Yes, its possible to make upgrade from lower version to the higher versions of the same editions (for example from the Booking Calendar Personal single site usage version to the Booking Calendar Business Small single site usage version).
But its does not possible to make upgrade from the single site usage version to the "developer" or multi site usage versions or from the "developer" to the multi site usage versions.
The cost of upgrade from the lower to higher versions, usually higher than difference in cost between 2 versions.

Also here is possible to use the same date as check in/out date for the different bookings by activating the fixed time at the settings page.

You can show cost hints separately for the each items, that have additional cost at Booking > Resources > Advanced cost page. For example, if you have configured additional cost for my_tax option at Advanced cost page, then in booking form you can use this shortcode [my_tax_hint] to show additional cost of this specific option. Add "_hint" term to name of shortcode for creation hint shortcode.

Unfortunately, Booking Calendar does not support the upload fields. It does not contain functionality for file uploading!
If you need that visitor upload some file during the booking process, then please configure in the email template (that is sent to the visitor, after the visitor made the booking) some link to the secret page, where there will exist some form for uploading files.
For uploading files, please use some other plugin, then just insert into that "secret" page some form for the ability to upload files by your visitor.

2) Enable this system.
3) Enter "Publishable key" and "Secret key" from your Stripe account.
4) Save changes.

hi, I bought booking calendar today but I had already been using it for a year. However, I can't get to my idea of booking. I hope you can help me, thanks in advance 🙂
On this page https://www.elbamtb.it/en/bike-shuttle/ I manage bike-shuttle requests. The bike shuttle is taking people in a van, with their bikes, to the top of a hill and then they go down. My goal is to have a calendar where a single person or couple, books/enters the waiting list, so that other people can join (and therefore reduce costs). Because the cost of the van is fixed and is divided among the group (the more the better up to a maximum of 7 people).
There would be 2 problems but I'll start with the first one which is the most important and, in my opinion, it is easy to solve if I find the option: the first problem is that in the calendar, as soon as a person books, the date is blocked even though there are other resources available in the admin panel.

I have a question. I have finally listed my accommodation on booking.com. Now I am using export of the wp booking calendar to Booking. com. That works normal and fine. When I use reverse way - meaning importing .ics file from booking there is a mistake. I imported it now just manually I have found out, that there is mistake in dates. On booking.com I have added reservation on dates 29-31 May 2026 but in WP booking calendar it is only booked for 29-30 May 2026, that is bad. How can I solved it?
Then when this mistake is solved I want to setup CRON to refresh (sync) Booking.com calendar with WP booking calendar, every 5 minutes. My hosting is OK to setup CRON, they have that option. But I do not know how to set it up on my website, is it ok to place import shortcodes for calendars on main page and hide (hidden by elementor) them? for user?

1) Please open the WP Booking Calendar > Settings > Sync > "General" page and be sure to enable this option "Append check out day" in Import section.
2) You can define CRON at your server for periodically access pages with import .ics feeds shortcodes and start import process during specific time-intervals, then check this: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/cron-script/
Relative Import.
Please note, the import process is working in that case, when a visitor opens your website page with booking import shortcode. So you can configure CRON at your server, for periodically accessing this page with booking import shortcodes to start the import process. Or you can insert the import shortcode before booking form shortcode, so firstly the system will start the import process and only then show the booking form, when someone visits your page.

Shot summary.
Firstly you need to check that you have activated and configured the email templates at the Booking > Settings > Emails page:
- option "Enable / Disable" at the specific email templates at the Booking > Settings > Emails page, must be checked
- also "From" field at the specific email template must to have the same website DNS as your website.
But in most situations you will need to install and configure some SMTP plugin.

Why do you need to have an SMTP plugin?
SMTP plugins have to fix your email deliverability by reconfiguring WordPress to use a proper SMTP provider when sending emails.
This is a problem for a lot of WordPress sites because by default, WordPress uses the PHP mail function to send emails generated by WordPress.
The issue is that most WordPress hosting companies don’t have their servers properly configured for sending PHP emails.
The combination of two causes your WordPress emails to not get delivered.
It also can be a reason why your emails are marked as spam.
