Hi, I use fixed 1 hour 30 minute time slots on a clients website. (08:00-09:30, 09:30-11:00 etc). Is there a way that would allow visitors to select multiple time slots in one booking?
Cheers
Mat
Hello.
You can configure times duration in such way :
Start Time:
[select starttime "08:00" "08:30" "09:00" "09:30" "10:00" "10:30" "11:00" "11:30" "12:00" "12:30" "13:00" "13:30" "14:00" "14:30" "15:00" "15:30" "16:00" "16:30" "17:00" "17:30" "18:00" "18:30" "19:00" "19:30" "20:00" "20:30" "21:00"]
Service:
[select durationtime "30 min@@00:30" "1 hour@@01:00" "2 hours@@02:00"]
Where start time you can define as specific time. And for time duration you can have titles and values.
Please note such times booking possible only in the Booking Calendar Business Small or higher versions.
Kind Regards.
Would be good if specific dates could be entered to make booking unavailable for things like public holidays or one-off events such as unavailability due to maintenance
Hello.
It’s possible to set as unavailable specific days during specific seasons or weekdays in the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions. Check more about this feature here: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#availability
Watch it in this video guide https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-calendar-video-season-availability/
You can also create a full day event on your Google calendar, and the plugin will import it as a full day and won't be available for the client to select.
Hi!
2 things:
1) Would be appreciated if there was a feature of automatic approval of bookings. Can not find such feature at the moment.
2) Add option for the customer to add the booked date/time to their own google calendar with one click.
Hello.
1) It's available in the Booking Calendar Business Small or higher versions. You can activate it at the Booking > Settings General page in auto approval / cancellation section.
2) Please try to click on the "Add to Google Calendar" button near specific booking at the Booking Listing page.
Kind Regards.

It is nice if you can automatically create an agenda from your bookings. The agenda should include the name, email, phone number etc.
Also some ideas:
-In search results, should have ability of editing css and adding categories titles berween apartments.
-Automatic send every x days .ics on my email. For backup purposes.
-In settings: number of months to scroll. Also to have the ability to add specific date. For example scroll until 31/12/23.
I need 2 separate calendars for 2 different workers. Or the option to choose from radio buttons. Here is a demo sample of a cool way to do it in tabs but it may just be demo and not actually workable. https://tektrik.com/multiple-rooms-booking/
EASY APPOINTMENTS makes it possible for 2 or more workers but I like your interface better. Theirs: https://pjray.com/appointments/

Hello.
Test it here https://bm.wpbookingcalendar.com/select-resource/
The ability to have independent calendars possible in any paid versions of Booking Calendar. Check more here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#booking-resources
You can watch video overview about this feature here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/multiple-calendars-video-overview-of-booking-resources-in-booking-calendar/
Please read the general instruction about usage of paid versions of Booking Calendar: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/general-usage-instruction/
You can create the different booking resources (your properties or services - unique calendars) at the Booking > Resources page and then you be able to insert booking forms for each of your booking resources into the posts or pages. Please read more how to insert and configure the booking shortcode into the post or page here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/inserting-booking-form/

Hello,
I am new to this Booking Calendar (and to a lot of things in this world with HTML, java etc.) and i thinks working really smooth.
I currently have the Large package and i am missing a complete list of short codes and better organized tutorials. Since i am new to all this it would be good to have them categorized by package or something, I am spending hours jumping from page to page to find what i am looking for.
So, my idea would then be to organize the manuals and tutorials in a better way. It would save time both for you at the support team and us a developers i assume.
Thanks!
Thank you. We will make some arrange there.
Kind Regards.
Currently holding a Medium package. Thinking of getting the multiuser for all my clients but this looks ok for now. Some ideas for the team to develop:
1. Hoping to have more payment gateways included specifically PayMongo/Xendit so that this could be used the Southeast Asian Market since PayPal and Stripe are rarely used here.
2. Integration with Google Maps or any map where you can search based on the tagged location of your resources or show the user the location of nearest resources in the map.
Thank you for suggestions.
Suggestion:
Different colors for different resource types on the calendar overview page and timeline.
For example the calendar overview now shows all one color for confirmed bookings (that dark blue color) Perhaps consider allowing us to set custom colors for different resource types or colors based upon forms.
Thanks
Custom email templates based upon form. For example, I have three different forms. It would be really cool to have emails based upon those forms as some of the material does not apply to the other forms/ registration types.
Also, an RSS feed of the booking calendar would be awesome
Hello.
In case, if you need to have the different emails for the different booking resources so then you need to check the Booking Calendar MultiUser version.
In this version each activated regular user can have their own booking admin panel and can configure their own emails.
So here different emails relative to specific WP user, and each such user can have their own booking resources.
It's means that different booking resources will have different emails. Selections of booking resources can look like here https://bm.wpbookingcalendar.com/select-resource/
Here is more info about this version.
In the Booking Calendar MultiUser version possible that each registered WordPress user (your owner) have own individual independent booking admin panel, and can see and manage only own booking resources and some other settings (other owners will not see the bookings from this owner, they can see only own bookings). Please check more here (at bottom of the page) https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/
Also each owner (user) will receive the emails about the bookings of their own service(s) or property (booking resource(s)) and can approve or decline them. Please note, that each owner WordPress user) will have different individual calendar(s) with booking forms in the separate pages. Please retest it in the live demo.
You can read more about the initial configuration of the Booking Calendar MultiUser version: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/multiuser-version-init-config/
Watch it in this video guide https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/multiuser-video-overview/
Please test the live demo of Booking Calendar MultiUser version here: https://multiuser.wpbookingcalendar.com/
