  1. I have set up the Booking calendar Business large on our camping web site.
    I have worked out how to create resources, which relate to an individual calendar.
    I have also worked out how to enable a maximum of 60 visitors of which 30 are adults and 30 are children using the FORM as part of the Booking Calendar
    However I am charging Adults at £10.50 and children at £8.50.
    How do I set it up so that there are a maximum of 60 visitors, but I only charge £10.50 for an adult when booking and £8.50 for a child?
    At the moment if I book 60 visitors the cost is 60 x 10.50....

      The ability to book for the specific times possible in the Booking Calendar Business Small / Business Medium versions (and in higher versions for booking resources with capacity =1).
      In lower versions of Booking Calendar (including free version), possible to make bookings for specific times only for specific restricted time-slots.
      Please note if you will make the booking for the specific timeslot, this timeslot become unavailable for the other visitors for that selected date in current specific calendar.

      You can configure the timeslots selections on the Booking > Settings > Form page. Please use the "shortcode generator" on the right side of that page for the correct generation of the shortcode.
      You can use one"timerange" (timeslots) or "start time" and"end time" selections or"starttime" and "duration"of time selections shortcodes or even start time and end time entering shortcodes.     My customers use a WordPress 5.7.1 and a Version 9.Business.Medium.SingleSite.8.8.1 WPBC and their business is a lodge booking services, I setup the website for them including your booking solution.

    Here is the problem, hoping you can help me find a solution:
    Besides renting lodges, the clients can book some different options like massages, sauna, a bottle of wine, charcuterie and cheese tray etc. I have set up some check boxes for these options, but we would like tu put a field so the clients can put the number of options they would like to have during their stay: i.e. 2 massages,1 sauna, 2 charcuterie tray etc.
    How can I set these?

      You need to use the select boxes near such checkbox, or instead of check boxes to use only select boxes. Example:
      Massages: [select massages "0" "1" "2" "3"]
      In the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions possible to configure additional costs for selected options in the select boxes or check boxes (such options can be hidden and checked by default). It's useful in case, if you need to add the tax cost or cleaning fee or any other additional cost for the booking. You can configure it at the Booking > Resources > Advanced cost page.     I bought your Booking Calendar in Business Medium version
    Everything works well
    On the other hand, in the booking page, I have the sentence in red under the calendar:
    "Attention! The reservation calendar for this resource is already on the page, please inquire about this issue at this page: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/why-the-booking-calendar-widget-not-show -on-page / "
    Of course I have read the FAQs related to this problem, but I cannot deal with it and remove this sentence. This page only contains the calendar without any other widget. Can you help me

    • Hello.
      Probably you have inserted 2 or more shortcodes for the booking form or for the booking form and availability calendar at the same visible page. Please recheck this.

      Or Otherwise it’s because of conflict with your theme or some other plugin because of cache issue.
      Please try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu and make testing after each plugin deactivation.
      If its not help, please deactivate all your plugins and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again.
      We just need to find the reason of this issue.

      Please note, curently support and communications possible only in English via emails or at support plugin forum. Thank you for understanding.

      If you do not see the booked dates in calendar at the front-end, please open the General Booking Settings page and in the “Advanced section”, please be sure that you have not activated this option: “Allow unlimited bookings per same day(s):”. This option must be unchecked. If its checked, please uncheck it and update the settings.

      Also this option “Use pending days as available” must be unchecked, as well. It’s located at the Booking > Settings General page in Advanced section.

      If you still will have this issue, please recheck for the any cache plugins, like “WP Super Cache” or “W3 Total Cache”. If you are using someone, please deactivate it or add the exception to the page with booking form for do not cache this page(s).

    Is it possible to send booking notifications to multiple users, for example, I am using the booking system to book cars. They we it works all cars have an owner. I I booked a car can I also send a notification to the owner of the car to alert them that their car has been booked?

      In case,  if you need to have the different emails for the different booking resources so then  you need to  check  the  BookingCalendar MultiUser version. 
      In this version each activated regular user can have their own booking admin panel and can configure their own emails. 
      So here different emails relative to  specific WP user,  and each  such  user  can have their own booking resources. Its means that  different booking resources will have different emails.

