Its possible in the paid versions of Booking Calendar.
You can open the Booking Listing page in your admin panel.
Then click on the "bottom arrow" icon at the left side under "Filter toolbar", to expand advanced parameters.
You have to see new parameters for searching.
Then you can enter email of the person, which you want to search in the "Keyword" parameter, and then click on "Apply" button to refresh booking listing results.

I am using your plugin version 5.4.3 on my wordpress (4.3-en) website. I am not receiving reservation emails from certain clients, mostly from clients with @yahoo.com emails. How can I fix this issue?
My website is dark and when the calendar is uploaded text is in grey. The grey text is not visible there any imputting data in selected field would struggle. Is there anyway to alter text colour for the fields to be more compatible with my site. White text would be a perfect alternative if possible

You can configure the redirection to the "thank you" page at the General Booking Settings page. So then you can set at that page the code for the Google Analytics.
Please note, at the Business Small and higher versions its will work, only if the all payment systems are deactivated, otherwise the system will not be redirected to the "thank you page" but show the payment form and then redirect to the "Payment" page.

Hello. I have the Bussiness Large version of the plugin. I don´t find where and how to configure the capacity of persons allowed in each booking resource. Though I see that in the search forms there´s the possibility of including max-visitors. This is very important for our wensite since we are working with appartment´s bookings with several capacity of persons in each apartment.

Please note, each form field shortcode must have unique field name.
Try to reset your booking form to some standard booking form. Save the changes. Then test it. After this try to make your customization in the booking form.
Please use shortcode generator at the right side of the Booking > Settings > Fields page for the fast and correct creation of booking form fields.

1) Please recheck your page for any JavaScript errors. If you will find someone, please try to fix it.
2) Please try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu. Then retest it again.
If its not help, please deactivate your active theme and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again. May be there exist some conflict with some active plugin or actual theme and just need to find the reason of that issue.
3) Lastly, please recheck the error.log at your server configuration, for the any relative errors there.

I need some direction in setting up a fishing club booking calendar using your plugin. I have the Business Medium plugin. Here's what's needed:
- Members need to be able to reserve the lake any day of the week between April and September of each year.
- There are two time slots each day to reserve the lake: (1) 5am - 12pm, (2) 12pm - 7pm.
- There is no charge for members to reserve the lake, however, they may bring guests and will need to pay $60 per guest.
- Only 6 people, including the member(s), can reserve a time slot.
- Members will need to provide the names of each guest they are bringing.
- Members should be able to reserve the lake for multiple time slots and days easily.
- Bookings need to be paid for via PayPal.
- I'd like for the calendar to fill 100% of the screen.
Can you please tell me how to set this up as I'm having trouble figuring out your interface. Thanks!

1) You can define the dates between April - September as season filter at the Booking > Resources > Filters page, and then set them as available and all other dates as unavailable at the Booking > Resources > Availability page by clicking on "Available" button near each specific booking resources.

2) You can define timeslots selections in your booking form at the Booking > Settings > Fields page. Please use shortcode generator at the right side of the Booking > Settings > Fields page for the fast and correct creation of booking form fields.
In your case you need to use this shortcode:
3) You can define the cost per booking resource as 0 at the Booking > Resources > Cost and rates page. Its means that cost per booking will = 0.
Then at the Booking > Settings > Fields page, you can have this Guest selections:
Please note, all these fields will be visible in the booking form, do not depend from the selected guest options in your booking form. If you want to show or hide some of these fields depend from the number of selected guest, you need to write your own JavaScript that will arrange this functionality.
6) You can activate the "Multiple days selection mode" and then activate the "Use time selections as recurrent time slots:", its means that for the each selected date member will reserve specific selected timeslot, which member select in the booking form. Please note, its does not possible to have the different timeslots for the different days. In this case Member will need to make 2 separate bookings.

