  1. Can we sync the booking prices from our imported calendars? Or from PriceLabs?

      Unfortunately Booking Calendar does not sync prices. It can import/export only availability.

      Please note, the import process is working in that case, when some visitor is open your website page with booking import shortcode. So you can configure CRON at your server, for periodically access this page with booking import shortcode to start import process. Or you can insert the import shortcode before booking form shortcode, so firstly system will start import process and only then show booking form, when someone visit your page.

      Booking Calendar is generate .ics feed with bookings in real time. But how often some service (like airbnb, or booking.com ) access this .ics feed to import the bookings from Booking Calendar into own system, does not depend from Booking Calendar. So in other words, Booking Calendar does not force to generate import process by third party service, when some booking is created. You need to check with support of this service (like airbnb or booking.com), about how often they can access the .ics feed tor making import.

  2. Hello
    I am currently using the free version and i am syncing with airbnb ICS file.
    The strange thing i see is that if i have 7 days blockes on Airbnb, when it gets synced to my WP calendar, it is actually showing also the 8th day as non bookable.
    So let's say that on airbnb i get a checkin date for the 1st day of the mont and checkout is the 7th day of the month.
    Day 7 of the month should be available since i can have a checkout on that day and checkin in the same day. And on Airbnb indeed day 7 is available to be booked.
    What i see on my calendar, instead, is that day 8 of the month is blocked.
    Can you help me out with this?

      Please open the Booking > Settings > Sync > "General" page and deactivate this option "Append check out day".

      • Hi! I am currently building a website for a client, and I am having the same issue as Maurizio. I have just unmarked the Append check out day, but the checkout day is still blocked and not available for booking. Example: if a customer checks out on 27 May in the morning, I want to be able to get another booking on 27 May at night. This is something that Airbnb and Booking do, which means that I cannot synchronise my client's calendars with both platforms because of this day blocked. How can I solve this, please?

          If you was unchecked that option, then it’s will work only for the new bookings. Old bookings you need to edit to update this info.

          Otherwise send screenshots of your configuration and send the link to your page with booking form, where you are having the issue. Please send all this to support @ wpbookingcalendar.com

      You can define how many months to scroll in a future at the Booking > Settings General page in "Calendar" section.
      So you can limit how many dates possible to book in advance.

  4. Hello, I'm helping a family in the Philippines. We build already the house and now for there income we want to start an Bed and Breakfast. I work on the website jomalig.store and installed the Booking calendar. Thanks for that free version, it helps me a lot. One question: the bookingform accept any caracter for the telephone number. Is there a way that the form only accept an regular phonenumber? Thanks for your support.

      Relative configuration of checking correct entering phone numbers.

      You can use in paid versions of Booking Calendar this format of shortcodes at the Booking > Settings > Form page for checking about the entering only specific numbers in a fields:

      Example of configuration:
      <p>Digit Field:<br />[text* dig_field class:validate_as_digit] </p> <p>Phone number (9 digits only):<br />[text* phone class:validate_digit_9] </p>

  5. Hello
    I'm having trouble sending emails.

    I want to add booking in wordpress admin. I will fill in all the details of my customer. I don't want him to receive an email about the reservation.
    I will leave the check box "Send a notification to the customer about this operation" empty.
    but the customer receives an email, despite the fact that I left the checkbox empty. Do you need to make any further adjustments to the settings?

      • Yes, we have a paid version of Business Small SingleSite 9.6.1.
        Now we tried again to fill out the reservation in the wordpress administration and email notifications were sent to the filled-in email despite the fact that the check box was empty.

          I just retested adding new bookings at the Booking > Add booking page, and when I deactivate this checkbox "Send email notification to customer about this operation " at the bottom of the page, system do not send emails about the new bookings.
          Do you see the email about the new booking or some other emails ?

  6. Is it possible to set it so that a person can choose more than one service (resourcce) for booking?

      If you need to make a specific number of bookings per day (several properties of the same type)

      , then you need to check the Booking Calendar Business Large version, where it is possible to make several reservations per specific FULL date(s) by visitors (not time slots).

      Otherwise it's does not possible to book several services of the different types.

      In this version it is possible to set the capacity of the booking resource, so date(s) in the calendar will be available until the number of reservations is less than capacity of the booking resource. But it's possible to make booking only for FULL date, not a time slot (time slots in this version are only saved as data into the database, but do not apply to availability logic).

    I would like to check if it is possible to send notification via booking calendar to client to remind him the event few days before the event starts?
    And is it possible to sync my calendar with the booking made on my website?

      1) We have developed new plugin - “Email Reminders”, which have similar functionality and native integration with latest versions of Booking Calendar plugin.

      You can try it. But currently we do not provide support or help with configuration with this plugin. Because of too much work and support with Booking Calendar plugin.

  8. Hello, we paid for Business Small SingleSite 9.6.1

    I need the bookings from the booking calendar to be synced with the Google calendar. I know that I can enter a reservation in the Google calendar and it will then appear in the Booking calendar. Does it also work the other way around? I want the information from the Booking calendar to be automatically written into the Google calendar.

    Do you have a video or text tutorial?

  9. a few questions:

    1) can I turn the payment functionality off?

    2) I'll be putting this behind a login. Can the booking info pull user info into the appropriate fields?

    3) how do you create the resource overview pages?

    4) would I be able to make the calendar of who booked what public within my site so everyone could see who booked?

    • Hello.
      1) You can turn off all payment systems at the Booking > Settings > Payment page. It’s will not show payment forms after booking process.

      2) Please note, if you have logged in user and you have activated this option "Auto fill fields" at the Booking > Settings General page in the form section, then some booking form fields, like First name, Last name and Email will be auto filled by data from the user profile in WordPress.

      3) In case if you want to show timeline view like here https://bm.wpbookingcalendar.com/timeline/
      Then please use this shortcode in the page https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/shortcode-timeline/

      4) In case if you want to show the details about the booking (who made the booking), then it's
      possible to show the booking details only in the Timeline view , like in this example https://bm.wpbookingcalendar.com/timeline/

      In usual calendar it is possible to show the booking details only in the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions and only for the bookings that were made for the specific time-slots. For full day bookings, it is not possible to show such booking details.

      You can activate this option " Show booking details in tooltip " at the Booking > Settings General page in calendar section in the Booking Calendar Business Medium version to show such details.
