Hi, Support
I would like to send the booking confirmation email to a second email address (i.e. cc) in parallel, this has probably been asked before but cannot find answer.
Spacepoint
Hello.
You can configure and customize the email templates at the Booking > Settings > Emails page.
The emails are sending to the single email, which you are set at the settings, after the specific action.
If you want to send the email about the new booking, to the several (Admin) user, then you can use the emails in the form "To" in such format:
Please note it's possible to set emails, which are sending to the admin and do not for the visitors.
Kind Regards.
Support,
Thanks again for the fast reply

Hi There,
I recently purchased your plugin (business large version) and installed it on my website https://pvresidences.com/, which uses a wordpress theme (https://wpresidence.net/)
As I activated the wpbookingcalendar plugin, the property slider included street view & google map stopped working on a particular property page (example:https://pvresidences.com/properties/villa-peregrina/ )
I tried to deactivate the wpbookingcalendar and it works fine again. My question; Is there anything I can do, to make this conflict disappear? I really would appreciate your help!
Best Regards,

But you can activate to load Booking Calendar JS scripts only at the specific pages. Todo this, please open the General Booking Settings page , then scroll to the "Advanced section" then click on the "Show advanced settings of JavaScript loading" link to expand advanced JS section, then activate this option: "Load JS and CSS files only on specific pages: " and in the textfield enter relative URLs of pages, where to load Booking Calendar CSS and JS files - where you inserted booking forms.

