Yes, its possible to make upgrade from lower version to the higher versions of the same editions (for example from the Booking Calendar Personal single site usage version to the Booking Calendar Business Small single site usage version).
But its does not possible to make upgrade from the single site usage version to the "developer" or multi site usage versions or from the "developer" to the multi site usage versions.
The cost of upgrade from the lower to higher versions, usually higher than difference in cost between 2 versions.
The cost of upgrade from the lower to higher versions of single site usage versions higher on $20 than difference in cost between 2 versions.
The cost of upgrade from the lower to higher versions of "developer" edition versions higher on $30 than difference in cost between 2 versions.
The cost of upgrade from the lower to higher versions of multi site usage versions higher on $50 than difference in cost between 2 versions.

Each specific version of Booking Calendar can be single site usage version, developer or multi site usage version.
Single site usage version, possible to install and activate only at 1 specific website.

Booking Calendar "Free" - this version is free, you can download it from WordPress directory.
It's very easy in use and powerful version for the creating reservation of one resource.
At this version is possible to make reservation for the one resource, like a room or car, or some service... etc. You can insert into the post or page the standard booking form with fixed number of fields and availability calendar, where visitor can select single or multiple days. Administrator and visitor can receive the standard email notifications about different actions, like a "new booking", "approve/decline/... of booking", etc... Administrator can make the booking at admin panel at the "Add new booking" menu page and configure the different settings of the booking form and availability calendar at the general booking settings menu page.

Booking Calendar Personal - it's paid version, where is possible to have booking availability calendar for the each of multiple booking resources (like a room, cars or any services, etc…). You can add new and configure exist fields in the booking form. Also you can configure the email templates for the different booking actions. Booking Calendar Business Small - it's paid version, where is possible all actions from previous versions, plus you can receive the bookings for the specific time of date, set the cost of booking resource and integrate the online payment form of supported payment systems. Your visitors can make the rage days selection using the one mouse click in calendar, or setting minimum or sets of fixed number of days selection using 2 mouse clicks (check in and checkout dates), all middle dates will be selected automatically. Also here is possible to use the same date as check in/out date for the different bookings by activating the fixed time at the settings page.
Please note, if you will use the fixed time slot list selection (and not the time entering using the text fields) in the booking form, the timeslot list will be the same for the any date of week, in other words the fixed time slot list is not depend from the week of day. Also if some visitor will reserve the specific time slot at selected date at specific booking resource (calendar), this timeslot become unavailable for the other visitors at this selected date in this booking resource.

Booking Calendar Business Medium - it's paid version, where is possible all actions from previous versions, plus you will have more advanced cost and availability management of the bookings. At this version is possible to set the rates, which will depend from the season filters, plus you can set the more advanced cost for the booking, where cost is depend from the number of selected dates. Also you can set additional cost for the option selection at selectboxes or checkboxes at your booking form. this additional cost can be fixed sum or percent from the final cost of booking. You can even activate and configure for the resources the deposit payment feature, what is mean that visitor will pay at the payment form, the part of the final cost of the booking. This version is also support settings availability per each booking resource, which is depend from the season filters. Also you can able to configure the several customization of booking form fields, it's mean that different resources can have different form fields. Booking Calendar Business Large - it's paid version, where is possible all actions from previous versions, plus you can make the several reservations per the same FULL date (not a time slot) for the same booking resource (availability calendar). At this version is possible to set the capacity of the booking resource, it's mean that your visitors can make the several reservations per the same date, in other words, the date(s) in calendar will be available until lumber of reservations per these full dates is less than capacity of the booking resource. Please note, if you will use the timeslot selection for the booking resource with capacity higher than one, so then this timeslot will be simply record as a data into DB according this booking, but will not impact to the time availability. Also at this version you will be able to search the available booking resources in your pages or posts for the specific check in/out dates and specific number of visitors. Booking Calendar MultiUser - it's paid version, where is possible all actions from previous versions, plus each registered WordPress user of your site can have independent, individual, own booking admin panel. In this version is exist also the "super booking admin users", which can see and manage the bookings and booking resources from the all users and manage the status of other bookings users.       Unfortunately, the Booking Calendar does not support integration with WooCommerce plugin. Sorry.
      The Business Small and higher versions of the Booking Calendar is support Stripe, PayPal (Standard and PayPal Pro Hosted Solution (please note, PayPal PayPal Pro Hosted Solution its does not the same as PayPal Pro)), Authorize.Net, Sage Pay, iDEAL via Sisow and iPay88 payment gateways integration, other payment systems are not supporting yet. You can configure and activate it at the Booking > Settings > Payment page.

    how can i change it to ID ( from 1 to 8 )

      By default the booking resources are sorting alphabetically.

