  1. After a reservation/appointment can the system sent automatically a Thank You email?
    We would like to use this email to survey our customer satisfaction level with our services.

    • Hello Jean,
      yes this feature is availbale at the Paid versions of Booking Calendar.
      At the Booking > Settings > Emails page you can make configuration of "Email to person after reservation is done". Do not forget to activate this email template at the top right side of this section.

  2. I'am interested to buy the multiuser license for implementing booking on my hotel portal with several hotels inside.
    I Have two questions:
    1 is it possible to have an image gallery for each room/apartament or hotel?
    2 is it possible to have a booking form to provide to my customers (hotels and so on) to add on their own websites? (of course the booking form should show only results about that hotel on my webportal)
    This could be helpful and allow them to manage availability from a unique admin area and provide availability to end users both from my web portal and their websites.

      1) you can have image gallery inside of your posts or pages using standard wordpress methods or some other plugins, because booking forms are inserted into the exist posts or pages. Please note, that bookimg Calendar is also support showing of favorite images of booking resource posts at the search results of searching free bookimg resources (rooms).
      You can check it at live demo of this version.
      2)sorry, right now this feature is not possible.

        • 2) I will add it to todo list to have this feature at some future versions update. But I can not say right now about exact day of update, because I am also have many other urgent futures for implementation. Thank you for understanding.

  3. Hi

    Great plugin! Couple of suggestions...

    1. Can the 'additional costs for visitors' be extended to allow you to add a cost per person, per day?
    2. On the general settings you can set up fixed number of days or range selection etc. This is a general setting which applies to all booking types though. Be great if you could change this for each booking type.
    3. When is the new version due out? 🙂

      4. Can filters be set up as date selections. So you can easily select from & to dates. eg. From 30th October to 5th November.

      • 4) You can define 2 filters. One for 30th and 31th of October, other for 1-5th of November. And then set at the Cost and availability menu page availability for days defined at those filters. All other days will be unavailable. But its will not make any actions on procedure of days selection by visitor.

      1) cost per visitor is already exist. Additional "Cost per day" will be exist at the next version update (right now available at dev. version).
      2) May be at some future versions updates this feature, range type selection per booking resource, will be availbale. Right now its apply to all booking resources.
      3) Hope already soon 🙂

  4. Suggestion: Have minimum number of days bookable dependant upon filter, so, for example, in low season, one day could be booked, but in high season minimum 7 days could be booked.

  5. Any thought for some graphical show of the activity- stat of the booking? (how many room booked in month , money receive ets? )

  6. In advanced cost management can we have additional cost for extras not with percentage but with price ? For instance 5$ for breakfast 10$ for dinner ets?

  7. Suggestion.
    Are you thinkink in next updates to implemented a analytical charge screen? for instance in case we have different charge in weekend or some extras ( like breakfast ets) so somewhere write down the analysis of cost.

    • Showing this info at some text hint inside of payment form at update 2.9 is not will be available but it's will be exist at some future updates.

  8. Hello,
    I'm looking for a tool like your's, but I've some specification with my appartment:
    - High season : July + Augustus (only reservations by step of 7 days with charges include)
    - Middle season : June + Septembre (only reservations by step of 7 days with charges include)
    - Low Season : other months (days by days with minimum of 3 days with charges exclude) but possibility WE (by 2 days with charges include)
    - School holidays (only reservations by step of 7 days with charges include)

    Is it a configuration too complex ?

    • Hello Jessy,
      right now is possible to set minimum step selections for the all booking resources (calendars), and its will not depend from the season.
      So you can set or minimum 3 days selectiosn for all period or minimum stpe 7 days selections. ( You can set it at the general booking settings menu page at the Range days selection section).

      The posibility to set diferent rates, which will depend from season is available at the Premium Plus and Hotel Edition versions. (You will need firstly to define days in season filetrs page and then set rates for them) Please test it at live demo.

        Thank you. I'll try to see. If I understand, having a selection of range (none, 3 or 7) in function of a date is not possible (yes... I'm weird ! 🙂
        ex :
        - June to Septembre : range of 7 days
        - WE : range of 2 days
        - others : none

        Now, a range is common for all the ressources, no?

        Other question : I've test your demo. Is there a priority between the filters. I mean, the first position = high priority, if not, test the second filter, if not, test the third filter etc...

        • Hello Jessy.
          You can set and test range days selection inside of live demo of Premium or higher versions.
          You will be able to set only one minimum days selections. You can make it at the general booking settings page by checking range days selection option and set activating selections of days using 2 mouse buttons. Aft you can set minimum days selections or step of days selections and so on.
          If you mean using filters in availability settings, so they are using all together, so if you set one filter for the June and other for July then after set these days as unavailable for these filters, both months become uanavailable.
          In rates system if you are set for one filter several rates, also both of these rates will apply (if they active). Please just retest it at live demo.