Hello,
I have just started to work with booking calendar. What I need to allow people to book different hours in the same day. For example:
I need that a customer books the 10/10/2015 from 10:00 to 12:00h and another customer the same day from 14:00 to 16:00h. How do I do this?
Our service is personnal shopper.
Thanks!
Emma
Hello.
The ability to book for the specific times only possible in the Booking Calendar Business Small / Business Medium versions (and in higher versions for booking resources with capacity =1). Please note if you will make the booking for the specific timeslot, this timeslot become unavailable for the other visitors for that selected date in current specific calendar.
You can configure the timeslots selections on the Booking > Settings > Fields page. Please use the "shortcode generator" on the right side of that page for the correct generation of the shortcode.
You can use one"timerange" (timeslots) or "start time" and"end time" selections or"starttime" and "duration"of time selections shortcodes or even start time and end time entering shortcodes. Please read more about the booking form fields configuration here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-form-fields/
You can test the bookings for the specific time-slots in action on the live demo of Business Small version (which is configured by default for the bookings of specific time-slots) here: https://bs.wpbookingcalendar.com/ Other live demo you will need to reconfigure.
Kind Regards.
Hello,
Currently we use the Business Large version.
We use PayPal for the payment system, and the booking is submitted before the payment.
The guest can click the PayPal button and make the payment through PayPal, and if they cancel the payment there the booking automatically cancelled, which is fine.
How to set the guests to make payment first before the booking is submitted? is this possible?
Should we use a different payment system? How about iPay88?
Please advise.
Ching
Hello.
Unfortunately, its does not possible to make the payment, before submitting the booking. In any payment system or some other versions. Sorry.
You can activate the "auto cancellation" option (at the General Booking Settings page) for the pending bookings, which have no "successfully paid status" after specific time. But you will be need to be sure for the all other bookings that they have be approved or just have successfully payed status to be sure do not cancel some "good" bookings. Probably you will be need to activate and configure the PayPal IPN system - for sending messages from PayPal to your site about the status of the bookings.
Kind Regards.
ok, thank you for the information.
Hi there,
I have purchased your Booking System Pro WP Plugin some time ago. Since it was missing a very important feature, I added this feature manually, but I am still at version 2.0.8.
I wanted to ask if the new version has this feature now.
The feature I need is to add an extra day. That means, if someone books for 1 week, I want to add (automatically) the first day to the booking, thus making it 8 days (and not 7). Is this possible with the new version?
thanks, marc
Hello.
Just adding such extra day is not exist in the Booking Calendar versions.
But in the Booking Calendar Business Small and higher versions you can activate the "range days selection mode using 2 mouse clicks" at the General Booking Settings page in Calendar section and then set minimum, maximum and specific number of days selection. So visitor can select only these specific number of days selection.
Please read more about this feature here: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#range-days-selection
You can test such type of days selection in the live demo of Booking Calendar Business Medium version, which is configured by default for such type of days selection (but you still will be need to configure additional parameters for the specific number of days selections). You can test it here: https://bm.wpbookingcalendar.com
1) We are using this to manage booking of conference rooms, where we want to let people choose start and end times in 30 minute increments, but then require them to reserve at least 1 hour. If I designate the drop down with 30 minute increments, how do I prevent someone from booking 30 minute slot, not an hour. Alternatively I'd be fine if they booked 30 minutes, but we charged them for a full hour, but the system knows to do it. Is there a way to do this?
2) When I added an "advanced cost" via a check box on the form. I found that if I wrote on the form a dollar amount example: "add a projector - $10" that number caused the system to bug out on the advanced cost panel and would just reset to 100%. I took the "$10" of the check box form and it worked. Any ideas?
3) With Advanced costs, is there a way to ignore certain parameters. Right now I have one advanced cost "are you a member" which is set to 0% so if they are a member they can book rooms for free. But if they want a projector, (another advanced cost, fixed cost of $10) I want them to get the room for free, but still pay for a projector. is that possible?
Hello.
1) You can configure selections of the start time and duration of time. In the duration of time shortcode you can set the ability to select 30 minutes and 1 hour.
And then at the Booking > Resources > Advanced cost page for the 30 minutes option you can set some additional cost that visitor will pay for full hour.
So in your case the selection of times can be look like this:
Please select start time: [select starttime "10:00" "10:30" "11:00" "11:30" "13:00" "15:00"]
Please select duration: [select durationtime "30 min@@00:30" "1 hour@@01:00"]
2) Yes you are right. Currently its does not possible to use in the values of selectboxes or checkboxes some non standard symbols like $ or %, etc... Please use them outside of the form fields shortcodes.
3) Sorry, such type of configuration is not possible.
Kind Regards.
Hello,
I have the paid version of Booking Calendar. I have a serious problem. When two or more people are on the screen of reserves they are getting reser the same date. The right was for the first person who sent reserve and the other when clicked the button to book was informed that the date has already been reserved by someone else.
Is there anything that can answer this query? or something in real time when a person marked the date in the calendar of the other stay out?
Simulating the error. Open the calendar in two different browsers. Book a date and sent the data to book. In another browser maque the same date and send the data. You will notice that we had the same date reserved for different people. This can not happen.
Thank you
Hello.
What version of Booking Calendar do you use ? You can check it at the General Booking Settings page in right side of that page.
In newest updates you can activate option "Checking to prevent double booking, during submitting booking" at the General Booking Settings page in "Advanced section". This feature does not work for booking resources with capacity higher than one.
Also in actual version exist some issue, if you activated "Using check in/out times" for the booking in Booking Calendar Business Small and higher versions. If you do not use this feature, then its have to work fine for you. This issue will be fixed in next update. Currently fixed in beta version.

Thank you. we do have a paid version and i have now found it as mentioned above although it seems I need to click the Booking Listing Tab first as the Actions Tab does not open until this is clicked first which then shows a Filter and Action tabs.
Hi, I have some pre-sale questions for you. Firstly, I LOVE that you can add resources! We have 2 massage tables, 3 inversiona tables, 1 laser lipo machine and 4 vibration excercise machines that we need to schedule people for. My question is, we book people only for 30 minute increments...but I could only see hourly, daily, and monthly time schedules. Am I missing how we might setup our bookings for half hours? Also can we have monthly memberships and yearly memberships, but these clients should still be able to set their own schedules, if possible - we might like to take payments on a different page, and then when submitting a booking request, we would like them to have a checkbox 'I am an existing paid member' - is this possible? Lastly do you have recommended experienced consultants who can help us get everything created and implemented? Thanks in advance! Joshua

The emails are sending to the single email, which you are set at the settings, after the specific action.
If you want to send the email about the new booking, to the several (Admin) user, then you can use the emails in the form "To" in such format:
