i purchased the buisness small version of your wp plugin but i have some problem configuring it on my site.
I'm still developing on "local", so i'm using WAMP Server to build a small site for a company that needs online booking (time slots) and payments for their very few services.
Problems:
1) I've put a widget on the standard blog page template (calendar + form) but the calendar is not working. It's ipossible to select any date. Instead it is possible to book every resource from the backend control panel (logged as admin). As i sayd before i'm developing on a local server. I also tried to uninstall and then install againg the plugin, but no still not working.
2) After some various changes to the plugin's settings the layout is messed up. It seems to be in conflict with some other css and the output is weird. Would be nice to attach a screenshot, anyway calendar is not showing, bg is black even if the choosen skin is "Premium-Marine".
With "various changes" i mean that after the first installation i tried some settings like changing skin, duration of the booking etc. and during the second installation i tried some other, so i can't find out wich one/s could be the reason of the messed layout.
Please, any help would be very appreciate.

1) Its seems that you are having some CSS conflict with your actual theme or some other active plugins.
You can try this.
Please try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu. Then retest it again.
If its not help, please deactivate your active theme and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again. May be there exist some conflict with some active plugin or actual theme and just need to find the reason of that issue.
Otherwise, I need access to the page with your page to test it and check what is generate this issue.
2) Please open the Booking > Settings > Fields page and be sure that you correctly configured booking form. You need to be sure that you closed all opened HTML tags, like </div>.
Also you can reset your active booking form configuration to some default booking form template, by selecting some booking form template at the Toolbar at Booking > Settings > Fields page and clicking on reset button. Then you need to save it and test it.

anyway i changed and reset the form template, then i saved. Now the layout is regular but the calendar is still not working. Since the messed layout appeared twice i'm expecting it will happen again.
I have no other active plugins on this site and i already tried to change the theme to the default one and then back to my personal theme. I didn't modified at all the html code so i don't think that could be the reason (i'm still trying to do the few first setup things, i did not go into deeper details yet like customization of form fields and others).

If you are using time-slots (rangetime shortcode) field for selection of times, so there is only possible to select 1 option for booking of specific timeslot.
So if you need to book several hours, then instead of timeslots selection shortcode, please use start time and duration of time shortcodes. Its means that you will be able to book several consecutive hours (or other time interval).
Please use shortcode generator at the right side of the Booking > Settings > Fields page for the fast and correct creation of booking form fields.

I previously had the free version installed. I uninstalled it, then attempted to install the Bookings Mulituser plug-in. After successful installation and activation, I cannot access any of the Booking resources. I get an error "You do not have permissions for this page. Your account is not active, please contact administrator." I am logged in as the administrator that created the WP site. I tried deactivating/reactivating, same result. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling multiple times, same result. I cleared the cache on my server and client browser. I've checked the error logs, but nothing is listed for booking.
You are need to log in as a booking super admin (by default its FIRST user in your WP website),
then open the general booking settings page and at the right side, set the correct permissions for the each booking admin page.
You are also need to activate the specific users accounts at the Booking > Settings > Users page,
when you are logged in as super booking admin user (in your case it's first user admin of the site).
We would like to require a deposit at booking, but we also want the patron to be able to pay the full amount if they want when making the booking. Is there a setting that would make it a possibility for them to choose if they want to just pay the deposit or pay the full amount?

By default its does not possible. But you can make small customization in Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions for showing both payment forms - deposit payment form and payment form for total cost.
If you want to make this customization , then follow this instruction.
Please open this file ../{Booking Calendar Folder}/lib/wpbc-constants.php
then find this code:

So you need to check each such payment manually in your payment gateway account.

Unfortunately, its does not possible to show in the same calendar the different booking resources and timeslots selections in the same booking form, and as fars as I can understand make the booking specific booking resource (Meri or Ann), depend from the specific time-slot selection.
You can make all this items in the same way as in previous descriptions.
Create one booking form for Meri with specific time-slot list. Then create new custom form for Ann with other specific custom time-slots list (if its different from Meri time-slots list).
then you can insert into the post or page 2 separate booking forms for each of such resources. If you do not need to show in each specific calendar the booked timeslots/days from other resources, so in these case, you need to use "agregate" parameter in the each booking shortcode for setting as unavailable timeslots for booking resource, if such timeslots was booked in other booking resource.

The calendar shows the busy time intervals of the second resource.
But
The calendar shows that the time interval is available, where the second resource is not available when the second resource is a day off!
When the second resource is a day off, the time interval should not be available for booking.
Also "agregate" parameter, just get booked dates or times (from one resource) and append these dates/times to the dates and times of other booking resource.
If you are using season filters for settings some dates as unavailable, in one booking resource, in this case, agregate parameter will not set such restrictions to the dates. And you will be need to apply the season filter availability separately to the booking resource at the Booking > Resources > Availability page.
If you was meaning something else, please explain it more detail.

Diana - booking resource with ID=10

But if some one submit the booking in specific calendar, so will be booked resource with ID in parameter "type".

2) If you do not see the booked dates in calendar at the front-end, please open the General Booking Settings page and in the "Advanced section", please be sure that you have not activated this option: "Allow unlimited bookings per same day(s):". This option must be unchecked. If its checked, please uncheck it and update the settings.
If you still will have this issue, please recheck for the any cache plugins, like "WP Super Cache" or "W3 Total Cache". If you are using someone, please deactivate it or add the exception to the page with booking form for do not cache this page(s).

