Yes, its possible to make upgrade from lower version to the higher versions of the same editions (for example from the Booking Calendar Personal single site usage version to the Booking Calendar Business Small single site usage version).
But its does not possible to make upgrade from the single site usage version to the "developer" or multi site usage versions or from the "developer" to the multi site usage versions.
The cost of upgrade from the lower to higher versions, usually higher than difference in cost between 2 versions.
The cost of upgrade from the lower to higher versions of single site usage versions higher on $20 than difference in cost between 2 versions.
The cost of upgrade from the lower to higher versions of "developer" edition versions higher on $30 than difference in cost between 2 versions.
The cost of upgrade from the lower to higher versions of multi site usage versions higher on $50 than difference in cost between 2 versions.

Each specific version of Booking Calendar can be single site usage version, developer or multi site usage version.
Single site usage version, possible to install and activate only at 1 specific website.

Booking Calendar "Free" - this version is free, you can download it from WordPress directory.
It's very easy in use and powerful version for the creating reservation of one resource.
At this version is possible to make reservation for the one resource, like a room or car, or some service... etc. You can insert into the post or page the standard booking form with fixed number of fields and availability calendar, where visitor can select single or multiple days. Administrator and visitor can receive the standard email notifications about different actions, like a "new booking", "approve/decline/... of booking", etc... Administrator can make the booking at admin panel at the "Add new booking" menu page and configure the different settings of the booking form and availability calendar at the general booking settings menu page.

Booking Calendar Personal - it's paid version, where is possible to have booking availability calendar for the each of multiple booking resources (like a room, cars or any services, etc…). You can add new and configure exist fields in the booking form. Also you can configure the email templates for the different booking actions. Booking Calendar Business Small - it's paid version, where is possible all actions from previous versions, plus you can receive the bookings for the specific time of date, set the cost of booking resource and integrate the online payment form of supported payment systems. Your visitors can make the rage days selection using the one mouse click in calendar, or setting minimum or sets of fixed number of days selection using 2 mouse clicks (check in and checkout dates), all middle dates will be selected automatically. Also here is possible to use the same date as check in/out date for the different bookings by activating the fixed time at the settings page.
Please note, if you will use the fixed time slot list selection (and not the time entering using the text fields) in the booking form, the timeslot list will be the same for the any date of week, in other words the fixed time slot list is not depend from the week of day. Also if some visitor will reserve the specific time slot at selected date at specific booking resource (calendar), this timeslot become unavailable for the other visitors at this selected date in this booking resource.

Booking Calendar Business Medium - it's paid version, where is possible all actions from previous versions, plus you will have more advanced cost and availability management of the bookings. At this version is possible to set the rates, which will depend from the season filters, plus you can set the more advanced cost for the booking, where cost is depend from the number of selected dates. Also you can set additional cost for the option selection at selectboxes or checkboxes at your booking form. this additional cost can be fixed sum or percent from the final cost of booking. You can even activate and configure for the resources the deposit payment feature, what is mean that visitor will pay at the payment form, the part of the final cost of the booking. This version is also support settings availability per each booking resource, which is depend from the season filters. Booking Calendar Business Large - it's paid version, where is possible all actions from previous versions, plus you can make the several reservations per the same FULL date (not a time slot) for the same booking resource (availability calendar). At this version is possible to set the capacity of the booking resource, it's mean that your visitors can make the several reservations per the same date, in other words, the date(s) in calendar will be available until lumber of reservations per these full dates is less than capacity of the booking resource. Please note, if you will use the timeslot selection for the booking resource with capacity higher than one, so then this timeslot will be simply record as a data into DB according this booking, but will not impact to the time availability. Also at this version you will be able to search the available booking resources in your pages or posts for the specific check in/out dates and specific number of visitors. In this version is exist also the "super booking admin users", which can see and manage the bookings and booking resources from the all users and manage the status of other bookings users.   1. Thank you for your quick reply but you did not to tell me how can I solve the problem. Should I download the booking manager, and set different URLs for the resources and that's it? In the .ics feed video you have to export to .ics feed file manually every time, so is this going to work with just the simple "add to Google Calendar button" as well?

      If you are using the "add to Google Calendar button", then at the google Calendar (after click at Export button and redirection to Google calendar), you need to select specific calendar (you need to have more than 1 calendar, of course), relative to the specific booking resource.

      Otherwise you can use the Booking Manager plugin and export via .ics feeds.

      Booking Calendar is generated .ics feed with bookings in real time. But how often some services (like airbnb, or booking.com ) access this .ics feed to import the bookings from Booking Calendar into their own system, does not depend on the Booking Calendar. So in other words, Booking Calendar does not force the import process by third party service, when some booking is created. You need to check with support of this service (like airbnb or booking.com), about how often they can access the .ics feed for making imports.

