hello,
i have the small business license.
the plugin is working fine and i have bookings but after the date of booking they still appear as pending and thats a bit confusing.
is there a way to check completed, done bookings as "Done" or "Completed"?
Also, where can we see past bookings? on calendar?
Is there a way I can download the email addresses from the plugin into a csv file?
Hello.
You can do this at the Booking Listing page in paid versions of Booking Calendar by exporting the bookings to the CSV file.
Please open the Booking Listing page, switch to Actions toolbar and click on "Export All" button. Watch it in this video guide https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-listing-video-tutorial/

Hi there.
There would be a question that if there is a possibility of bank transfer, there may be several banks, but which one I choose no longer. Specifically, the topmost is active. My client would be happy to have the option to choose different bank depending on the language you choose.
Thanks:
Peter
Hello.
In the Booking Calendar Business Small or higher versions you can activate to show your “bank details” after the booking process. So visitor can use this details for making payment for own booking. Please note, this bank details it’s just fixed text, it does not connnect system to your bank system for proceed with payment. It’s possible to show details from several bank accounts. But this details does not depend from the language.
You can test Booking Calendar live demos at this page https://wpbookingcalendar.com/demo/ to be sure in functionality and do not have misunderstanding.
Kind Regards.
I use the business large version. I fixed two banks on the possibility of bank payment. In the description I can show this [bank_name] but this is the bank that is in the top line. The description is two-language [lang = locate], but I want to use the bank's second-line information in the other language. Is this possible? Because for me, the application of several banks suffers this.
Hello.
If you need to show on different langusges the different bank details, so unfortunately it’s does not possible.
You can try to use “Cash payment” option and configure there just the text details about the payment via bank
And there you can configure details in several languages. Check more here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/several-languages/
Kind Regards.
Hi Support,
Can i have 2 rooms booked at the same time? Kindly let me know whas is the configuration for that.
Thanks.

aaron
Hello.
Only in the Booking Calendar Business Large version possible to book several rooms of the same type (booking resource with specific capacity).
Its process of booking several "child booking resources" in the same calendar.
Can i use the "Allow unlimited bookings per same day(s)" in specific resource only not all resource.
If yes may i know how it can be done?
kindly advice.
thanks.
regards,
Aaron
Hello.
Its global option, and its apply to all booking resources. But you can make some fix.
Please open this file ../{Booking Calendar Folder}/core/lib/wpdev-booking-class.php
Where '12', '15', '17' - its ID of booking resources (from the Booking > Resources page), which you need to receive unlimited bookings.
And this option "Allow unlimited bookings per same day(s)" you need to disable at the Booking > Settings General page.
Kind Regards.
Hi,
Can the availability be displayed per employee?
We want to use this plugin for a doctor's office, where the client should be able to select either on of the doctors, or an option called "Any doctor".
Thank you!
Morten
Hello.
I do not sure that clearly understand how you need to present this functionality.
So each doctor will have own independent calendar with availability.
But it’s means that there will no “any doctors” option. Your visitors will need to select date in some exist calendar.
In case if you need to show all this in one calendar (with availability per days) then check point # 3.
2) The ability to book for the specific times only possible in the Booking Calendar Business Small / Business Medium versions (and in higher versions for booking resources with capacity =1). Please note if you will make the booking for the specific timeslot, this timeslot become unavailable for the other visitors for that selected date in current specific calendar. ~ Please watch more in this video: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-calendar-video-timeslots/ ~ You can configure the timeslots selections on the Booking > Settings > Form page. Please use the “shortcode generator” on the right side of that page for the correct generation of the shortcode. ~ You can use one”timerange” (timeslots) or “start time” and”end time” selections or”starttime” and “duration”of time selections shortcodes or even start time and end time entering shortcodes. Please read more about the booking form fields configuration here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/booking-form-fields/ ~ You can test the bookings for the specific time-slots in action on the live demo of Business Small version (which is configured by default for the bookings of specific time-slots) here: https://bs.wpbookingcalendar.com/ Other live demo you will need to reconfigure.
3) If you need to make the specific number of bookings per days, then you need to check the Booking Calendar Business Large version, where is possible to make several reservations per specific FULL date(s) by visitors (not time slots). Please read more about it here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#capacity ~ You can test it in the live demo here https://bl.wpbookingcalendar.com/ ~ Watch video about this feature here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/availability-capacity-video-overview/ ~ At this version possible to set capacity of the booking resource, so date(s) in calendar will be available until number of reservations is less then capacity of the booking resource. But its possible to make booking only for FULL date, not a time slots (time slots in this version only saved as data into database, but do not apply to availability logic). ~ Highly recommend, to check this article about configuration of capacity and availability for booking resources: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/capacity-concept/
4) In Booking Calendar MultiUser version possible that each registered WordPress user (your owner) have own individual independent booking admin panel, and can see and manage only own booking resources and some other settings (other owners will not see the bookings from this owner, they can see only own bookings). Please check more here (at bottom of the page) https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/ ~ Also each owner (user) will receive the emails about the bookings of the own service(s) or property (booking resource(s)) and can approve or decline them. Please note, that the each owner WordPress user) will have different individual calendar(s) with booking forms in the separate pages. Please retest it in the live demo. You can read more about the initial configuration of the Booking Calendar MultiUser version: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/multiuser-version-init-config/ ~ Watch it in this video guide https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/multiuser-video-overview/ ~ Please test the live demo of Booking Calendar Multiuser version here: https://multiuser.wpbookingcalendar.com/ ~ Admin Panel of Multiuser version (here you can test several admin panels functionality): https://multiuser.wpbookingcalendar.com/admin-panel/

