  1. Bonjour, I can't find my comment anymore, so hereby again:

    I noticed that different languages are no longer supported with the outgoing emails in wpbc. This means that every email sent by the system is in the original basic language, instead of the customers language.
    Wpbc does not seem to recognize the shortcode Lang=FR_fr anymore. It's only in the emails, in the forms it is still working.
    Since we are using wpbc for several years now and we didn't have this problem before, is this a known new issue? Using Business Large version 8.9.2

    Esta instalado y configurado, pero el boton enviar no funciona con el ratón, solo es posible enviar los datos del formulario, pasandole el foco al boton submit con el tabulador y confirmando la accion con la barra de espacios, por favo, me podeis ayudar?

  3. Hi, I am trying to add tax as an additional cost. checkbox can be unchecked by the customer. I want it to be checked by default and customer can not edit. Please tell me how to do that. Chris

        The value of attribute style must be in double quotes.

          Please be sure that you are using standard quote symbols (like “ or ‘) in the shortcode and do not use non standard opening or closing quote symbols. The beast way to recheck it by retyping it from keyboard.

        • Ok, our quotation marks are different on my keyboard. This worked!
          Yours is in script mine is straight.

          Next question is this. The tax response to the form submission says "Yes"
          Can I change this to answer 10% ??

    Is it possible to add something so that when requesting an appointment you subscribe to the mailing list in mailchimp?
    Is it possible to export to excel or csv?

    • Hello.
      Unfortunately actual versions of Booking Calendar does not support integration with Mailchimp. Sorry.

      You can export exist bookings to the CSV file in any paid versions of Booking Calendar. You need to open the Booking Listing page, then at Actions toolbar click on “Export” button.
      After this you will be able to open CSV file with bookings in MS Excel or some other applications.

          Sorry, no.
          Creation of new bookings require to will the email address.

          But you can use fast booking option at the Booking > Add booking page in toolbar in the Booking Calendar Business Small or higher versions.

      Please delete the booking with ID = 5236 and then create new booking with the same details.
      This booking contain incorrectly saved time to dates.

  8. The "Range" option is not appearing in the "Type of days selection in calendar". I only see "Single day" and "Multiple days".

    I consulted wpml with this problem and run some tests. We deactivated every single plugin (also wpml), but the issue remains. Therefore I can only conclude that it has something to do with BookingCalendar.
    It is only now that we start to get new bookings, but when I think back this issue probably started after the last update to newest version (8.9.2).
    I put up a test-website in a sub-domain and would very much appreciate your help to solve this Lang-shortcode issue in emails.

            If you are using some translation plugin, like WPML,
            for the ability to send email in a specific language,
            you need to change the language in this translation plugin.
            Usually it's at the top toolbar menu.

            Please check the attached screenshot (which was sent to your email).

            The changing language near the booking by clicking on the Globe icon is working only if you do not use any translation plugins, and use several languages in pure WordPress installation.

            • Hi,
              I've reset it and it works, but only for emails sent from the booking list (where you can toggle the language switch). It does not work with the automatic first email to the customer to confirm the booking (which is sent immediately). I therefore had to disable this first email in the booking process. Too bad this option is no longer available.

  10. Hello,

    I have connected my Woocommerce Bookings to Google Calendar and everything seems to work fine. However, whenever the reservation appears on my Google calendar it does not show the time for the reservation. This is off because the customer must choose the time when making the reservation.

    Can anyone help me with this?

      “WooCommerce bookings” it’s other plug-in from other company. Please contact support of that plug-in.