      In the Booking Calendar MultiUser version possible that each registered WordPress user (your owner) have own individual independent booking admin panel, and can see and manage only own booking resources and some other settings (other owners will not see the bookings from this owner, they can see only own bookings).       Also each owner (user) will receive the emails about the bookings of the own service(s) or property (booking resource(s)) and can approve or decline them.     Since WordPress upgrade to 5.7.2, I am getting an error in the Reservations page of my website:
    There is a critical error on this website.

    The error in the page is:

      Please note, those errors is coming not from the Booking Calendar plugin but from some other plugins.

      Relative the Booking Calendar plugin.
      It seems that you are using the old version of Booking Calendar and you have updated to the latest update of WordPress.
      Because of that you are having this issue. Please be sure to use the latest update of Booking Calendar 8.8.1
      It has to resolve the issue of not showing the calendar at the latest update of WordPress.
      In case if you are using the paid version of Booking Calendar, then you can request the new update of Booking Calendar on this page: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/request-update/

        I forgot to mention that the Booking Calendar 8.8.1 version was already requested and installed. Here are the steps:
        1/ WordPress upgraded to 5.7.2 -> problem appears on reservations page
        2/ Booking Calendar upgraded to 8.8.1 -> problem still present

          Those errors relative to the "cookie-notice" plugin. Please deactivate it and test it again.
          After that contact support of the "cookie-notice" plugin to resolve that error.

                According to that error, the problem is caused by the captcha.
                I removed the captcha field from the booking form and this has fixed the problem.

                However, this is a workaround, not a solution. Anything else we can do to fix this bug ?

  8. Hi support

    We are using the plugin for meeting rooms and offer a coupon discount for the inhouse users.
    We have added a lot of additional costs (for ordering food, drinks, coffee etc.) as add-ons, but the coupons calculate the discount from the whole booking and not just the meeting room. The add-ons need to be full price.

    Where and how do I change the coupons to only discount the rooms, not the additional costs?

      Please open the Booking > Settings > Payment page and activate this option "Apply discount coupon code directly to days cost" at the "Payment Options" section.

    1. There are no Tooltips displaying in the calendar, can this be fixed?

    2. I want to use the plugin for booking sports accomodations. These accomodations are divided in two halfs, i would like to make booking per half. I have setup the resource capacity to 2, but how do i make the adjustements to the form so i can make this work. Also it should be possible to book 1 accomodation for axample from 8:00 - 10:00 and someone else should be able to book the other half from 8:00 till 12:00 for example. What form field deducts 1 user from the total amount of two?

    3. When i select a Form template and hit save nothing changes in the lay-out, any suggestions? I only get the basic layout.

      1)Please be sure that you have not deactivate loading of bootstrap library by Booking Calendar at the Booking > Settings General page in Advanced section, by checking this option " Disable Bootstrap loading on Front-End " after expand of this section " Show advanced settings of JavaScript loading ".
      Its can be reason of not showing mouse over tooltips in the Booking Calendar at the front-end side. Please be sure that option was unchecked.

      Probably, its because of conflict with some other plugin or actual theme.
      Please try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu and make testing after each plugin deactivation.
      If its not help, please deactivate all your plugins and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again.

      2) Unfortunately, if you need to make the several specific number of bookings per the same time slot at the same date in SAME CALENDAR, it is NOT possible in any versions of Booking Calendar. Sorry.

      In the Booking Calendar Business Large version is possible to make several reservations per specific FULL date(s) by visitors (not time slots). Please read more about it here http://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#capacity

      At this version is possible to set capacity of the booking resource, so date(s) in calendar will be available until number of reservations is less than capacity of the booking resource.But in this version is possible to make reservation only for FULL date, not a time slots (time slots in this version only record data in the DB, but do not play any logic in reservation).       Suggestion! I can suggest that you can create the booking resource with specific capacity in the Booking Calendar Business Large version for each of your times and then have the independent calendar for each of your time slots for the reservation. It means that your visitors firstly need to select the times in the select box, where all your options will be listed.

      3) Can you try to reset the booking form and then try to save it again. Otherwise check about the conflicts, as in my description from first point.