Hi!
I am regarding the possibility of purchasing the booking calendar upgrade version. We need the following:
- ability to book the meeting rooms by the company emplooyees (all of them are WP users), 1 website
- no payment options required
- description of each meeting point should be added
- possibility to book the concrete time slots during the day (for ex. 1 hour, from 13/00 up to 14/00)
- possibility to see the timeline which meeting rooms are already booked for today
- possibility to book the meeting room without confirmation
- possibility to cancel the booking without any assistance
- double booking protection
Is the package for small business suitable for us?
1more option:
- employees should see who have booked the meeting rooms, including the name and phone number
Thank you for the answers!
Two more moments to clear:
1. Can the users see the timeline with all bookings in the front-end? With the information about those who have made that bookings be available?
2. Can we set different timelines on the different website pages? For example we have 3 meeting rooms in 1 business center and 2 rooms in the other one. The timelines which show the free timeslots in different business centers are better to be different too
3. Can we switch off the payment options?
3) Yes, you can deactivate all payment gateways at the Booking > Settings > Payment page.
Kind Regards.
Will Business Small package be enough for all the options I mentioned?
Hello.
Yes, its have all that functionality that you have mentioned. Please check my previous comments.
Also please test live demo to be sure in functionality https://wpbookingcalendar.com/demo/
Kind Regards.
You can create the different booking resources (your properties or services - unique calendars) at the Booking > Resources page and then you be able to insert booking forms for each of your booking resources into the posts or pages. Please read more how to insert and configure the booking shortcode into the post or page here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/inserting-booking-form/
2) You can write description about your meeting points in the content of the posts or pages (its standard functionality of WordPress), where you have inserted the booking forms, relative point #1 in this comment.
3) The ability to book for the specific times only possible in the Booking Calendar Business Small / Business Medium versions (and in higher versions for booking resources with capacity =1). Please note if you will make the booking for the specific timeslot, this timeslot become unavailable for the other visitors for that selected date in current specific calendar.
You can configure the timeslots selections on the Booking > Settings > Form page. Please use the "shortcode generator" on the right side of that page for the correct generation of the shortcode.
You can use one"timerange" (timeslots) or "start time" and"end time" selections or"starttime" and "duration"of time selections shortcodes or even start time and end time entering shortcodes. You can test the bookings for the specific time-slots in action on the live demo of Business Small version (which is configured by default for the bookings of specific time-slots) here: https://bs.wpbookingcalendar.com/ Other live demo you will need to reconfigure.
4) When someone was make booking for specific timeslot, this timeslot is showing as unavailable in the mouse over tooltip, when mouse over specific day. Please check point #2
Also you can insert the timeline to show all booked items, like in this example https://bs.wpbookingcalendar.com/timeline/
5) If you need to activate the "Auto approve" of all incoming bookings, so you can activate this option at the Booking Calendar Business Small or higher versions at the Booking > Settings General page.
6) Check point #3
Kind Regards.