1) A) You are having select-able dates starting from "1st of October 2015".
Probably, you was configured "Unavailable days from today" option at the General Booking Settings page in Calendar section, that make specific number of days as unavailable.
Or you configured season filters availability at the Booking > Resources > Availability page. Please open this page, and click on the "Availability" button near booking resource with ID=1 (that you are using at this page https://barstarranch.com/cms/members-only/member-calendar/ ), then recheck what specific season filter you activated to set the dates from this season filer as unavailable.
B) By the way, I can make test booking on 2 dates at October.
If you are having any issues with selecting dates, there please try to clear browser cache and then try to test it again.
If you still will have issue, please try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu. Then retest it again.
If its not help, please deactivate your active theme and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again. May be there exist some conflict with some active plugin or actual theme and just need to find the reason of that issue.
2) You can configure your booking form to have the several steps. For example at the Booking > Settings > Fields page exist default booking form configuration: "Wizard form template". You can reset your booking form to this booking form for having several steps. And then configure your additional form fields in the same way.
3) Yes, you can delete the country from the booking form. Just remove [country] shortcode from the Booking > Settings > Fields page.
Or you can use this shortcode: [country "US"] to show USA selected by default. Please use shortcode generator at the right side of the Booking > Settings > Fields page for the fast and correct creation of booking form fields. Above exmaple exist in that generator.
4) Yes. You can remove this:

I'd like for members to be able to click on a date and then have the form fields appear like the calendar on tarryalloutfitters.com.
I'd also like to add "Book It" to the available dates on the calendar and have the pop-up appear with the available time slots, if possible.
Sorry, last one for the day... Is it possible to show how many "spots" are available on the partially booked dates? For instance, if a member is bringing 2 guests on September 1st from 5am - noon, is it possible to show that there are 3 spots left on this date for this time slot?

Unfortunately, if you are need to make the several specific number of bookings per the same timeslot at same date, its does NOT possible in any versions of Booking Calendar. Please read my suggestion below about the possible configuration.
At the Booking Calendar Business Small and Business Medium versions are possible to make the bookings for the specific time slot.
Please note, if some visitor will reserve the specific time slot at selected date at specific booking resource (calendar), this timeslot become unavailable for the other visitors at this selected date in this booking resource.
At the Booking Calendar Business Large version is possible to set the capacity of the booking resource, it’s mean that your visitors can make the several reservations per the same date, in other words, the date(s) in calendar will be available until lumber of reservations per these full dates is less than capacity of the booking resource. Please note, if you will use the timeslot selection for the booking resource with capacity higher than one, so then this timeslot will be simply record as a data into DB according this booking, but will not impact to the time availability.
Suggestion! I can suggest that you can create the booking resource with specific capacity for the each of your times and then have the independent own calendar for the each of your time slot for the reservation. Its mean that your visitors firstly, need to select the times in the selectbox, where will be list all your options.
And only after that select the date and fill the booking form. Its can be look like this: https://bm.wpbookingcalendar.com/select-resource-2/
But its will not work with customization about showing booking form in modal window, after clicking on date, which was explained bellow.

Thank you for the direction and help! When I select multiple days and add guests, it is not multiplying the number of guests by the number of days chosen. For example, I chose September 2nd & 3rd and 1 guest. The total cost should be $120 (1 guest x 2 days). However, the cost is appearing as $60. Is there any easy way to fix this?

That worked. Thank you! I'm still unsure of how to set it up so that members can book the same day & time slot until the capacity of 6 people for that date is reached. Do we need to upgrade the plugin? If so, will it then show how many people are booked so far on the calendar?
There possible to make some workflow, as in suggestion at that comment, but then customization about selection of date and showing booking form in popup modal window will not work.
So you can activate the multiple bookings on the same date(time) at the General booking settings page in advanced section. Then the dates and timeslots always will be available. It's means that visitors can make several bookings on the same date/timeslots. But here will not limitations about spaces per timeslots. It's will be possible to make unlimited number of bookings.
Or in the Business Large version you can set capacity for specific booking resources. And you will be need to have selections of joking resources as your timeslots at the beginning of booking process. It's because in this version possible to make several specific number of bookings per same FULL date, not timeslosts. Please read more in previous comment.

Its possible to make unavailable entire day for the specific booking resources.
You can configure specific dates, that you want to make as unavailable at the Booking > Resources > Filters page.
And then at the Booking > Resources > Availability page set those dates as unavailable for the specific booking resources. In a future, you just need to add additional dates to the specific season filter at Booking > Resources > Filters page.

