Yes, its possible to make upgrade from lower version to the higher versions of the same editions (for example from the Booking Calendar Personal single site usage version to the Booking Calendar Business Small single site usage version).
But its does not possible to make upgrade from the single site usage version to the "developer" or multi site usage versions or from the "developer" to the multi site usage versions.
The cost of upgrade from the lower to higher versions, usually higher than difference in cost between 2 versions.
The cost of upgrade from the lower to higher versions of single site usage versions higher on $20 than difference in cost between 2 versions.
The cost of upgrade from the lower to higher versions of "developer" edition versions higher on $30 than difference in cost between 2 versions.
The cost of upgrade from the lower to higher versions of multi site usage versions higher on $50 than difference in cost between 2 versions.

Each specific version of Booking Calendar can be single site usage version, developer or multi site usage version.
Single site usage version, possible to install and activate only at 1 specific website.
Developer edition version, possible to install and activate at 2 different websites. Its can be test (developer) server and live website.
Multi site usage version, possible to install and activate maximum on 5 different websites.

Booking Calendar "Free" - this version is free, you can download it from WordPress directory.
It's very easy in use and powerful version for the creating reservation of one resource.
At this version is possible to make reservation for the one resource, like a room or car, or some service... etc. You can insert into the post or page the standard booking form with fixed number of fields and availability calendar, where visitor can select single or multiple days. Administrator and visitor can receive the standard email notifications about different actions, like a "new booking", "approve/decline/... of booking", etc... Administrator can make the booking at admin panel at the "Add new booking" menu page and configure the different settings of the booking form and availability calendar at the general booking settings menu page.

Booking Calendar Personal - it's paid version, where is possible to have booking availability calendar for the each of multiple booking resources (like a room, cars or any services, etc…). You can add new and configure exist fields in the booking form. Also you can configure the email templates for the different booking actions. Booking Calendar Business Small - it's paid version, where is possible all actions from previous versions, plus you can receive the bookings for the specific time of date, set the cost of booking resource and integrate the online payment form of supported payment systems. Your visitors can make the rage days selection using the one mouse click in calendar, or setting minimum or sets of fixed number of days selection using 2 mouse clicks (check in and checkout dates), all middle dates will be selected automatically. Also here is possible to use the same date as check in/out date for the different bookings by activating the fixed time at the settings page.
Please note, if you will use the fixed time slot list selection (and not the time entering using the text fields) in the booking form, the timeslot list will be the same for the any date of week, in other words the fixed time slot list is not depend from the week of day. Also if some visitor will reserve the specific time slot at selected date at specific booking resource (calendar), this timeslot become unavailable for the other visitors at this selected date in this booking resource.

Booking Calendar Business Medium - it's paid version, where is possible all actions from previous versions, plus you will have more advanced cost and availability management of the bookings. At this version is possible to set the rates, which will depend from the season filters, plus you can set the more advanced cost for the booking, where cost is depend from the number of selected dates. Also you can set additional cost for the option selection at selectboxes or checkboxes at your booking form. this additional cost can be fixed sum or percent from the final cost of booking. You can even activate and configure for the resources the deposit payment feature, what is mean that visitor will pay at the payment form, the part of the final cost of the booking. This version is also support settings availability per each booking resource, which is depend from the season filters. Also you can able to configure the several customization of booking form fields, it's mean that different resources can have different form fields. Booking Calendar Business Large - it's paid version, where is possible all actions from previous versions, plus you can make the several reservations per the same FULL date (not a time slot) for the same booking resource (availability calendar). At this version is possible to set the capacity of the booking resource, it's mean that your visitors can make the several reservations per the same date, in other words, the date(s) in calendar will be available until lumber of reservations per these full dates is less than capacity of the booking resource. Please note, if you will use the timeslot selection for the booking resource with capacity higher than one, so then this timeslot will be simply record as a data into DB according this booking, but will not impact to the time availability. Also at this version you will be able to search the available booking resources in your pages or posts for the specific check in/out dates and specific number of visitors. Booking Calendar MultiUser - it's paid version, where is possible all actions from previous versions, plus each registered WordPress user of your site can have independent, individual, own booking admin panel. It's mean that each regular registered WordPress user can see only OWN booking resources and bookings and can configure the own booking form fields and email templates, own payment form integration data and costs of booking resources as some other settings... In this version is exist also the "super booking admin users", which can see and manage the bookings and booking resources from the all users and manage the status of other bookings users.     I have the free version on my website and just purchased the personal version. I don't see any where you can enter the new key for registration of product to upgrade the site. Is this possible or do I have to delete every thing and start from scratch?

    we are using the multi-domain version of the plugin and have the following problem:
    The radio button doesnt make the required Check before the form posts.

