Hi
I want to know if it is possible to integrate with Booking.com? I have a single property that I am making available on Booking.com, and i want to know if i can have the availability show on Booking.com, and when a booking is made, then update? I have the same thing for AirBnB as well?
Thanks
Mark
Hello.
Booking Calendar plugin is supporting
- import of events via .ics feeds from Google Calendar ( or Airbnb or any other calendar that support .ics format, like iCal application)
- and export bookings to .ics feeds (files), which possible to import in Google Calendar (or Airbnb, Booking.com, HomeAway, TripAdvisor, VRBO, FlipKey and any other calendar that uses .ics format ).
Please note, the import process is working in that case, when some visitor is open your website page with booking import shortcode. So you can configure CRON at your server, for periodically access this page with booking import shortcode to start import process. Or you can insert the import shortcode before booking form shortcode, so firstly system will start import process and only then show booking form, when someone visit your page.
Now about export. Booking Calendar is generate .ics feed with bookings in real time. But how often some service (like airbnb, or booking.com ) access this .ics feed to import the bookings from Booking Calendar into own system, does not depend from Booking Calendar. So in other words, Booking Calendar does not force to generate import process by third party service, when some booking is created. You need to check with support of this service (like airbnb or booking.com), about how often they can access the .ics feed tor making import.
Kind Regards.
Hello,
is it possible to edit the costs of the check-in day and not only for the check-out day?
i can say that the ordinary costs are 100euro per day and on the check-out day is 50%, but i want to set the percentages of the check-in day on 50% too.
kind regards
Hello.
Its possible in the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions, at the Booking > Resources > Cost and rates > "Valuation days" page.
You need to configure it similar to this: For 1st day = 50% from cost of specific day
Watch it in this video guide https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/valuation-days-cost-video-overview/
Kind Regards.
Hello,
I am wondering if it is possible for people to pay by installments for their bookings? I can't seem to see a setting for it within the plugin?
Hey, your Plugin work really great. But i did not managed it to get it work on my frontpage. Every other SubPage is working.
You can check it at insidertrip.de
Any Suggestions?
Hello.
As far as I was understood, you need to click on "Terminvereinbarung" link in your homepage for ability to show the booking form.
Its seems like some feature of your theme.
If you want to show calendar immediately, so please reinsert it into the other section at this your page.
Kind Regards.
Hi,
I'm having problem with content of booking fields data not showing up on booking listing page after a guest submits a booking request. It all of a sudden started showing up for one of my properties, but then it stopped. Have no idea what controls this.
Please help.
Hello.
I do not sure that clearly understand about your issue.
1) Please be sure that you have inserted the booking forms into the posts or pages for exist booking resources (from Booking > Resources page).
Please read more how easily insert booking form or availability calendar into a pages https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/inserting-booking-form/ or how manually configure Booking Calendar shortcodes in content of your pages: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-calendar-shortcodes/
2) If you do not see some booking details in your Booking Listing page, so please be sure that you have correctly configured the booking form at the Booking > Settings > Form page and "Content of booking fields data" form. Please use shortcode generator at the right side of the Booking > Settings > Form page for the fast and correct creation of booking form fields.
If you are having some other issue, please send screenshots of this issue, and your configuration from Booking > Settings General page and Booking > Settings > Form page and Booking > Resources page and link to this page with issue to support @ wpbookingcalendar.com