When I make a booking on the calendar I see that a booking was made on the application and can accept or decline it. However I do not receive an email saying that the booking was made, and the person who made the booking does not receive a confirmation email stating whether or not their booking was accepted or declined. How can I fix this?
I looked at both of the links that you replied with and have tried all of those solutions. Nothing seems to be working. I make a booking through the widget, and no emails are sent at all ever. What could be causing this problem?

1) Firstly, please recheck that you activated (set checked active status of sending emails) at the Booking > Settings > Emails page for the each email template.
2) Please be sure that you checked the Spam folders.
3) Please try to use simple email declaration like somemyemail@server.com instead of "My first Name"
4) Booking Calendar is use the standard WordPress function wp_mail for sending emails. This function can be overridden by other plugins.
Please contact the support of your hosting company to recheck the mail log for rechecking the reason of why the emails are not sending.

At the Booking Calendar Business Large version is possible to set the capacity of the booking resource, it’s mean that your visitors can make the several reservations per the same date, in other words, the date(s) in calendar will be available until lumber of reservations per these full dates is less than capacity of the booking resource. Please note, if you will use the timeslot selection for the booking resource with capacity higher than one, so then this timeslot will be simply record as a data into DB according this booking, but will not impact to the time availability.

Suggestion! I can suggest that you can create the booking resource with specific capacity for the each of your times and then have the independent own calendar for the each of your time slot for the reservation. Its mean that your visitors firstly, need to select the times in the selectbox, where will be list all your options.
And only after that select the date and fill the booking form. Its can be look like this: https://bm.wpbookingcalendar.com/select-resource-2/
But its will not work with customization about showing booking form in modal window, after clicking on date, which was explained bellow.

Thank you for the direction and help! When I select multiple days and add guests, it is not multiplying the number of guests by the number of days chosen. For example, I chose September 2nd & 3rd and 1 guest. The total cost should be $120 (1 guest x 2 days). However, the cost is appearing as $60. Is there any easy way to fix this?

That worked. Thank you! I'm still unsure of how to set it up so that members can book the same day & time slot until the capacity of 6 people for that date is reached. Do we need to upgrade the plugin? If so, will it then show how many people are booked so far on the calendar?

There possible to make some workflow, as in suggestion at that comment, but then customization about selection of date and showing booking form in popup modal window will not work.
So you can activate the multiple bookings on the same date(time) at the General booking settings page in advanced section. Then the dates and timeslots always will be available. It's means that visitors can make several bookings on the same date/timeslots. But here will not limitations about spaces per timeslots. It's will be possible to make unlimited number of bookings.
Or in the Business Large version you can set capacity for specific booking resources. And you will be need to have selections of joking resources as your timeslots at the beginning of booking process. It's because in this version possible to make several specific number of bookings per same FULL date, not timeslosts. Please read more in previous comment.

If we set it up so that multiple bookings can occur on the same day, can we go in and manually set the dates as unavailable / booked once the capacity of 6 people has been reached on a day? If so, what would be the best way to block out certain days and time slots once the capacity has been reached?

Its possible to make unavailable entire day for the specific booking resources.
You can configure specific dates, that you want to make as unavailable at the Booking > Resources > Filters page.
And then at the Booking > Resources > Availability page set those dates as unavailable for the specific booking resources. In a future, you just need to add additional dates to the specific season filter at Booking > Resources > Filters page.

When I make a booking on the calendar I see that a booking was made on the application and can accept or decline it. However I do not receive an email saying that the booking was made, and the person who made the booking does not receive a confirmation email stating whether or not their booking was accepted or declined. How can I fix this?

I looked at both of the links that you replied with and have tried all of those solutions. Nothing seems to be working. I make a booking through the widget, and no emails are sent at all ever. What could be causing this problem?

1) Firstly, please recheck that you activated (set checked active status of sending emails) at the Booking > Settings > Emails page for the each email template.
2) Please be sure that you checked the Spam folders.
3) Please try to use simple email declaration like somemyemail@server.com instead of "My first Name"
4) Booking Calendar is use the standard WordPress function wp_mail for sending emails. This function can be overridden by other plugins.
Please contact the support of your hosting company to recheck the mail log for rechecking the reason of why the emails are not sending.
You can also check for the external SMTP plugin like this https://wordpress.org/plugins/postman-smtp/ or some other, for overriding WordPress wp_mail function.
I got it to work! I deactivated all the plugins and reactivated them until I found the one that was blocking it. Thanks!
