Yes, its possible to make upgrade from lower version to the higher versions of the same editions (for example from the Booking Calendar Personal single site usage version to the Booking Calendar Business Small single site usage version).
But its does not possible to make upgrade from the single site usage version to the "developer" or multi site usage versions or from the "developer" to the multi site usage versions.
The cost of upgrade from the lower to higher versions, usually higher than difference in cost between 2 versions.
The cost of upgrade from the lower to higher versions of single site usage versions higher on $20 than difference in cost between 2 versions.
The cost of upgrade from the lower to higher versions of "developer" edition versions higher on $30 than difference in cost between 2 versions.

Each specific version of Booking Calendar can be single site usage version, developer or multi site usage version.

Booking Calendar "Free" - this version is free, you can download it from WordPress directory.
It's very easy in use and powerful version for the creating reservation of one resource.
At this version is possible to make reservation for the one resource, like a room or car, or some service... etc. You can insert into the post or page the standard booking form with fixed number of fields and availability calendar, where visitor can select single or multiple days. Administrator and visitor can receive the standard email notifications about different actions, like a "new booking", "approve/decline/... of booking", etc... Administrator can make the booking at admin panel at the "Add new booking" menu page and configure the different settings of the booking form and availability calendar at the general booking settings menu page.

Booking Calendar Personal - it's paid version, where is possible to have booking availability calendar for the each of multiple booking resources (like a room, cars or any services, etc…). You can add new and configure exist fields in the booking form. Also you can configure the email templates for the different booking actions. Booking Calendar Business Small - it's paid version, where is possible all actions from previous versions, plus you can receive the bookings for the specific time of date, set the cost of booking resource and integrate the online payment form of supported payment systems. Your visitors can make the rage days selection using the one mouse click in calendar, or setting minimum or sets of fixed number of days selection using 2 mouse clicks (check in and checkout dates), all middle dates will be selected automatically. Also here is possible to use the same date as check in/out date for the different bookings by activating the fixed time at the settings page.
Please note, if you will use the fixed time slot list selection (and not the time entering using the text fields) in the booking form, the timeslot list will be the same for the any date of week, in other words the fixed time slot list is not depend from the week of day. Also if some visitor will reserve the specific time slot at selected date at specific booking resource (calendar), this timeslot become unavailable for the other visitors at this selected date in this booking resource.

Booking Calendar Business Medium - it's paid version, where is possible all actions from previous versions, plus you will have more advanced cost and availability management of the bookings. At this version is possible to set the rates, which will depend from the season filters, plus you can set the more advanced cost for the booking, where cost is depend from the number of selected dates. Also you can set additional cost for the option selection at selectboxes or checkboxes at your booking form. this additional cost can be fixed sum or percent from the final cost of booking. You can even activate and configure for the resources the deposit payment feature, what is mean that visitor will pay at the payment form, the part of the final cost of the booking. This version is also support settings availability per each booking resource, which is depend from the season filters. At this version is possible to set the capacity of the booking resource, it's mean that your visitors can make the several reservations per the same date, in other words, the date(s) in calendar will be available until lumber of reservations per these full dates is less than capacity of the booking resource. Please note, if you will use the timeslot selection for the booking resource with capacity higher than one, so then this timeslot will be simply record as a data into DB according this booking, but will not impact to the time availability. In this version is exist also the "super booking admin users", which can see and manage the bookings and booking resources from the all users and manage the status of other bookings users.   1. I am using Booking Calendar Version Business Small SingleSite 8.4.1.

    A Guest has made a reservation between two dates (Nov 5-6). After they submit they realize they needed one more night. Before it is Accepted the Admin tries to modify the dates (Changed to Nov 5-7) and confirm the booking. When the Modify form is open you can select the new Arrival and Departure dates on the calendar as normal (Nov 5-7), however when the booking is saved and the Modification email is sent it only shows the original dates (Nov 5-6).

    Please help.

      2) Please open the Booking > Settings General page and be sure that this option "Set check out date as available" at the calendar section was unchecked.

  2. I am using the business medium. I setup seasonal filters to change the rates for certain times and all the 2019 dates show up fine but the 2020 dates don't correspond to the filter. The calendar is at https://southbeachpenthouse09.com/reserve - I did the same exact thing for 2020 as I did for 2019. In the list of filters it shows all the dates as 2020 so I know I did it right.
    Here is an example:
    14 -
    600
    $600.00 / day May 1-27 Mon-Thurs May 4, 2020 - May 7, 2020, May 11, 2020 - May 14, 2020, May 18, 2020 - May 21, 2020, May 25, 2020 - May 28, 2020
    It is enabled.
    It shows as 550 in calendar.
    Any help is appreciated.

