you can try to override the email templates of Booking Calendar here: ..\wp-content\plugins\{Booking Calendar Folder}\core\any\emails_tpl

Disclaimer. Unfortunately we can not start, right now, some personal customization or custom development, because almost have no free time.
Check more about new features here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/need-new-feature/
      Thank you for understanding.
Please note, if you will modify the source code of the Booking Calendar, we will not guaranteed the correct work of plugin and do not support it.
      Kind Regards.

  7. Good day,
I bought your calendar and just want to confirm. I Booked and Approved dates, however some of the dates are only highlighted in red and the others whole block is red. Why is that happening?
(If you need a pic, just let me know)

    • Hello.
Please note, during booking process, the dates in calendar become unavailable and have the Pending status ( such dates have one background color in calendar ).
After approving the booking in admin panel, such booking become approved, and the color of dates for such booking have other background color in calendar.

Please note, you can set "pending bookings" as available dates in calendar, by activating this option "Use pending days as available" at the Booking > Settings General page in Calendar section.

If you make the booking for specific times (you are using the times fields in the booking form), so then the dates in calendar, where exist bookings for specific time-slots are marking with "clock icon" in calendar day cell. Watch it in this video guide https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-calendar-video-timeslots/

In case, if you have activating the change-over days (using the same date as check in/out dates) for the different bookings, so then the check in/out dates is showing as half booked dates with vertical or diagonal lines. Check more about this feature here: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#change-over-days
Watch it in this video guide https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-calendar-video-change-over-days/

These are all statues in the calendar for the bookings.

If you have some other issue, please explain about it more detail and send screenshots of this issue and screenshot of Booking > Settings General page and Booking > Settings > Form page and send the link to your page with booking form, where you are having the issue. Please send all this info to support @ wpbookingcalendar.com
      Kind Regards.

      • Thank you, but I just wanna book and approve the dates, but I keep on getting this:
        https://makitivillage.com/bookings/
You will see that the dates 14,15,16 March 2019 is highlighted red, but in actual fact it is just booked. Everything that is booked has to be red.
Can you tell me why this is happening

        • Hello.

          1) If you do not see the booked dates in calendar at the front-end, please open the General Booking Settings page and in the "Advanced section", please be sure that you have not activated this option: "Allow unlimited bookings per same day(s)". This option must be unchecked. If its checked, please uncheck it and update the settings.
This option "Use pending days as available" must be unchecked, as well.

          2) If you still will have this issue, please recheck for the any cache plugins, like "WP Super Cache" or "W3 Total Cache". If you are using someone, please deactivate it or add the exception to the page with booking form for do not cache this page(s).

          3) Also at this page https://makitivillage.com/bookings/

You are having the booking form for booking resource with ID = 2
You can check the name of this booking resource with ID = 2 at the Booking > Resources page.

After this open the Booking Listing page, and recheck that the booking for the dates 14,15,16 March 2019 was made for the same booking resource with ID = 2

If you see there other booking resource, so such booking exist for other booking resource - calendar.

          Check more here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#booking-resources

You can watch video overview about this feature here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/multiple-calendars-video-overview-of-booking-resources-in-booking-calendar/

Please read firstly the general instruction about usage of paid versions of Booking Calendar: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/general-usage-instruction/

You can create the different booking resources (your properties or services - unique calendars) at the Booking > Resources page and then you be able to insert booking forms for each of your booking resources into the posts or pages. Please read more how to insert and configure the booking shortcode into the post or page here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/inserting-booking-form/

          Kind Regards.

          • I have tried everything that you have suggested and it still seems that 2x of the resources clashes with each other - meaning Resource1 has #date and Resource2 has same #date and that is why they are not a specific color - how can I avoid that - sorry - none of the video / info you sent handles this part

            • Hello.

              Can you send screenshots:
              - your bookings at the Booking Listing page. Mark bookings that you have issue.
              - your Booking > Resources page
              - your Booking > Resources page.
              - send the link to your page with booking form, where you are having the issue.

Please send all this info to support @ wpbookingcalendar.com

So then I can check more detail.
              Thank you.

  8. Hello

The plugin is really good but why does not it have an integrated updater that is not in time anymore.

Are there any plans that this will be implemented in the foreseeable future?

    greeting
    Felix

    • Hello.
Paid versions of Booking Calendar does not located in the WordPress directory, so it’s require to request updates of paid versions manually. You can request the new update of Booking Calendar on this page: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/request-update/

It’s possible that in future updates we will improve this process.
      Thank you.

  9. Which one of the premium calendars integrates with 3rd party sellers such as Booking.com, Expedia, etc?

    Cathy

    • Hello.

Booking Calendar plugin (any versions, including the Booking Calendar Free version) is supporting:

      - import of events via .ics feeds from Google Calendar ( or Airbnb or any other calendar that support .ics format, like iCal application)

      - and export bookings to .ics feeds (files), which possible to import in Google Calendar (or Airbnb, Booking.com, HomeAway, TripAdvisor, VRBO, FlipKey and any other calendar that uses .ics format ).

Please read more about this feature here: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/#sync