Hello.
Ok, plugin was updated with this fix at WP, as well.
Its seems that issue relative to this specific PHP version, which have some restrictions in "if" statement.
Thank you for notification about this issue.
Kind Regards.
Configuring the business-large. Calendar displays correct availability, and I am getting correct nights calculation in the booking form. However, I get inconsistent cost calculations.
1. select 4 day range (=3 nights) within peak season ==> form correctly shows 3 nights, and the correct $450 rate (valuation for 3 days = $450)
2. select 5 day range (=4 nights) within peak season ==> form correct shows 4 nights, and the correct $575 rate $450+100+25)
In November (a "non-peak" time) --
3. select 5 day range (=4 nights) ==> form correctly shows 4 nights and correctly the $460 rate (valuation for 3 days = $360 + 1 day at $100)
But in September, also within the "peak" season" --
4. select 4 days (=3 nights, check in on Sept 15, check out Sept 18 - which is in the "peak" season filter) ==> form correctly shows 3 nights, but incorrectly a $575 rate (should be $450, ie, the fixed amount for the 3 "valuation days" in peak season).
5. select 5 days (=4 nights, check in on Sept 15, check out Sept 19 - which is in the "peak" season filter) ==> form correctly shows 4 nights, but incorrectly a $700 rate (should be $575 = $450 + 100 + 25).
Other configuration settings are:
-- Admin > Settings
range days is set; select dynamic range with 2 clicks
set as cost per night
min days = 4 (needed to add 1 day to allow range for nights -- ideally there would be a "min nights" option)
max days =8 (needed to add 1 day to allow range for nights -- ideally there would be a "max nights" option)
start = any day
use check-in/out
-- Valuation days are applied as..
1. together 3 days "450" for "all" in "peak" season
2. together 3 days "360" for "all" in "Any" season
3. From 4-30 days "25" "add per day" in "peak" season
Thanks for any ideas.
Hello.
“Valuation days” cost settings is working ONLY on days (not the nights).
That’s why
===
-- Valuation days are applied as..
1. together 3 days "450" for "all" in "peak" season
2. together 3 days "360" for "all" in "Any" season
3. From 4-30 days "25" "add per day" in "peak" season
===
===
4. select 4 days (=3 nights, check in on Sept 15, check out Sept 18 - which is in the "peak" season filter) ==> form correctly shows 3 nights, but incorrectly a $575 rate (should be $450, ie, the fixed amount for the 3 "valuation days" in peak season).
====
4 selected days = 450 (for 3 days “Valuation days”) + 100+25 (for 4th day) = 575
====
5. select 5 days (=4 nights, check in on Sept 15, check out Sept 19 - which is in the "peak" season filter) ==> form correctly shows 4 nights, but incorrectly a $700 rate (should be $575 = $450 + 100 + 25).
====
So, I changed from "nights" to "Days". The calendar calculates the correct number of "Nights" but is adding the "check-out" day into the total cost, which is incorrect. How to adjust for this, plus does this also affect the check-in/out indication on the calendar and its availability totals?
Hello.
Just configure “Valuation days” cost settings on 1 day less than you’ve right now.
Kind Regards.
Unclear if you mean...
-- Valuation days changed to as..
1. together 2(not 3) days "450" for "all" in "peak" season
2. together 2(not 3) days "360" for "all" in "Any" season
3. From 3(not 4)-30 days "25" "add per day" in "peak" season
or to this?
-- Changed from "nights" to "Days"
-- Add another Valuation as #4. "LAST" day for $0 in the “Valuation days”
Cleared caches, then tested again. The calendar calculates the correct number of "Nights" but is still adding the "check-out" day into the total cost for the September test (#4 & 5), which is incorrect.
In June (within the "peak" season" filter) --
1. select 4 day range (=3 nights) within peak season ==> form correctly shows 3 nights, and the correct $450 rate (valuation for 3 days = $450)
2. select 5 day range (=4 nights) within peak season ==> form correct shows 4 nights, and the correct $575 rate $450+100+25)
In November (a "non-peak" time) --
3. select 5 day range (=4 nights) ==> form correctly shows 4 nights and correctly the $460 rate (valuation for 3 days = $360 + 1 day at $100)
But in September, also within the "peak" season" --
4. select 4 days (=3 nights, check in on Sept 15, check out Sept 18 - which is in the "peak" season filter) ==> form correctly shows 3 nights, but incorrectly a $575 rate (should be $450, ie, the fixed amount for the 3 "valuation days" in peak season).
5. select 5 days (=4 nights, check in on Sept 15, check out Sept 19 - which is in the "peak" season filter) ==> form correctly shows 4 nights, but incorrectly a $700 rate (should be $575 = $450 + 100 + 25).
Thanks.
Hello.
1) Please set cost per 1 day at the Booking > Settings > Payment page.
2) Configure "Valuation days" like this:
1. Together 4 days "450" for "all" in "peak" season
2. Together 4 days "360" for "all" in "Any" season
3. From 5 - 30 days "25" "add per day" in "peak" season
Kind Regards.
Thanks. Your suggestion works. I had come up with an alternate config (B, below) that also works. Both show the correct number of nights and correct cost. However, both are a bit confusing to our office staff who will be using the system.
A. Your suggested config:
1. Together 4 days "450" for "all" in "peak" season
2. Together 4 days "360" for "all" in "Any" season
3. From 5 - 30 days "25" "add per day" in "peak" season
B. Alternate config:
1. "LAST" day for $0 in "Any" days
2. Together 3 days "450" for "all" in "peak" season
3. From 4-30 days "25" "add per day" in "peak" season
4. Together 3 days "360" for "all" in "Any" season

