I have a Bed and Breakfast and am interested in the Personal Single Site purchase. I am already using the free "booking" plug-in; but need to activate the hald days option...
I have 2 questions:
1. Can i only activate those half days if i purchase the plug in ? or is there any other mean to do it ?
2. I understand it's a 1-time purchase, and not yearly subscription; correct ?

Also, you can request free updates your version of Booking Calendar (if such updates ready) during 6 months after purchase of plugin. You can request new update of Booking Calendar on this page.

Hi, I am having a problem with the Booking Manager on two properties that share a calendar - sort of. One listing is a single cabin, the other is two cabins that includes the single cabin. We are importing bookings from VRBO. The problem is that a booking imported into one calendar don't get imported into the other, although both should have the same blocked out dates. The import is set to import in all cases, so I don't understand why it won't import to both calendars.
3) otherwise please recheck shortcodes for import of bookings. May be second shortcode you was used for listing of bookings and not the import?
Please compare shortcodes at those 2 differnt this Pages. The difference have to be only in “type” (booking resource ID) parameter.
I would like to be able to make the costs variable - ie: we rent some spaces by the day and some by the week or month.
Is this possible?
How can i set it up so some resources are booked at a day rate and others for a week rate and others for an hourly rate?

Please read carefully and check links in my comments here. You can find detail description how to configure this.
1) You can set cost "per 1 day" at the Booking > Settings > Payment page in "Payment section".
And also activate this option "Time impact to cost" - if you want the time selection (if its exist in the booking form) applied to the cost calculation.s)
So for example, if you will select 1 day, and cost per 1 day is 240 USD, and in the booking form you have selected 2 hours, so then cost for this booking will booking == 20, its because 240 USD / 24 hours * 2 hours = 20 USD
2) Also in the different pages you can configure the different type of days selections. For example in the page for time-slots booking you can configure single day selection and where you need to have week selection, you can configure range days selection mode. 3) Because you need to have at one booking form times-lots selection/entering, and in the other booking form you do not need to have this (because of days or weeks bookings, so then its means that you need to have several custom booking forms. Basically its useful if you need to set some discounts for specific number of days selection, if the total cost different from sum of cost per each selected day.

Neither property has a "capacity" - only one customer can book the property, but they have a choice of either renting one of the cabins or both. The import codes are identical except for the resource id.
I understand how to initiate the imports; there are 8 properties, and only these two are not working correctly.
We are using Medium business.

1) So you do not see the imported booking(s) for one booking resource at the Booking Listing page ?
If yes, so then please be sure that these bookings was not imported before, because if such bookings was imported before (from the same .ics feed) even into the other booking resource, its will not start import again into new booking resource.
You need to have completely new .ics feed (with other unique ID for each event), and then you can start import of this .ics feed again into new booking resource.
2) But if you can see these bookings in correct booking resources at the Booking Listing page, and just do not see it in calendar at form-end, so then check this.
Please recheck for the any cache plugins, like "WP Super Cache" or "W3 Total Cache". If you are using someone, please deactivate it or add the exception to the page with booking form for do not cache this page(s).

VRBO creates the feed,I can't create a new feed. Can I clear out all the listings and delete the events from the trash, then reimport the same feed? Also, if I need a completely new ics feed because bookings were already imported, does that mean I can never import the same feed into two calendars?
2) Yes, if you will import bookings by one feed, so you can not import such events again even into the other booking resource, because such booking slots already exist. Only if this feed will have fully new bookings, sonthen you can import new events from the feed.
It’s because Booking Calendar is chucking about imported events before and if specific event was imported it’s will not imported again. Only new events can be imported.

Is it possible if I upgrade to Large Business, to use parent and child resources to achieve what I am trying to do? For example, if I import from VRBO to the parent resource, then can I show on the front end three separate calendars on different pages, one for parent and one for each of two child resources, with all the same days blocked out from the import? One possible complication - the prices and advanced costs will be different if someone books the children separately or the parent as a whole.

No, it’s does not possible.
But Probabaly you can import the VRBO only once for one booking resource, and then use aggregate paramater in the shortcodes of other booking resources, for setting the days as unavailable if the bookings exist in the one original booking resource.

But i have a trouble with translated version of calendar. In Admin menu, calendar is automaticaly translated into my local language,

1) Sorry, the video require Flash player, we do not use this player at any of computers.
2) Please note, for configuration of booking form (at font-end side), you need to configure it in specific format. Please check more here: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/several-languages/
3) If you was configured correctly booking form, but still do not see booking form in your language, so then please recheck that you was set correctly locale in the booking form at the Booking > Settings > Form page or selected locale of your website (in settings of translation plugin, or if you do not use such plugins, so then at the WordPress > Settings > General page, where you have selected your language (may be you was used some variant of language with other locale).
4) Otherwise, probably, its because of conflict with some other plugin or actual theme.
Please try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu and make testing after each plugin deactivation.
If its not help, please deactivate all your plugins and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again.

Please make testing when you have deactivated plugin or theme and have logged out.
Its most probably that you are having some JavaScript error at that page. Please recheck your page for any JavaScript errors (usually for see what JavaScript error you have you need to press Ctrl {+} Shift {+} J for showing browser console) and try to fix them. ~ You can check for the most common issues on the FAQ page https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/ at the troubleshooting section.
You can also try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu. Then retest it again.
If its not help, please deactivate your active theme and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again.

I'm looking for a good solution to display multiple meetingrooms side by side, were a customer can fast see, if a timeslot at a specific day is available (dayli or week -view needed).
I only can select in the editor the "timeline" with a view of "month", "3 Month", "Year".
--> Why is "day" and "week" grayout? Any other tipp?

Its does not possible to show WEEK view for one booking resource, because there is NO such view for one booking resource. There is not such template for one resource.

I realized a "day-view", which works now.
The day-view ist very helpful for meeting rooms with timeslots to book.
But its painful if a customer is looking for a room in 3 month or r for the next year: He has to click many, many times in the daily view.
Is there a possibility for "fast" access to a specific day, like pop-up an calendar, a pull-wown-menu with month, or different browser-buttns for day/moth/year?
Our need: Some custiomers are looking for a room next week, other plan a trining next year. So we have to be flexible and offer a quick access to a specifi day in "day view".
I appologize if I do not have found the answer in the online-help for following function.

But how to realize a navigation toolbar in the front end (not admin panel)

I can see both calendars' listings. I can also see on the customer front end that different dates are blocked out.