This is a working calendar he made for testing.
You can order with the comment "TEST".
Booked dates are visible in the calendar when they are.
The option "Allow unlimited bookings per same day(s):" - is not used, the tick is removed.
The plugin "WP Super Cache" or "W3 Total Cache" - not used.
The problem with using the "agregate".
According to the settings form for the resource Alla "id"=3,
resource Alla available only on Monday and Wednesday.
According to the settings form for the resource Diana, "id"=6,
resource Diana is only available on Monday and Saturday.
Therefore, if you use the option to "agregate",
resource and Alla and Diana should be available only on Monday.
But the calendar shows that Monday, Wednesday and Saturday are available for order.

If you was using the season filters (at the Booking > Resources > Availability page), for specific resources:
Alla "id"=3, resource Alla available only on Monday and Wednesday.
According to the settings form for the resource Diana, "id"=6,
resource Diana is only available on Monday and Saturday.
So in this case, the "agregate" parameter will not work. Because this parameter is useful only if you have the bookings, but not the season filters.
May be better to use new Third resource at this page.
Then apply the season filters to this resource, for setting available only specific dates, that available for both All and Diana resources.
And in the shortcode to use this parameters: [booking type=99 nummonths=2 form_type='s03-1h00mins' agregate='3;6' options='{parameter name="procedure_param" value="Back waxing - from £7"}']
In this example new booking resource have ID=99.

I think you need to create new season filter at the Booking > Resources > Filters page, and define there only Monday.
then open the Booking > Resources > Availability page click on "Availability" button near your booking resource with ID=12 and set only days from your season filter as available.
Its means that in calendar for this booking resource will be available only Mondays, that you defined in that season filter - weekday where possible to book for Ala and Diana.

Hello. I have a couple of questions for you. My client has the large version.
1. Is it possible to book multiple resources at the same time within one calendar? We currently have all resources available in one calendar, but you can only book one resource at a time. Does this require multiple calendars with one form?
2. We have a couple of parent resources with a few child resources. If someone books a parent resource, it seems like the child resources should then show as booked. In our current configuration if someone books the parent, the children are all still showing as available during that same time frame.

Such showing availability in calendar possible with using agregate parameters, like in your previous examples:
Ala - booking resource with ID=4 Diana - booking resource with ID=10
Then you can use this
[booking type=4 agregate='10']
or this shortcode:
[booking type=10 agregate='4']
But if some one submit the booking in specific calendar, so will be booked resource with ID in parameter "type".

I can no submit new booking there for test purpose, because I can see only calendar and one selectbox.
In any case please recheck that in the Booking Calendar shortcodes

You are using standard quote symbols, like ' or "
and do not use non standard opening or closing (start/end) quote symbols. Just retype it from keyboard.
2) If you do not see the booked dates in calendar at the front-end, please open the General Booking Settings page and in the "Advanced section", please be sure that you have not activated this option: "Allow unlimited bookings per same day(s):". This option must be unchecked. If its checked, please uncheck it and update the settings.
If you still will have this issue, please recheck for the any cache plugins, like "WP Super Cache" or "W3 Total Cache". If you are using someone, please deactivate it or add the exception to the page with booking form for do not cache this page(s).

This is a working calendar he made for testing.
You can order with the comment "TEST".
Booked dates are visible in the calendar when they are.
The option "Allow unlimited bookings per same day(s):" - is not used, the tick is removed.
The plugin "WP Super Cache" or "W3 Total Cache" - not used.
The problem with using the "agregate".
According to the settings form for the resource Alla "id"=3,
resource Alla available only on Monday and Wednesday.
According to the settings form for the resource Diana, "id"=6,
resource Diana is only available on Monday and Saturday.
Therefore, if you use the option to "agregate",
resource and Alla and Diana should be available only on Monday.
But the calendar shows that Monday, Wednesday and Saturday are available for order.
Please tell me how to make it so that only Monday was available in the calendar for ordering resources for Alla and Diana?

If you was using the season filters (at the Booking > Resources > Availability page), for specific resources:
So in this case, the "agregate" parameter will not work. Because this parameter is useful only if you have the bookings, but not the season filters.
May be better to use new Third resource at this page.
Then apply the season filters to this resource, for setting available only specific dates, that available for both All and Diana resources.
And in the shortcode to use this parameters:
[booking type=99 nummonths=2 form_type='s03-1h00mins' agregate='3;6' options='{parameter name="procedure_param" value="Back waxing - from £7"}']
In this example new booking resource have ID=99.

I think you need to create new season filter at the Booking > Resources > Filters page, and define there only Monday.
then open the Booking > Resources > Availability page click on "Availability" button near your booking resource with ID=12 and set only days from your season filter as available.
Its means that in calendar for this booking resource will be available only Mondays, that you defined in that season filter - weekday where possible to book for Ala and Diana.

Hello. I have a couple of questions for you. My client has the large version.
1. Is it possible to book multiple resources at the same time within one calendar? We currently have all resources available in one calendar, but you can only book one resource at a time. Does this require multiple calendars with one form?
2. We have a couple of parent resources with a few child resources. If someone books a parent resource, it seems like the child resources should then show as booked. In our current configuration if someone books the parent, the children are all still showing as available during that same time frame.

1) Its possible to book multiple "child booking resources" during one booking process, depend from the number of visitors selections and if you activate "Visitors apply to capacity" option at the General Booking Settings page in Advanced section.

Please recheck error.log at your server configuration. There must be description about this error, because there possible different reasons of such type of error.
Then if we will know the reason of this error, we can fix it.

Can the calendar be configured to accept bookings longer than 1 month? Also can the calendar be configured to allow bookings more than 3 months in advance. I am trying to book something for someone 6 months in advance.