      Only in the Booking Calendar Business Large or higher version booking resources sorting by the priority key, which possible to set at the Booking > Resources page.

    I have the same booking calendar code on both websites.

    1. https://www.karaokeottawa.com/book-a-karaoke-party
    2. https://45.77.185.160/ (the certificate will be invalid because you're browsing via IP)

    When using the 'cost_hint' shortcode located below the calendar "Karaoke Party Cost $XX" the cost is not calculated (website 1), the widget "spins" and displays no price. 

    If you visit (website 2.) the 'cost_hint' displays correctly under the calendar.

    In both cases clicking the calendar should display the estimated cost.

      1) It’s seems like some security restrictions issue. When your server block Ajax requests.

      2) Please recheck your error.log in your server configuration, about any relative errors. If you can not find error.log file, please contact support of your hosting company about helping in finding this file.

      3) Please try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu and make testing after each plugin deactivation.
      If its not help, please deactivate all your plugins and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again.
      We just need to find the reason of this issue.

      • 2) Please recheck your error.log in your server configuration, about any relative errors.

        The issue when clicking on the calendar is a divide by zero error:

          May be you was incorrectly configured some costs at the Booking > Resources > Cost and rates page or at the Booking > Resources > Advanced cost page.

          It’s seems like some of your costs was set to 0.

          Please recheck your costs. But I do not sure that issue relative to this.

          It’s possible that you still have some security restrictions.

  4. Hello,
    After "approving a booking" or "send payment by email", all of my costs are figured correctly, nightly rate, number of nights, nightly discount, additional cleaning fee and taxes, deposit due 50%, balance due before 30 days, ( i am testing over 60 days out) but the total sent to Paypal or Stripe, (which both work and get the payments into my bank account) is NOT the DEPOSIT AMOUNT, it is always the Full Amount, after nightly discount of course). I have tried fixing this for days now, have created 2 new forms, turned deposit on and off and everything else I can think of, but I can get the payment form to submit the DEPOSIT to Palpal or Stripe.
    Am I missing something obvious or is the DEPOSIT code broken?
    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    In the very beginning weeks ago I did see both the Deposit and Full Amounts in 2 separate Paypal buttons at the bottom of the payment form, but can't get them back.

    • Hello.
      1) If you need to show the "both payment form and deposit payment forms", after visitor created new, booking, so then you need to activate this option "Show deposit and total booking cost together" at the Booking > Settings > Payment page in Payment Options section.

      2) But in case, if you are sending payment request email (from the booking Listing page), in this case system will show only one payment form for the "balance sum" (which you edited, or not) at the booking Listing page.

      Here is little instruction about MANUAL sending payment request for payment balance (rest from the sum).

      Please read firstly this article about the correct configuration of the "payment link" : http://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/configure-editing-cancel-payment-bookings-for-visitors/
      Then open the Booking > Settings > Emails page and configure and set active the "Payment request" email.

      At the admin panel (if you was activated deposit payment) at the booking listing page for the specific booking you will see in the cost field the FULL cost, but inside of the "notes section" (you can activate it by pressing the note button at the right side of the each section), you will see the description similar to this:

      Total cost: $135.00 / deposit: $54.00, balance: $81.00 / - 11.11.2019

      Here is instruction about how to send payment request:

      If you are want to request from the visitor to pay THE SPECIFIC sum, you are need to make these steps:

      a) Edit the cost of the booking, and enter the sum, which will show at the payment form.
      You are need to change the cost and then press the save button to save the new cost.

      This is the cost that will be showing in the payment form, after sending payment request!

      b) Press the send payment request button to send the email with link to the payment form for the specific booking.

    We need your help as our booking system has started to get tricky. It has worked well in the past.Our customers can make reservations and they receive a confirmation email with a link where they can change their booking. It works, but only for a while (10 min - 10 h).
    "Wrong booking hash in the address. Probably the hash code is no longer valid."

    We also noticed that the program changes settings by itself. I set the cost of our resources to 0 and save, but after a while (10 min - 10 h) the program has changed to 25.

    • Hello.
      1) Please note, Booking Calendar does not change the cost of booking resources by own-self. Please recheck that some of your other visitors was not changed such cost by mistake. Change passwords of your WordPress users.