Hi,
The booking form is showing up fine when you visit the page. The problem is when I fill in the form, choose the dates and enter all information and press send nothing is displayed below the text about the property on the page, i.e. no info on the booking that was just completed and no payment option (which I have setup). The e-mail to the guest is sent out though.
This is the code in the booking form:
[calendar]
First Name*:[text* name]
Last Name*:[text* secondname]
Email*:[email* email]
Phone:[text phone]
Details:[textarea details]
Check this box if you want the pool heated for $35 per day [checkbox pool_heat_hint ""]
Adults:
Please use shortcode generator at the right side of the Booking > Settings > Form page for the fast and correct creation of booking form fields.
Please read more about the booking form fields configuration here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-form-fields/
Kind Regards.
I am using the latest update 8.1.1
And I have configured the Content of booking fields data form exactly like you have explained (actually I´m using the sample one that came with the program so that one should work):
First Name: [name] Last Name: [secondname] Email: [email] Phone: [phone] Details: [details]
Still nothing is being displayed when I press send to book a property, not even the total and "Pay with Paypal" button that did show up originally.
Hello.
Its seems that you have missed some closing HTML element, like </div> or </p>
at the Booking > Settings > Form page in "Booking form"
or in "Content of booking fields data" form.
Please recheck it carefully. If you still have an issue, please send your booking form configuration and "Content of booking fields data" form to support @ wpbookingcalendar.com
I will check it then.
Kind Regards.
Hello.
I'm logged in as a super user. I can see and edit the plugin settings page, but I can't see any user at Setings --> Users, so I can't assign roles.
Can you give me some advice on that issue, please?
Thank you!
Hello.
By default the first user in your website website, its Super booking admin user (user with ID=1 or if you have deleted this use, so other first user).
Please login to admin panel with this user. After this you will see access to the booking admin panel. Then you can activate the booking admin panel for other WordPress users at the Booking > Settings > Users page.
In Booking Calendar MultiUser version possible that each registered WordPress user (your owner) have own individual independent booking admin panel, and can see and manage only own booking resources and some other settings (other owners will not see the bookings from this owner, they can see only own bookings). Please check more here (at bottom of the page) https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/
Also each owner (user) will receive the emails about the bookings of the own service(s) or property (booking resource(s)) and can approve or decline them. Please note, that the each owner WordPress user) will have different individual calendar(s) with booking forms in the separate pages. Please retest it in the live demo.
I read the initial configuration guide. But logged in as the first super-admin in my network (which is the only one who has access to the settings page right now) I can't see any user at Booking > Settings > Users page.
Yes, I know. But there are a lot of users created, which were created before I installed the plugin. Also, I've created a new administrator user after I updated the plugin from Business Large 8.1(.0) to Multiuser 8.1.1, and it doesn't appear in the list at Booking > Settings > Users page.
I can send you access to the super-admin user or FTP in a private mail if you want.
Hello.
Weird...
Did you have all these users at the same website (not the WordPress MU installation) ?
Can you send screenshots from the WordPress > Plugins, Booking > Settings General page and Booking > Settings > Users page and WordPress > Users page to support @ wpbookingcalendar.com ?
Thank you.
Hi
I can't seem to align the calendar on the left side of my page.
Hello.
Can you send the link to the page with issue, so then I can recheck it?
Thank you.
2) Additionally, I can see that you was try to configure showing 2 months in a row in options parameter of Booking Calendar shortcode. You do not need todo this, if you are using only 1 month to show. So please remove the options parameter from shortcode.
Hello, it is possible to offer the customer the option to pay in full or pay by deposit? the way it seems is that you can either have full amount or deposit amount but not both? Also where would you edit the text for the page that gives the deposit amount and pay now as it would be nice to give the customer some instructions on how final payment would be made?
Many Thanks
Rachel
Hello.
1) By default its does not possible. But you can make small customization in Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions for showing both payment forms - deposit payment form and payment form for total cost.
If you want to make this customization , then follow this instruction.
Please open this file ../{Booking Calendar Folder}/lib/wpbc-constants.php
then find this code: if (!defined('WP_BK_SHOW_DEPOSIT_AND_TOTAL_PAYMENT')) define('WP_BK_SHOW_DEPOSIT_AND_TOTAL_PAYMENT', false );
and replace it to this code: if (!defined('WP_BK_SHOW_DEPOSIT_AND_TOTAL_PAYMENT')) define('WP_BK_SHOW_DEPOSIT_AND_TOTAL_PAYMENT', true );
Its will activate showing both deposit and total cost payment forms, after visitor submit booking.
Important!!! Please note, in this case at admin panel for booking will be saved deposit cost and notes about deposit, do not depend from the visitor choice of this payment, even if the visitor will make payment of full amount. So you need to check each such payment manually in your payment gateway account.
2) You can activate showing payment summary at the Booking > Settings > Payment page and then write some your text about payment process.
Kind Regards.
Hi,
I have set up high season and low season filters. I also want to price weekends differently, so have created a season filter for weekends. My problem is that all weekends are priced the same, but I would like a low season weekend price and a high season weekend price. Is there a way of doing this without specifying each low/high weekend, which is so time consuming?
Hello.
You can define all weekends as one specific sesson. For example using conditional season filters at the Booking > Resources > Filters page.
And then configure costs only once for this new season filter if your weekends.
Just be sure that other season filters, was not intersected with each other.
Kind Regards.
Hi there,
I want my start date to show as May 2018 and end with September however what shows is Feb to June. Can you tell me how to correct this. Here is my short code below:
Hello.
Basically you need to use this:
[booking type=1 form_type='standard' nummonths=5 startmonth='2018-05' options='{calendar months_num_in_row=2 width=100% cell_height=40px}']
Please be sure that you are using standard single quote symbols in the shortcode and do not using non standard opening and closing quote symbols.
It’s will start show Calendar from May (but visitors still can scroll back to February).
You can set how many months will be possible to scroll from current months at the Booking > Settings General page in Calendar section for option “Number months”.
If you need to set as available only specific days in calendar so then your need to check the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions.

Hello.
1) Please be sure that you are using the latest update 8.1.1
You can request the new update of Booking Calendar on this page: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/request-update/
2) You need to configure correctly "booking form" and "Content of booking fields data" form at the Booking > Settings > Form page.
For example, if you are having in the booking form configuration like this:
<p>Last Name (required):<br />[text* secondname] </p>
so then at the "Content of booking fields data" form you need to have configuration like this:
<strong>Last Name</strong>:<span class="fieldvalue">[secondname]</span><br/>
Please use shortcode generator at the right side of the Booking > Settings > Form page for the fast and correct creation of booking form fields.

Good Morning
Here it is - http://propertypeople.xyz/listings/1100-5th-ave/
I've tried to make it float left but can't figure out how to.

Hello.
1) This issue, because of CSS conflict with your actual theme or some other plugin
Please open this file http://propertypeople.xyz/wp-content/plugins/booking.bm.8.1.1/css/client.css
( you can check how to edit files in WordPress menu in this article https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/how-edit-file-in-wp-menu/ )
then add this code to the bottom of this file:
div.bk_calendar_frame { float:left !important; margin:0 0 20px 0; }
Please do not forget to clear browser cache before testing these changes.
2) Additionally, I can see that you was try to configure showing 2 months in a row in options parameter of Booking Calendar shortcode. You do not need todo this, if you are using only 1 month to show. So please remove the options parameter from shortcode.
