Yes, its possible to make upgrade from lower version to the higher versions of the same editions (for example from the Booking Calendar Personal single site usage version to the Booking Calendar Business Small single site usage version).
But its does not possible to make upgrade from the single site usage version to the "developer" or multi site usage versions or from the "developer" to the multi site usage versions.
The cost of upgrade from the lower to higher versions, usually higher than difference in cost between 2 versions.
The cost of upgrade from the lower to higher versions of single site usage versions higher on $20 than difference in cost between 2 versions.
The cost of upgrade from the lower to higher versions of "developer" edition versions higher on $30 than difference in cost between 2 versions.
The cost of upgrade from the lower to higher versions of multi site usage versions higher on $50 than difference in cost between 2 versions.

Each specific version of Booking Calendar can be single site usage version, developer or multi site usage version.
Single site usage version, possible to install and activate only at 1 specific website.
Developer edition version, possible to install and activate at 2 different websites. Its can be test (developer) server and live website.
Multi site usage version, possible to install and activate maximum on 5 different websites.

Booking Calendar "Free" - this version is free, you can download it from WordPress directory.
It's very easy in use and powerful version for the creating reservation of one resource.
At this version is possible to make reservation for the one resource, like a room or car, or some service... etc. You can insert into the post or page the standard booking form with fixed number of fields and availability calendar, where visitor can select single or multiple days. Administrator and visitor can receive the standard email notifications about different actions, like a "new booking", "approve/decline/... of booking", etc... Administrator can make the booking at admin panel at the "Add new booking" menu page and configure the different settings of the booking form and availability calendar at the general booking settings menu page.

Booking Calendar Personal - it's paid version, where is possible to have booking availability calendar for the each of multiple booking resources (like a room, cars or any services, etc…). You can add new and configure exist fields in the booking form. Also you can configure the email templates for the different booking actions. Booking Calendar Business Small - it's paid version, where is possible all actions from previous versions, plus you can receive the bookings for the specific time of date, set the cost of booking resource and integrate the online payment form of supported payment systems. Your visitors can make the rage days selection using the one mouse click in calendar, or setting minimum or sets of fixed number of days selection using 2 mouse clicks (check in and checkout dates), all middle dates will be selected automatically. Also here is possible to use the same date as check in/out date for the different bookings by activating the fixed time at the settings page.
Please note, if you will use the fixed time slot list selection (and not the time entering using the text fields) in the booking form, the timeslot list will be the same for the any date of week, in other words the fixed time slot list is not depend from the week of day. Also if some visitor will reserve the specific time slot at selected date at specific booking resource (calendar), this timeslot become unavailable for the other visitors at this selected date in this booking resource.

Booking Calendar Business Medium - it's paid version, where is possible all actions from previous versions, plus you will have more advanced cost and availability management of the bookings. At this version is possible to set the rates, which will depend from the season filters, plus you can set the more advanced cost for the booking, where cost is depend from the number of selected dates. Also you can set additional cost for the option selection at selectboxes or checkboxes at your booking form. this additional cost can be fixed sum or percent from the final cost of booking. You can even activate and configure for the resources the deposit payment feature, what is mean that visitor will pay at the payment form, the part of the final cost of the booking. This version is also support settings availability per each booking resource, which is depend from the season filters. Also you can able to configure the several customization of booking form fields, it's mean that different resources can have different form fields. Booking Calendar Business Large - it's paid version, where is possible all actions from previous versions, plus you can make the several reservations per the same FULL date (not a time slot) for the same booking resource (availability calendar). At this version is possible to set the capacity of the booking resource, it's mean that your visitors can make the several reservations per the same date, in other words, the date(s) in calendar will be available until lumber of reservations per these full dates is less than capacity of the booking resource. Please note, if you will use the timeslot selection for the booking resource with capacity higher than one, so then this timeslot will be simply record as a data into DB according this booking, but will not impact to the time availability. Also at this version you will be able to search the available booking resources in your pages or posts for the specific check in/out dates and specific number of visitors. Booking Calendar MultiUser - it's paid version, where is possible all actions from previous versions, plus each registered WordPress user of your site can have independent, individual, own booking admin panel. It's mean that each regular registered WordPress user can see only OWN booking resources and bookings and can configure the own booking form fields and email templates, own payment form integration data and costs of booking resources as some other settings... In this version is exist also the "super booking admin users", which can see and manage the bookings and booking resources from the all users and manage the status of other bookings users.   1. I've completed the form and have my page set up with the calendar, form and then they choose the type of payment, when they choose the payment type (Stripe) it updates the page and shows the total cost and a pay by stripe button.

    How do I customise what this looks like? I'd like to include more information about the booking they are making (such as the number of people and dates booked, and I'd like to change the text on the button.

    I've looked through all the FAQ's and can find anything about this section.

    • Hello.
      Unfortunately, at the payment page (like in Stripe payment form), does not possible to show the more details info about the booking.
      You can only write some details at the Booking > Settings > Payment > Stripe page for the option "Payment description at gateway website", that will be added to the payment details.

      • Thank you. I have another problem now - earlier on the Stripe payment went through and it took me to the thank you page on my site. Now, I haven't changed any Stripe settings but it's taking me to the booking edit page and says 'Wrong booking hash in URL. Probably hash is expired.'

        Please advise what I need to do to correct this.