      Update your version of Booking Calendar to the latest update 8.7
      You can request the new update of Booking Calendar on this page: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/request-update/

      And recheck for any cache plugins, like "WP Super Cache", "WP Fastest Cache" or "W3 Total Cache". If you are using someone, please deactivate it or add the exception to the page with booking form for do not cache this page(s).

      2) Relative issue with HASH. If you was activated this option "Change hash after the booking is approved" at the Booking > Settings General page in Advanced section, and have approved specific booking, so then possible such issue like in your description. Please deactivate that option, or send new link in "approved email" to your visitors.

        Okay, I'm not saying that the program changes the cost by itself, but when I did some testing tonight for 3h, the cost inexplicably changed 4 times. (No mistake).
        When I started a test, I changed the cost from $ 25 (program preset) to $ 0 for all resources. At the same time, I made a reservation and checked that the link in the email worked and it did. Every five minutes I then checked that the cost was still $ 0 and that the link worked and it did for 15-90 minutes (see schedule).
        After a while at each test so when I looked at resources the cost had changed back to $ 25 and when I then tested the link it had simultaneously stopped working.

        In Test 4 I changed the cost to $ 1 instead but after 90 minutes the cost was again at $ 25.
        We have no Cache plugins and the option to "Change hash after the booking is approved" has always been disabled.

        We bought Booking calendar Business Small 2019-03-21. From 2019-05-01 we have used it sharp and it worked well all summer. In the autumn, comments began to emerge that sometimes it was not possible to change and cancel. When we failed to recreate the problem, we could not do anything (we tested to make a reservation and immediately after going in and changing and then it worked. We did not think about waiting a few hours).

        Looking now at the satestik, I see that all 303 bookings made up to 2019-09-04 have the cost $ 0 and after that the cost suddenly became $ 25. Since we did not charge we did not respond to it. Only now these days have we put it in connection with the link My bookings stop working.
        I don't know, but it's possible that we did some updating there in early September. Then we had free updates as it was within 6 months.
        I have not been able to test updating to version 8.7 as you suggest since the time for free updates has passed and it worked well with the version we bought.

        Hope this information helps you find a solution to the problem for me.

          Its really weird... May be you are having some plugin that make activating and deactivation of the Booking Calendar plugin with such reset ?
          1) Please try to update your version of Booking Calendar to the latest update 8.7
          The link was sent to your email. Please check spam folder, if you do not see it in inbox.
          2) Also please recheck about any conflicts with some other plugin or actual theme.
          Please try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu and make testing after each plugin deactivation.
          If its not help, please deactivate all your plugins and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again.
          We just need to find the reason of this issue.

    is there a manual, or an online-course available to see and learn more about all you can do and how to use the fullest this booking system + online payments + google agenda + everything thats in there to use this the most optical as possible. Cause we have some little problems or I wanna learn more about and finding a good way to do self-study and a way to explain other workers. i am not the website builder, I own the website and wanne see what i can do more

    I need something practical and clear (like for Dummies), not with codes and etcetera

    I have different types of calendars, time selection, day selection(with Full day range day), etc.
    I need another for a group of resources with a fixed quantity of days (22 days).
    I used this:

    bk_days_selection_mode = 'fixed';
    bk_1click_mode_days_num = 22; // Number of days selection with 1 mouse click
    bk_1click_mode_days_start = [-1]; // { -1 - Any | 0 - Su, 1 - Mo, 2 - Tu, 3 - We, 4 - Th, 5 - Fr, 6 - Sat }

    It is not working at all, if i click somewhere, nothing happens.
    I have global configuration of "multiple days selection" but with 2 clicks or 1click selection nothing happens aswell.

    It is very important for me this step, because it is necessary to book one day or one month.

          Such selection possible, only if all days (which you try to select) are available. You have defined Sundays and Saturdays as unavailable weekdays, that’s why you can not select.
          Ravage days deletion mode, require that all consecutive days must be available for selection.

              The only way to make such selection to deactivate the unavailable weekdays in the calendar.
              And even if you will make fix for making such selection with unavailable days, you are still will have booking of those unavailable days during creation of the booking.
              The purpose of not ability to make selection as in your example to not book already booked or unavailable days.

  8. The problem becomes because there is another calendar to book single days,
    so could I activate Saturday and Sunday and do something in javascript in that page to don't be able to select weekend days?