        It cannot be solved that way, just as it works in the sent e-mails the [bookingtype] code automatically shows the booked resource in the email, and if I could add this code somehow to the standards (because there is an option in sync settings "import>Assign event field to specific booking form field. And for example, in the location form, I could add the [bookingtype] field. And this way it would show me the name of the resource? Or is this not possible?

      You need to use 2 shortcodes. It’s does not possible to use several booking resources in one Shortcode.

  3. Hi there!

    So I tried to export the .ics but even with this technic I still can not see which booking belong to which resource on Google.

    Also if I create different Google calendars for the resources, I still can not see the resource name or ID on non of them, so it's not a solution, or maybe I just did it wrong.

    What is the point of the sync if you can not see the most important data on it? Must be a solution somehow.

      You are having misunderstanding.
      Booking Calendar does not export title of booking resource into the ics feed or to Google calendar at all.

      But when you get the url of the ics feed at the Booking > Settings > Sync > “Export - .ics” page you can see the Name of the booking resource.
      So in other words each different url of ics feed relative to the different name of booking resources at the Booking > Settings > Sync > “Export - .ics” page.
      Right ?

      Now when you open the specific calendar and try to import .ics feed you are using the specific URL for this ics feed. And this url is always the same and because of that it’s relative to the same booking resource (from the Booking > Settings > Sync > “Export - .ics” page).

      That’s why when you import specific ics feed you know that it’s importing bookings from the specific booking resources.

      May be issue relative that you do not have enough number of calendars at the Google calendar.
      You need to have as many different calendars in Google Calendar as many booking resources you are having in the Booking Calendar.

        Next issue, I am trying to set a minimum required phone character number, why is this code not working: [text* phone 11/11] So what I would like to achieve that when somebody type accidentally less than 11 characters the form does not allow it. Is it possible?

          You can validate booking field as Phone number, or even any Digit number field that support only specific number of digits to enter.
          Its require to configure shortcode in booking form field with CSS class like validate_digit_8 or validate_digit_10
          Example:

  4. Hi there,

    I have two different types of resources and I'd like to manage them on my customer form with only one appearing calendar.
    I'd like them to select the date a unique calendar, and in the form, make them choose how many of each resource they want to rent.
    With existing tutorials, I found (below) how to show 2 calendars but I'd like that the selected date would enter in the reservation of both of my two resources

    May you please help me ?

          I can suggest that its can be conflict with bootstrap library loading.

          Please note, Booking Calendar is using Bootstrap library 3.3.5, if your theme or some other plugin is using other (older or newer) version of bootstrap so then possible an issues.

          You can disable of loading Bootstrap library in Booking Calendar at front-end side. But in this case, any popover tooltips (where usually showing booked times or times or availability will not show in Booking Calendar). So please open the Booking > Settings General page and in Advanced section click on " Show advanced settings of JavaScript loading " then set as checked this option " Disable Bootstrap loading on Front-End ". Click on "Save changes" button.

          Also please do not set this option " Disable Bootstrap loading on Back-End " as checked, because otherwise, will be some issues in booking admin panel

      But you can use start time and duration of time fields. And duration of time can contain 30 minutes, 1 hour, and so on...

    I have purchased a Business Medium SingleSite version of Booking Calendar in 2017 with this email address : {CUTTED}
    I'm not using this email address anymore and have no way to get it back.
    So I can not connect to my personal space to update my plugin.
    I can not find my order number as well as I have no access to my email address.
    How can I connect to my personal account to update if I don't have my email and order number ?

    I purchased Booking Calendar Business Medium (single site usage) in April 2018 – it was working great for a long time (thanks a lot for your great work).
    But somehow, since a few weeks the calendar is no longer visible above the booking form on our website and booking is no longer possible.
    We didn’t change anything on the site, only did some updates (Word Press, Themeco X, Cornerstone, …)

      It seems that you are using the old version of Booking Calendar and you have updated to the latest update of WordPress.
      Because of that you are having this issue. Please be sure to use the latest update of Booking Calendar 8.8
      It has to resolve the issue of not showing the calendar at the latest update of WordPress.

  9. Hello,
    My client asks for specific features:
    - In order to manage reservation (cleaning services etc.), is it possible to prevent customers to make a reservation 24h before said date (ie. reservation for WE on friday not possible, on thursday is ok)?
    - Is it possible to connect to Airbnb account and sync the reservations in both sides (website to Airbnb and Airbnb to website), and make it automatic?

      This feature is applying only for bookings for specific time slots, or if activated change-over days feature. It does not work for full booked days.

      2) Booking Calendar plugin is supporting

      - import of events via .ics feeds from Google Calendar ( or Airbnb or any other calendar that support .ics format, like iCal application)

      - and export bookings to .ics feeds (files), which possible to import in Google Calendar (or Airbnb, Booking.com, HomeAway, TripAdvisor, VRBO, FlipKey and any other calendar that uses .ics format ).