      1) Please be sure that you have Enabled that other "Rate" for 2020 season filter at the Booking > Resources > Cost and rates page.
      2) Also please recheck for any cache plugins, like "WP Super Cache", "WP Fastest Cache" or "W3 Total Cache". If you are using someone, please deactivate it or add the exception to the page with booking form for do not cache this page(s).
      3) Otherwise please send screenshot of full page of your rates configuration and please send the link to your page with booking form, where you are having the issue (I can not open this page https://southbeachpenthouse09.com/reserve its show "Server was not found" error).

  3. Hi

    I purchased a personal version of the Booking Calendar. Is there an option to let visitors choose preferred start and end time for a booking room instead of offering them pre-defined time-slots?

    If this is not possible, can I get a refund please?

      Its possible to use start time and end time selection in the Booking Calendar Business Small or higher versions.

      Please contact support @ wpbookingcalendar.com for getting additional discount for upgrade to Booking Calendar Business Small version.

      In Booking Calendar Business Small version you can use one "timerange" (timeslots) or "start time" and"end time" selections or"starttime" and "duration"of time selections shortcodes or even start time and end time entering shortcodes.       You can configure the timeslots selections on the Booking > Settings > Form page. Please use the "shortcode generator" on the right side of that page for the correct generation of the shortcode. Please note if you will make the booking for the specific timeslot, this timeslot become unavailable for the other visitors for that selected date in current specific calendar.

  4. Hi,

    I'm not sure if my configuration with Google Calendar is wrong but although I can make an appointment using the plugin fine it isn't showing on my actual Google calendar, just with the booking plugin calendar. Have I missed something?

      Please note, export bookings can work only through .ics feeds (files), which possible to import in Google Calendar (or Airbnb, Booking.com, HomeAway, TripAdvisor, VRBO, FlipKey and any other calendar that uses .ics format ).

      Booking Calendar is generate .ics feed with bookings in real time. But how often some service (like airbnb, or booking.com ) access this .ics feed to import the bookings from Booking Calendar into own system, does not depend from Booking Calendar. So in other words, Booking Calendar does not force to generate import process by third party service, when some booking is created. You need to check with support of this service (like airbnb or booking.com), about how often they can access the .ics feed tor making import.

  5. the form doesn't control if you select an endtime before that start time before click in send Form?

      • I'm talking about time selection with Starttime and Endtime. I would like to control that if a select a Start time (15:00 for example), i will can not select a time before 15:00 in the Endtime.

          1) Its possible to use start time and end time selections in the Booking Calendar Business Small or higher versions.
          Example of configuration at the Booking > Settings > Form page:

          Start time: [select starttime "10:00" "11:00" "12:00" "13:00" "14:00" "15:00" "16:00" "18:00"]
          End time: [select endtime "11:00" "12:00" "13:00" "14:00" "15:00" "16:00" "19:00"]
          

          2) Of course if you select only one day, and select start time as 15:00 and end time as 11:00 system will not allow to submit such booking. Its will show warning, while you try to submit new booking.

          But its does not possible to prevent of such selection. Sorry.

  6. Hello, I want to be able to make reservations for example up to a maximum of rooms, for example if in my hotel I have 2 rooms I can make the reservation up to 2 rooms. How could I do that?

          Its hard to say, because that warning relative to WordPress file (../mydomain.net/wp-admin/includes/plugin.php), and not the specific file in Booking Calendar.
          Its even harder to find issue, if you was made some customization in the source code.

    Once a month we have a course day and you can register for it. How can I select 1 day per month within the booking system? The only thing that can now be, for example, all Thursdays. But I only want to offer 1 Thursday per month

  9. Hi, I have version 8.6 the free edition. I'm using the calendar for restaurant reservations and so far I'm very happy with it.

    Now, I would like to block certain days for reservations. However these are not recurring days but one-time incidents.
    Is this possible and if so where can I do that?

    I use Divi, and the free version of WP Booking Calender. I try to get active locale (language) on a certain page, from where visitors can submit a booking?

    My goal:
    Everything in the form should be in English. So far so good... Yet the send button is in Dutch... this needs to be in English as well.

    I have to open the Booking > Settings > Fields page and add to the booking form this shortcode and JavaScript code. I really can't find where...

    Then I need to add to the shortcode "Content of booking fields data" form to the fields page. This is supposed to be at the bottom of Booking > Settings > Fields page.

    Can somebody help me telling me where to actually put the javascript code and short code via printscreens?
