  1. Hello,

    I have changed form fields name, from settings -> fields - > form fields. I just translate in my language.

    In the timeline (backend calendar) when i put the mouse on a reservation, appear a div hover, with info about the reservation, but here the form fields name are not changed, how can i change here?

    I have personal version.

    I want to use the booking form/calendar in a property listing site. On my site different agent upload properties. Am I able to have multiple booking forms/calendars? (for each agent)

      Probably you need to check the Booking Calendar MultiUser version.

      In Booking Calendar MultiUser version possible that each registered WordPress user (your owner) have own individual independent booking admin panel, and can see and manage only own booking resources and some other settings (other owners will not see the bookings from this owner, they can see only own bookings). Please check more here (at bottom  of the page)  https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/  Also each owner (user) will receive the emails about the bookings of the own service(s) or property (booking resource(s)) and can approve or decline them. Please note, that  the each  owner WordPress user) will have different individual calendar(s) with  booking forms in the separate pages. Please retest it in the live demo.   3. Can I sync the booking calendar with my outlook calendar, so the appointments booked through the booking calendar will automatically populate in my outlook?

      Unfortunately, Booking Calendar does not support sync with outlook calendar, yet. Sorry.

      Also plugin does not support synchronize with Airbnb, Homeaway, Tripadvisor or VRBO.
      These features exist in out TODO list for future updates. But I can not say about the exact day of implementation of these features.

      Booking Calendar support import of events from Google Calendar.
      And paid versions of plugin support of export bookings to the CSV files.

  4. Hello Booking Calendar,
    Unfortunately I am not able to deny any of my booking requests... Every time I try to do so, it pop ups a message asking me if I want to turn the request as pendant. What am I doing wrong? Is it a bug?

    • Hello.
      I do not sure that clearly understand about your issue.
      Please check here description about available actions for specific booking(s):
      1) Please open the Booking Listing page, and if your booking approved, you can "Reject" it (set it pending - its just change of unavailable days in calendar). You need to click on "Reject" button near specific booking.You can check title of each button in tooltip by mouse over specific button.
      2) You can move specific booking to Trash. Its will release available date(s) of this booking in calendar. And this booking will be exist in trash (folder), still available to restore.
      3) Or you can completely delete specific booking, if this booking already in trash.

    Just noting an error. Whenever I try to apply a Seasonal Filter to all Resources at once I receive the following error:

    Error during updating to DB booking availability of booking resource
    [F:/biz_m.php|L:624|V:9.Business.Medium.SingleSite.6.2.2|DB:You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near on, availability, a:2:{s:7:general;s:2:On;s:6:filter;a:2:{i:7;s:3:Off at line 1]

    I can apply the filter to each resource individually, so I have a work around. Would you know why this is happening though?

    • Hello.
      Please open the Booking > Resources > Filters page then delete that filter, that generate this error.
      Please enter the name of the new season filter with simple symbols, do not use some non standard symbols, like % or / , etc..

      Also please apply availability to one booking resource (not several).

    I have the Business Medium - Single Site edition of the Plugin. I would like to change the text on the Tooltip 'Send payment request to visitor' to something different. Could you point me to the file and code line that would allow me to do this?

      Please open this file ../{Booking Calendar Folder}/inc\lib_s.php

      then find this code:

      href="javascript:void(0)" data-original-title="<?php _e('Send payment request to visitor' ,'booking'); ?>" rel="tooltip"

      and replace text to your desire text there.

    • Hello.
      Sorry, what exactly do you mean by "CRM code to the forms" ? I do ot sure that clarly understand about this.

      In the booking forms (at Booking > Settings > Fields page ) you can configure HTML structure of you booking form and configure shortcodes for adding your form fields.
      Please use shortcode generator at the right side of the Booking > Settings > Fields page for the fast and correct creation of booking form fields.

  8. Hi.. How to hide the past bookings in the Booking Control Panel..? Did is possible to purge the DB from the expired entries..?

    • Hello.
      At the Booking Listibg page in the Filter toolbar for dates parameter you can set "Current dates" only. And then click on Apply button to refresh booking listing.
      Or if you need completely delete such bookings, so you can do this at this Booking listing page. Just select all such bookings and click on "Delete" button at the Actions toolbar.

      DO you sure that this issue relative to original "Booking Calendar" plugin ?
      Can you you recheck it, and if its relative to the Booking Calendar (https://wpbookingcalendar.com/ )plugin, then please send the link to the page with this booking form.

      Also you can check this: please try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu. Then retest it again.
      If its not help, please deactivate your active theme and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again. May be there exist some conflict with some active plugin or actual theme.

  10. Hello im using Business Small SingleSite 6.1and i give users persmission to only see the reservation, but this user can also delete a reservation? when that user try to edit a reservation, he dont have permission.

    So what i want is that a user can only see the resservations of that month or week, and nothing else, no edit, delete or what so ever....

    Is this possible?