  2. Hi, I have the personal version. The calendars from Booking.com are only syncing up until todays date in 2021. Is it not possible to go further in advance or do I need a upgraded version?

      • OK I must be doing something wrong. I've imported 4 different feeds from Booking.com into the settings section on the Booking plugin, not bookings manager and then sync. I am using an WP editor called Elementor and then pulls in the feeds but only for this year to May 2021.

          Please check about the configuration of import events from .ics feeds in this FAQ instruction here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/import-ics-feeds/
          Please note, the import process is working in that case, when some visitor is open your website page with booking import shortcode. So you can configure CRON at your server, for periodically access this page with booking import shortcode to start import process. Or you can insert the import shortcode before booking form shortcode, so firstly system will start import process and only then show booking form, when someone visit your page.

          You can define CRON at your server for periodically access pages with import .ics feeds shortcodes and start import process during specific time-intervals, then check this: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/cron-script/

  3. Sorry for all the questions - I am getting there with my set up! This is an amazing plugin just a bit of a learning curve. Is there away of integrating the data captured on the form with Mailchimp?

      By default Booking Calendar does not support integration with Mailchimp.

      But you can activate MailChimp integration during booking process by doing this fix.

      Please follow this instruction.

      1) You need to download MailChimp class ((API v2) from here https://github.com/drewm/mailchimp-api/tree/api-v2

      and upload it to your folder: ../{Booking Calendar Folder}/ core/lib/

      2) Then open this file ../{Booking Calendar Folder}/core/lib/wpbc-booking-new.php

      You can make upgrade to the higher version of Booking Calendar from your exist version of plugin by clicking on the “Upgrade” menu item at the top right side of General Booking Settings page in your admin panel.

    If you want to add a fixed fee to pay with paypal but not with the other paymanets, how can i do it?
    For example, the amount is 100€, but if you pay with Paypal you pay 102€.

    I can disable the display of the email and phone fields in front-end timeline?

      You can configure only the booking details, that is showing in the booking "pipeline" at the Timeline at the front-end side. You can do this at the Booking > Settings General page in Timeline section for the option "Booking title (TimeLine)".

      But if you will activate this option "Booking details in popover", then system will show popover with booking details in timeline at front-end side with the same data as at admin panel. Its does not possible to configure it separately.

    Is there any possibility we can set the max visitors per hour?
    For example: max 10 visitors at the clock of 10, another 10 at the clock of 11.

      Unfortunately, if you are need to make the several specific number of bookings per the same timeslot at same date in SAME CALENDAR, its does NOT possible in any versions of Booking Calendar. Sorry. Please check my suggestion bellow.

      A) The ability to book for the specific times only possible in the Booking Calendar Business Small / Business Medium versions (and in higher versions for booking resources with capacity =1). Please note if you will make the booking for the specific timeslot, this timeslot become unavailable for the other visitors for that selected date in current specific calendar.

      In lower versions of Booking Calendar possible to make bookings only for restricted timeslots.

      You can configure the timeslots selections on the Booking > Settings > Form page. Please use the "shortcode generator" on the right side of that page for the correct generation of the shortcode.

      You can use one"timerange" (timeslots) or "start time" and"end time" selections or"starttime" and "duration"of time selections shortcodes or even start time and end time entering shortcodes. Please read more about the booking form fields configuration here http://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-form-fields/

      You can test the bookings for the specific time-slots in action on the live demo of Business Small version (which is configured by default for the bookings of specific time-slots) here: http://bs.wpbookingcalendar.com/ Other live demo you will need to reconfigure.

      B) If you need to make the specific number of bookings per days, then you need to check the Booking Calendar Business Large version, where is possible to make several reservations per specific FULL date(s) by visitors (not time slots).       At this version is possible to set capacity of the booking resource, so date(s) in calendar will be available until number of reservations is less then capacity of the booking resource.But in this version is possible to make reservation only for FULL date, not a time slots (time slots in this version only record data in the DB, but do not play any logic in reservation).       Suggestion! I can suggest that you can create the booking resource with specific capacity in Booking Calendar Business Large version for the each of your times and then have the independent own calendar for the each of your time slot for the reservation. Its mean that your visitors firstly, need to select the times in the selectbox, where will be list all your options.

  8. There is not some way to do that via Script? is a basic functionality, every payment gateway has his own fees and taxes, so, for a company is very important to not assume that expenses, the costumer usually pay for it.
    For example, in woocommerce you can do that.

  9. Hello, I use the Multisite Medium Business Version, for a car rental site. I can't set a calendar to not receive a pick-up and drop-off reservation on Sunday. That is, we are closed on Sunday. It must be possible to book Saturday until Monday-Tuesday, anyone who runs but Sunday does not

  10. Maybe I explained wrong. I have to set up calendars so that the start and end of the reservation does not fall on Sunday, but at the same time it is available for Sunday.

      I understood this, and that's why I was explained in my previos email how todo this.
      Start of reservation will not be at the Sunday, if you will select all weekdays, except Sunday, at the Booking > Settings General page in range days selection option.
      End of reservation, you have to define with number of days to select depend form the start day of selection.
      For example, if visitor start selection at Monday, so such visitor can select from 1 to 6 days, and from 8 to 13 days, etc...

      Example:

          Note! Please be careful in configuration of Booking Calendar shortcode with quote symbols. Do not use non standard opening or closing quot symbols. Only standard like: ' The best way to type them from keyboard, and not copy/paste.