Hello.
1) You can approve (or set payment status for the booking as "Completed") at the Booking Listing page in admin panel.
Watch it in this video guide https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-listing-video-tutorial/
and about calendar overview here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/calendar-overview-video-tutorial/
2) You can activate the "Auto approve" all incoming bookings at the Booking > Settings General page.

Is there a way I can download the email addresses from the plugin into a csv file?
Hello.

Hello.
Its global option, and its apply to all booking resources. But you can make some fix.
Please open this file ../{Booking Calendar Folder}/core/lib/wpdev-booking-class.php
( you can check how to edit files in WordPress menu in this article https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/how-edit-file-in-wp-menu/ )
then find this code:
// if ( in_array( $bk_type, array( '12', '15', '17' ) ) ) $booking_is_days_always_available = 'On';
and replace it to this code:
if ( in_array( $bk_type, array( '12', '15', '17' ) ) ) $booking_is_days_always_available = 'On';
Where '12', '15', '17' - its ID of booking resources (from the Booking > Resources page), which you need to receive unlimited bookings.
And this option "Allow unlimited bookings per same day(s)" you need to disable at the Booking > Settings General page.

Hello.
What PHP version do you use in your website ?
Can you try to make this fix.
Please open this file ../booking/core/admin/wpbc-class-timeline.php
( you can check how to edit files in WordPress menu in this article https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/how-edit-file-in-wp-menu/ )
then find this code:
if ( ( class_exists( 'wpdev_bk_biz_s' ) ) && ( ! empty( get_bk_option( 'booking_time_format') ) ) ){ //FixIn: 8.2.1.2
and replace it to this code:
$bc_time_format = get_bk_option( 'booking_time_format'); if( ! empty( $bc_time_format ) ){ //FixIn: 8.2.1.2
Please inform us, if its will help.

