Please, inform inside of message your version of WordPress, PHP, Booking Calendar. Also sometimes is needed list of used plugins inside of system and name of your WordPress theme.

  1. Hi Guys
    if I fill out my booking form this note appears:

    [F:/wpbc-booking-new.php| L:409|V:2.0.10| DB:Duplicate entry 5-2019-05-28 00:00:00 for key booking_id_dates::INSERT INTO wp_bookingdates (booking_id, booking_date, approved) VALUES (5, 2019-05-28 00:00:00, 0 ), (5, 2019-05-28 00:00:00, 0 ), (5, 2019-05-29 00:00:00, 0 ), (5, 2019-05-29 00:00:00, 0 )]

    Also, new bookings will not show in my Action list. What to do?

        • Hello.
          Bookings does not appear because of that error. Such bookings just does not created, as far as I understood. Please check my previous email, fix it. Then make test booking.

    For two days now I am trying to get the TimeLine of my bookings into a page. So far I cannot get anything but a compressed version of it. I studied the video instructions and cannot get it. I am working with the WP theme twenty thirteen

      1) Did you inserted into this page any shortcodes ?

      I see in content of this page only header "Reserveren overzicht" and nothing else ...

      2) Please read more how easily insert booking form or availability calendar into a pages https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/inserting-booking-form/ or how manually configure Booking Calendar shortcodes in content of your pages: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-calendar-shortcodes/

      3) Also, recheck about any conflict with some other plugin or actual theme.
      Please try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu and make testing after each plugin deactivation.
      If its not help, please deactivate all your plugins and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again.

  4. Hi, team!
    I've just installed the Business Large version and I have a question about the Availability/Capacity. The hotel has 28 rooms distributed in 6 types. I want to offer the type of room and show in the calendar the avalability rooms in each type. When I configured it, I created 1 Standard Room (parent) and 12 Rooms (childs) but the system counts 13 rooms available. It must count only 12 standard rooms. How do I get to exclude the parent room in the availability?

        • Hello.
          You can set maximum number of visitors as 3 visitors for that “parent booking resource” at the Booking > Resources page. You will be able to set it, after activation option “Visitors apply to capacity” at the Booking > Settings General page in Advanced section.

  5. Hi,
    I'm looking for a way to enter (or copy) the same appointment across several weeks.
    For example, I have the same appointment which occurs on every Wednesday at 2pm for the next 8 weeks.

    If it was a one-off, I would just have them enter it 8 times, but it is a common need, so I'm hoping that a method exists to take care of this need.

    • Hello.
      You can activate the “multiple days deletion mode” and then activate this option “Use time selections as recurrent time slots”. So now during creation of new bookings you can select. Several different days and make booking of the same timeslots in all selected dates.

      In case if you need to duplicate the booking, so you need to click on edit button at near specific booking and then at Booking > Add booking page click on Duplicate booking button to create the same booking and other day.

                Firstly activate multiple days selection. Then you will see that option at Booking > Settings General page in calendar section.

  6. Hi there

    I have installed Personal SingleSite 8.5. It seems user confirmation emails are sent out but admin does not receive any email. Can you please let me know how to fix? I've checked all setting and tested with different email address.

    • Hello.

      Please note, Booking Calendar is sending all emails in the same way. Please recheck your email configuration at the Booking > Settings > Emails page

      Please note, Booking Calendar is use standard WordPress wp_mail function for sending emails. This function can be overridden by other plugins.

      Otherwise please check this troubleshooting instruction https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/no-emails/

      The most probably you need to check the point #5 from this instruction and install WP Mail SMTP plugin which is 'sending emails via php' option and it can resolve that issue.

  7. Hello, is it possible to see the arrivals and departures of each day, on a text? For example for each day i have a text that says today these customers arrives and these customers leaves.
    Can this text be emailed every day to my email?

    Also is it possible to have notifications for the housekeeping, so the cleaning personnel knows how many houseekeeping has for today?

      Unfortunately such features does not available in the plugin, yet. Sorry.
      We will add this feature to the TODO list for having it in future updates of plugin.