    I set up everything right:
    [radio* payment-method use_label_element "PayPal@@paypal" "Credit_Card@@stripe" "Bank_Transfer@@bank_transfer"]

    In the frontend the classes are set in the inputs: wpdev-validates-as-required wpdev-radio

    But when i fire the form without checking one radio Button it is not checking it and doenst show any error messege.

    What could be the problem here?

      Please use radio button with one preselected option by default

      So it’s will not be possible to unselect all options there. Visitor will select one option in any case or use selected.

      Please be sure to use the latest update of Booking Calendar 8.7.2

  3. Hi,
    Is there a way to get the price per night of a ressource without passing by the shortcode of your plugin ?
    My accommodation are set up as custom post type, and custom in code through the theme.
    I want to display cost per night dynamically through PHP of my theme.
    I tried with your shortcode but they are not working outside the backoffice input.
    Is there any way to do that ?

    Is it possible to provide information about confirmed bookings to any user? In example if a user (who is not logged in to wp) wants to place a booking wich is impossible because that resource ist already booked, than he should be able to see who did that booking or e.g. the information given in [content].
    And yes, we are taking care of peoples privacy, the website is only available for people who are allowed to acmes that information.

    • Hello.
      At front end side possible to show the booking details in mouse over tooltip in Timeline view in paid versions of Booking Calendar .
      It’s the same view as in Calendar Overview page in Admin panel but in read only mode.
      Please note it’s does not the inline month view calendar where you can select the date(s) for booking.
      In timeline view it’s showing tooltip at the checking day of booking. Check it here https://bm.wpbookingcalendar.com/timeline/

      Also in the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions you can activate this option "Show booking details in tooltip" at the Booking > Settings General page.
      Its will show booking details in usual inline month view calendar but only for the bookings that was made for specific timeslots.

    I'm trying to export all my appointments into a .csv file, but when trying to download, i get the following message:
    "Wrong Path. Error during exporting CSV file!"
    What can I do to fix it?

      1) The exported file must be exported into the new directory

      ../wp-content/wpbc_csv/bookings_export.csv

      Please recheck that this directory is existing, otherwise please create it.

      /wp-content/wpbc_csv/

      and recheck if you see there exported file bookings_export.csv

      2) Please try to delete this ../wp-content/wpbc_csv/bookings_export.csv file in your server directory, and then try to create new export.

      Such issue possible because such directory was not created during activation of plugin, because of conflict with some other plugin.

  7. Hi I have purchased the small business versions of the plugin.

    I have 3 cars that can be booked by staff but I only want one booking page. Is it book a car via a dropdown list on the booking form?

          It seems like you are having some missing closing HTML tag at the Booking > Settings > Form page in "Content of booking fields data" form (at the bottom of tat page).
          Recheck that each DIV or SPAN or P tags have relative closing HTML tag.
          For example:

          <div> ... </div>

              1) This form is seems correct. If you are using the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions and you ave configured several custom booking forms, so then please recheck about this issue in ALL your custom booking forms.

              2) Otherwise Probably, its because of conflict with some other plugin or actual theme.
              Please try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu and make testing after each plugin deactivation.
              If its not help, please deactivate all your plugins and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again.
              We just need to find the reason of this issue.

                    By default its does not possible, but you can insert the booking forms into the password protected pages (its standard functionality of WordPress).
                    So after this you can inform password to these pages to your registered WordPress users, and only such users will be able to make the bookings.

    • Hello.
      Basically, you can switch email from the Visual view mode to Text view mode (content editor) at the Booking > Settings > Emails page, and then insert this code, as in API in gmail markup, and then configure your emails with this code.
      Shortcodes in that code, must be automatically replaced by data, during sending emails.

  9. Hello,

    When doing a booking and email confirmation comes through its not showing the correct date. for example its always showing one day beforehand ie if you book for 06.06.2020 it will come through as 05.06.2020 on email confirmation but on calendar it will show correctly as 06.06.2020

      Probably, its because of conflict with some other plugin or actual theme.
      Please try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu and make testing after each plugin deactivation.
      If its not help, please deactivate all your plugins and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again.
      We just need to find the reason of this issue.
