  1. Hi there,

    I'm currently running version: Version 9.Business.Medium.SingleSite.8.0 of the plugin. I'm happy to pay for an update if need be. What I'm trying to achieve is if someone picks for example a certain time slot on a Monday then the options that follow need to change in price. On this page: http://www.thearena.devsite.net.nz/book-arena-public/ if you select a Monday from the calendar then select from the select box 'Monday - Select time slot:' - 10:30 - 14:30. Based on that selection I'd like the select box beneath '+ Add player(s) - (No Gear)' to become $20 in stead of the $10 it's currently displaying.

    Basically I'm wondering if conditional logic can be applied to a certain time slot on a certain day.

    • Hello.
      I do not sure that clearly understand about your issue, because its seems that you already applied the additional cost at the Booking > Resources > Advanced cost page for the specific options (selectboxes).
      Its also possible to apply this additional cost to the times selections, as well.

      But please note, if you will have the different timeslots for the different days, for example if you will have these times for Monday and Tuesday: [select rangetime "10:00 - 12:00" "12:00 - 14:00"]
      and these times Wednesday, Thursday: [select rangetime "12:00 - 14:00" "14:00 - 16:00" "16:00 - 18:00" ]

      So additional cost for shared timeslot "12:00 - 14:00" ( that exist in both conditions), will have the same additional cost for these different days.

      Try to update your version to latest update 8.4.3, if you have an issue with this.

        Sorry I didn't explain things very well. I see we can have conditions based on which day o the week is selected but is it possible to have a condition based off which time slot it chosen on a specific day e.g:

        If the time slot 10:00am - 2:00pm is chosen on a friday then I need to display a drop down box with prices of $20 per person.

        If the time slot 10:00am - 12:00pm is chosen on a friday then I need to display a drop down box with prices of $10 per person.

        Is that sort of thing possible?

      1) Please open this Booking > Settings General page and in advacned section, please be sure that you have correctly specified URL to the page with [bookingedit] shortcode. You need to define it in this option: "URL to edit bookings"
      Please check this FAQ instruction how to configure ability to edit or cancel own booking(s) of visitor, who made these booking(s): https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/configure-editing-cancel-payment-bookings-for-visitors/

      2) Otherwise, please recheck in the Settings > General page of your WordPress website, that you correctly configured "WordPress Address (URL)" and "Site Address (URL)" options.

      3) If the previous will not help, then please check your server (DNS) configuration, probably issue relative to the server configuration, if you still will have issue, please contact support of you hosting, relative checking about configuration of your sever relative to DNS settings.

      Booking Calendar plugin is supporting

      - import of events via .ics feeds from Google Calendar ( or Airbnb or any other calendar that support .ics format, like iCal application)

      - and export bookings to .ics feeds (files), which possible to import in Google Calendar (or Airbnb, Booking.com, HomeAway, TripAdvisor, VRBO, FlipKey and any other calendar that uses .ics format ).

      Please note, the import process is working in that case, when some visitor is open your website page with booking import shortcode. So you can configure CRON at your server, for periodically access this page with booking import shortcode to start import process. Or you can insert the import shortcode before booking form shortcode, so firstly system will start import process and only then show booking form, when someone visit your page.

      Booking Calendar is generate .ics feed with bookings in real time. But how often some service (like airbnb, or booking.com ) access this .ics feed to import the bookings from Booking Calendar into own system, does not depend from Booking Calendar. So in other words, Booking Calendar does not force to generate import process by third party service, when some booking is created. You need to check with support of this service (like airbnb or booking.com), about how often they can access the .ics feed tor making import.

    Since I've got no answer, ill ask you once again: I have some questions before purchasing the business version of the plugin:

    - Is it possible to change the design of both the form and and the calendar (textsize, colors etc) and the size of the calendar?
    - Is it possible to make discounts for booking more than 1 day? So that you e.g. will have 10% discount if you book for 2 days?
    - Is it possible to change all the booking-details (number of items, price, dates etc) in the backend?
    - Is it possible to add extra fields to check off, e.g. if you want transport/cleaning etc - and add some different prices to those extra bookings?

    Thanks for your answer - I'll purchase the business version right after your answer.

      Basically, the notes is showing in the print layout in data section as last row for each booking, if the Notes exist for this booking, of course.
      Its possible in the latest update 8.4.3

      But if you need to show it in the last row and want to make customization, so then follow this steps:

      1) Please open this file ../wp-content/plugins/{Booking Calendar Folder}/core/admin/wpbc-class-listing.php

      ( you can check how to edit files in WordPress menu in this article https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/how-edit-file-in-wp-menu/ )

      then find this code:

    • Hello.
      1) If you have activated the using change over days - option "Use check in/out time" at the Booking > Settings General page in Calendar section is CHECKED,
      so then please be sure that you have selected in calendar MINIMUM 2 days. You can do this by activating the range days selection mode and set minimum number of days to select as 2 days.

      2) Also please recheck that you correctly configured the check in/ out times at the Booking > Settings General page in calendar section. Its can be like: this:
      "Check-in time" = "14:00"
      "Check-out time" = "12:00"

      3) Please make new testing on fully available dates. So then after submit the booking you will see the half booked dates for check in/out dates.

  7. Hello, I'm using a paid version,
    I can import booking from google calendar (every 23 ours) - set it in pending mode - and automatically cancel every 24 hours.

    But the cancelled booking are in trash and until I don't delete it manually I can't import new booking.
    Is this possible to delete the booking from trash automatically?

    Otherwise is there a setting to import automatically from google calendar even if there are cancelled booking in trash?

      Currently in actual versions it’s does not possible. But I understand the problem. I will add it to todo list for improving it in future updates of plugin.

    I would like to ask, why is plugin on my webpage showing partially booked twice in a row.

    for example cervenec 2019 is booked from 6th to 14th but on 13th shows as partially booked and i cannot find out why?

      • No, its booked from 1st Cerven (June) to 23rd Cerven. For some reason it shows css class for last booking in month Cerven twice. I checked that couple times. Also there is some bug which causing that grid has been broken since Feb starts as 1st month in calendar.
