Please, feel free to propose new ideas or new features, which you desire to see in future releases of Booking Calendar Plugin.

  1. Go Cardless is a system like Stripe. If this could be added to payment page at some time.

  2. Make it possible to sent (VAT) invoices to customers; as attachment via e-mail. And make it possible to mark it as 'Already paid' / or 'Paid on: xx/xx/xxxx. Currently Booking Calendar has no internal invoice system which makes me have to reconfigure the email templates (at the Booking > Settings > Emails page), for looking it like an invoice.

    I then have to reconfigure the "Payment request" email template at the Booking > Settings > Emails page, and then send this email (as invoice) to my customers from the Booking Listing page. These customers then have to file this invoice looking like an email.... which does not look professional or simply can't be stored or accepted.

  3. It would be great to be able to have a list view of bookings as well as a calendar view as some people prefer to see it like this.

  4. We are a seminarhouse and function like a youth hostel:
    Organisors book bed capacity (and request invoice of bedspace) in different buildings and in different price categories (Room types). I need therefore 4 level of capacity management categories (Building / price category or room type / room numbrs / and bed numbers within a room): Can I input and view (maybe in a dropdown format) the Building, Type of Rooms and number of Beds in a room on a reservation within a monthly calendar format?
    Sice I get bed reservations and need to invoice them and assign the guests to rooms and room types and buildings, this flexibility is essential..... Many thanks

  5. Would be great to have MultiSafepay next to Siswo as payment provider. I already have some payments running via Multisafepay. Having only one provider makes my life easy..

  6. In order to easy support Resources of different nature (without tweaking JavaScript on Forms and Pages) it would be good to manage calendar settings per resource not globally for all resources. Like:
    Type: Singe, Multi, Dynamic day selection mode
    Availability Days, Legend, Design

    It will allows admins to support booking for resources which per nature requires its own unique setting. Bike rental, Joga Coach, Classes, Room bookings, Apartments for overnight stay.

    At the moment you can do this with limited success by injecting some JavaScript into pages. With the drawback that the Admin booking won't reflect such modifications.

  7. Some way of limiting the number of bookings per day/time frame.
    for example:- we run boat trips with a Max number of passengers per trip.
    Trips are spaced out at 09:00/ 13:00 and 16:00
    Say 3 guests purchase a 09:00 trip to the full capacity and another guest wants to book the same day/time a message to request them to book a different day/time would be a huge advantage to our booking system.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    • Hello.

      Unfortunately, if you are need to make the several specific number of bookings per the same timeslot at same date in SAME CALENDAR, its does NOT possible in any versions of Booking Calendar. Sorry. Please check my suggestion bellow.

      A) The ability to book for the specific times only possible in the Booking Calendar Business Small / Business Medium versions (and in higher versions for booking resources with capacity =1). Please note if you will make the booking for the specific timeslot, this timeslot become unavailable for the other visitors for that selected date in current specific calendar.

      In lower versions of Booking Calendar possible to make bookings only for restricted timeslots.

      You can configure the timeslots selections on the Booking > Settings > Form page. Please use the "shortcode generator" on the right side of that page for the correct generation of the shortcode.

      You can use one"timerange" (timeslots) or "start time" and"end time" selections or"starttime" and "duration"of time selections shortcodes or even start time and end time entering shortcodes.       You can test the bookings for the specific time-slots in action on the live demo of Business Small version (which is configured by default for the bookings of specific time-slots) here: http://bs.wpbookingcalendar.com/ Other live demo you will need to reconfigure.

      B) If you need to make the specific number of bookings per days, then you need to check the Booking Calendar Business Large version, where is possible to make several reservations per specific FULL date(s) by visitors (not time slots).       At this version is possible to set capacity of the booking resource, so date(s) in calendar will be available until number of reservations is less then capacity of the booking resource.But in this version is possible to make reservation only for FULL date, not a time slots (time slots in this version only record data in the DB, but do not play any logic in reservation).       Suggestion! I can suggest that you can create the booking resource with specific capacity in Booking Calendar Business Large version for the each of your times and then have the independent own calendar for the each of your time slot for the reservation. Its mean that your visitors firstly, need to select the times in the selectbox, where will be list all your options.

      And only after that select the date and fill the booking form. Its can be look like this: http://bm.wpbookingcalendar.com/select-resource-2/

  8. We are looking for an easy solution to generate a list of the current bookings for the housekeeper, cleaning team, etc.
    A list with contains beside the dates also name of the customer and the internal Remarks-Field.

    Could be an "Email-function" or a URL/Link that can be password protected.

  9. I am running a small holiday appartement business (website: http://www.kasdiala.com ) and I am using Booking Calendar free version: It is simple, works fast and easy! The best of all reservation plusins! Thank you!
    One remark: booking a hotel room, an appartement etc always ends-up into two customers booking the same day: the person leaving, as well as the other person arriving that same day. This is not possible in your system (except time slots feature).
    My suggestion: make it an option in the settings, and show it in the frontend calendar as a triangle booking colour.