The shortcode is:
[booking type='24' nummonths=2 startmonth='2018-1']
(Type 24 has a capacity = 2)
Example Results:
In June (within the "peak" season" filter) --
1. select 4 day range (=3 nights) within peak season ==> form correctly shows 3 nights, and the correct $450 rate (valuation for 3 days = $450)
2. select 5 day range (=4 nights) within peak season ==> form correct shows 4 nights, and the correct $575 rate $450+100+25)
In November (a "non-peak" time) --
3. select 5 day range (=4 nights) ==> form correctly shows 4 nights and correctly the $460 rate (valuation for 3 days = $360 + 1 day at $100)
But in September, also within the "peak" season" --
4. select 4 days (=3 nights, check in on Sept 15, check out Sept 18 - which is in the "peak" season filter) ==> form correctly shows 3 nights, but incorrectly a $575 rate (should be $450, ie, the fixed amount for the 3 "valuation days" in peak season).
5. select 5 days (=4 nights, check in on Sept 15, check out Sept 19 - which is in the "peak" season filter) ==> form correctly shows 4 nights, but incorrectly a $700 rate (should be $575 = $450 + 100 + 25).
Other configuration settings are:
-- Admin > Settings
range days is set; select dynamic range with 2 clicks
set as cost per night
min days = 4 (needed to add 1 day to allow range for nights -- ideally there would be a "min nights" option)
max days =8 (needed to add 1 day to allow range for nights -- ideally there would be a "max nights" option)
start = any day
use check-in/out
-- Resource >
Basic rate = $100
No seasonal filters applied
-- Valuation days are applied as..
1. together 3 days "450" for "all" in "peak" season
2. together 3 days "360" for "all" in "Any" season
3. From 4-30 days "25" "add per day" in "peak" season
Thanks for any ideas.
Hello.
“Valuation days” cost settings is working ONLY on days (not the nights).
That’s why
===
-- Valuation days are applied as..
1. together 3 days "450" for "all" in "peak" season
2. together 3 days "360" for "all" in "Any" season
3. From 4-30 days "25" "add per day" in "peak" season
===
===
4. select 4 days (=3 nights, check in on Sept 15, check out Sept 18 - which is in the "peak" season filter) ==> form correctly shows 3 nights, but incorrectly a $575 rate (should be $450, ie, the fixed amount for the 3 "valuation days" in peak season).
====
4 selected days = 450 (for 3 days “Valuation days”) + 100+25 (for 4th day) = 575
====
5. select 5 days (=4 nights, check in on Sept 15, check out Sept 19 - which is in the "peak" season filter) ==> form correctly shows 4 nights, but incorrectly a $700 rate (should be $575 = $450 + 100 + 25).
====
And the same situation here
5 selected days = 450 (for 3 days “Valuation days”) + 100+25 (for 4th day) + 100+25 (for 5th day) = 700
Kind Regards.
In November (a "non-peak" time) --
3. select 5 day range (=4 nights) ==> form correctly shows 4 nights and correctly the $460 rate (valuation for 3 days = $360 + 1 day at $100)
But in September, also within the "peak" season" --
4. select 4 days (=3 nights, check in on Sept 15, check out Sept 18 - which is in the "peak" season filter) ==> form correctly shows 3 nights, but incorrectly a $575 rate (should be $450, ie, the fixed amount for the 3 "valuation days" in peak season).
5. select 5 days (=4 nights, check in on Sept 15, check out Sept 19 - which is in the "peak" season filter) ==> form correctly shows 4 nights, but incorrectly a $700 rate (should be $575 = $450 + 100 + 25).
Thanks.
Hello.
1) Please set cost per 1 day at the Booking > Settings > Payment page.
2) Configure "Valuation days" like this:
1. Together 4 days "450" for "all" in "peak" season 2. Together 4 days "360" for "all" in "Any" season 3.
