  1. Hi,

    I have been trying to create booking conditions in booking shortcode options:

    using select-day condition and start-day condition but the problem is that some dates are being overlapped onto another season.

    Is there a way I can set a start date and an end date?
    for e.g
    {select-day condition="season" for="high season" value="8-30"},
    {select-day condition="season" for="low season" value="3-30"},
    {start-day condition="season" for="high season" value="6"}

    the start day for booking is saturday on high season with a minimum of 7 days and any three days in low season but the problem is when a person books on the last date of low season, he can book any days without the 7 days minimum limit on the high season.

    • Just updated to v8.0.1 and found a bug:

      on booking details payment form, these shortcodes does not work:

      [check_in_date_hint]
      [check_out_date_hint]
      [start_time_hint]
      [end_time_hint]

      tested another set of shortcodes and they work really fine:
      [selected_timedates_hint]
      [selected_short_timedates_hint]

        Please be sure that you have used these hints:

        [check_in_date_hint]
[check_out_date_hint]
[start_time_hint]
[end_time_hint]

        in the booking form at the Booking > Settings > Form page (its top form).

        If you will do not use these shortcodes (or other hint shortcodes) in the top booking form, so then you can not use,
        these shortcodes at the "Content of booking fields data" form (bottom form of Booking > Settings > Form page), or at the Payment details form at the Booking > Settings > Payment page.

          but on the payment page, it does not show.

          btw I have made checkin/out fixed booking times but booking times does not show up on [start_time].

          I don't really understand, on version 7.2 this feature was working fine without having to put booking shortcode on top form.

            And everything is working as it have to be.
            I was have in the booking form this shortcodes:

            Check in: [check_in_date_hint] à partir de [start_time_hint] 
Check out: [check_out_date_hint] au plus tard à [end_time_hint]

            And in the payment summary at the Booking > Settings > Payment page these shortcodes:

            Check in: [check_in_date_hint] at [start_time_hint]
Check out: [check_out_date_hint] at [end_time_hint]

            PS, please try to update your version to the latest update 8.0.1

            Otherwise, please recheck configuration of your booking form (may be you are having several languages or several custom booking forms, and one of such forms does not have these hint shortcodes.

    • Hello.

      You can create new season between low and high seasons, and then define new conditions with start day of selection and minimum or specific days selection for do not overlap high season. Please note, in this case, you will be need to edit low season filter to deselect the days from this new season.

      Its doe not possible to create "... a start date and an end date", its only possible to define start week day of selection for specific seasons and how many days to select in specific season, with these conditions options.

    When our costumers are booking they are not recieving any form of booked or the booking has been confirmed notification in mail. and now my domain mail wont recieve any notification as well. how is that?

    • Hello.
      Please note, Booking Calendar is use standard WordPress wp_mail function for sending emails. This function can be overridden by other plugins.
      Please check this troubleshooting instruction https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/no-emails/
      The most probably you need to check the point #5 from this instruction and install WP Mail SMTP plugin which is 'sending emails via php' option and it can resolve that issue.

  5. Hi, I have a parent resource (house) and 8 child (room). I have a form to book the entire house with a hidden form to set the number of visitors to 9, so no room can be booked if the entire house is. My problem is with the colour of waiting payment status in the house form´ s calendar. It makes no differentiation between waiting payment and approved. It's css class is approvd, although the payment has not been made. Is there any workaround I can do to solve this?

      If you will make one booking, which is book all slots (all child booking resource), its have pending status, after approving the booking, then the color in calendar will be changed accordingly. The same situation, when you are having several different bookings for the same date and have approved all such bookings

    I bought the Business Medium version. My Problem is somewhat similar to that of Previn K Appadu.
    How can I restrict the users input to only a fixed amount of days, which changes automatically based on an the active season? So to speak make it only possible to only book for 14 days in season A, 7 days in season B, etc.

  9. I am trying to get an image with a link inside the mail body.

    WordPress 8.01

    I am using this code in the text area of email:

    An image as a link:

    The first part is the real thing. I was having an issue with the url that should be opened that was not working. So I just pasted a sample code from a site in the second part and that didn´t work either. So I conclude that was something with the Plugin.

    Is there a way to have an image with a link inside the email body? I need to include the payment instructions on the email and a button with the link to the payment gateway....

      Please try to use this code:

      Please note, you need to insert this code, when you switched form for editing content of email from "Visual" to "Text" View.

      Additionally, for the "Email format" option you need to set "HTML" (its at right side of Booking > Settings > Emails page ).
