    How if its possible can i show first name of the person ho has booked, I will let all user to se ho has booked in the front end kalender?

    • Hello.

      1) At front end side possible to show the booking details in mouse over tooltip in Timeline view in paid versions of Booking Calendar .
      It’s the same view as in Calendar Overview page in Admin panel but in read only mode.
      Please note it’s does not the inline month view calendar where you can select the date(s) for booking.
      In timeline view it’s showing tooltip at the checking day of booking. Check it here https://bm.wpbookingcalendar.com/timeline/

      2) In the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions possible to show booking details also in the inline month view calendar but only for the bookings that was made for specific time-slot. You can activate to show this tooltip at the Booking > Settings General page in Calendar section by setting checked this option " Show booking details in tooltip " and configure shortcodes for showing booking details for this option " Booking details ". Its works only for bookings for specific timeslot(s)! Its does not show any tooltip, if you have booked entire day.

  3. Hi.

    I can not find where to change the "Max Visitors" for each resource. My web offers boats, which have diferent capacity (one boat for 10 guests, another for 8,...).

    I don't need a field in the search form for the visitors, it's only for informative purposes. This is not related to child resources, just want to show how many people can be in the boat.

    In the "search results" I inserted the shortcode [max_visitors] but it shows "1" for all the boats. I think I checked everything but I don't find where to change the "Max visitors" of one resoruce.

    I hope you can help.

    • Hello.
      You need to activate the “Visitors apply to capacity” option at the Booking > Settings General page in Advanced section, and after this you will be able to set maximum number of visitors per resource at the Booking > Resources page.

  4. I,

    I am using a G Suite email address that is the same as my DNS but I still cannot use it. When I enter all my credentials in the fields, this message comes to me : Error! Email had not sent. Some error occuered. Could not instantiate mail function.

    I need it to work ASAP for my clients to be able to book reservations.

    • Hello.
      Please note, Booking Calendar is use standard WordPress wp_mail function for sending emails.
      The most probably you need to check the point #5 from this instruction https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/no-emails/

      and install WP Mail SMTP or other mail plugin which is 'sending emails via php' option and it can resolve that issue.

  5. I am wondering how I keep track of payments on the admin side if I dont get them to pay a deposit?

    In the comment section on the admin side it doesn't update with payments taken through the "payment email" manually sent

    • Hello.
      Ok, in this case probably the cost of booking was = 0 or payment systems was deactivated, so payment was not showing. You can send payment request for the full sum. If I correctly understand your issue.

      • Yes, I have so that when they make a booking they don't have to pay.

        1. I want to look over the booking first to confirm it
        2. send them an email with a 50% "deposit" amount to pay online
        3. then 2 weeks before booking send the balance to pay online

          Ok, in this case you need to edit the booking cost manually for sending payment request, if you was disabled the payments after the creation of the booking. In admin panel will not be track of such payments as during deposit payment. But you can edit the notes for specific booking at the Booking Listing page.   6. Hello

    I am trying out the calendar plugin and I have setup a front-end page viewed by public and a submissin form filled by logged in users.

    I have created a post and approved it..

    ISSUE;
    Although the approved dates are highlighted in the front-end, No details are displayed within the box and nothing is clickable.

    Help Please.
