Yes, the plugin will continue to function as before, but you won't receive free updates for Booking Calendar.
While the plugin should work with your current WordPress version, there is a potential risk of conflicts with future WordPress updates. We can't predict the changes in future WordPress updates, and older plugin versions may experience issues.
To ensure the best performance, prevent potential compatibility or security issues, and keep your bookings safe, we strongly recommend keeping your Booking Calendar up-to-date and maintaining an active subscription for the latest updates and support.
Upon the initial purchase of the plugin, you can request free updates for your Booking Calendar version (if updates available) within 6 months after initial purchase of plugin. Additionally, alongside this purchase for receiving the latest update, you can activate an optional subscription at a discounted rate.

Yes, its possible to make upgrade from lower version to the higher versions of the same editions (for example from the Booking Calendar Personal single site usage version to the Booking Calendar Business Small single site usage version).
But its does not possible to make upgrade from the single site usage version to the "developer" or multi site usage versions or from the "developer" to the multi site usage versions.
The cost of upgrade from the lower to higher versions, usually higher than difference in cost between 2 versions.
The cost of upgrade from the lower to higher versions of single site usage versions higher on $5 than difference in cost between 2 versions.
The cost of upgrade from the lower to higher versions of "developer" edition versions higher on $10 than difference in cost between 2 versions.

Your visitors can make the rage days selection using the one mouse click in calendar, or setting minimum or sets of fixed number of days selection using 2 mouse clicks (check in and checkout dates), all middle dates will be selected automatically. Also here is possible to use the same date as check in/out date for the different bookings by activating the fixed time at the settings page.
Please note, if you will use the fixed time slot list selection (and not the time entering using the text fields) in the booking form, the timeslot list will be the same for the any date of week, in other words the fixed time slot list is not depend from the week of day. HI I Have a worpress themes version 6.61 cpanel version 118. build 13 and booking Calendar personal single user
I have a salon where I am the only employee and I give 6 different type of treatment with different length in time for each treatment
IE 30 minutes, 1 hour, 1H30 and 2 hours
Now how do I set up my calendar so they don't overlap when the client book the treatment. since I am the only employee ?

In the Booking Calendar Business Small or higher versions you can use the start time and duration of time shortcode.
Because the durations for the treatments are different, then you can identificate what treatment was booked.
But for the customers at the front end side you will show only start time selectbox and
treatment selectbox.

1) You need to use only one booking resource - booking form.
2) If you do not see the booked dates in calendar at the front-end, please open the General Booking Settings page and in the “Capacity section”, please be sure that you have not activated this option: “Allow unlimited bookings per same day(s):”. This option must be unchecked. If its checked, please uncheck it and update the settings.
Also this option “Use pending days as available” must be unchecked, as well.

I am still trying to figure out how to make a custom form for each resource. I realize that I must have the Business medium or large to have this feature. I have gone on your Business Medium Admin Demo and tried to do this. General>Settings>BookingForm. While I am on here I see how to add and change form fields but I still can not figure out how to save a custom form. At the bottom of the form there is just a "Save" button. There is not a way to NAME or "Save As". I have figured out how to assign a specific form to a specific resource. Resources and click the small icon over on the side of the resource that says "Customize Booking Calendar Short code". This allows me to be able to choose the form I want that calendar to use. BUT.. I still do not understand HOW to make a custom "Form" that I can assign to that resource.
So... Tell me if my guess is right. I am guessing that when I purchase the Business Medium version there will be a Save As button on the custom form page? Or a place where you can name that form in some fashion?? Because unless there is something different in the real version than what the Online Demo shows I am still completely confused as to how I make and save a custom form to assign to a specific resource.
I am ready to purchase this app but not unless I am sure it will work for me. The location that I am working on has accommodations as well as services for the guests and I need to create calendars for both. Each calendar will need different information to place a reservation (booking). Thank you in advance for any help, tips or guidance in this matter.

Hello.
1) Please open the WP Booking Calendar > Settings > Booking Form page.
2.1) At the top toolbar click on "Add New Custom Form" button.
2.2) Then Enter the name of new booking form in text field.
2.3) After this click on Create button (near this text field).
Page will be automatically reloaded and the new custom booking form created!
3) Now you can see in the select-box at the top toolbar that is selected your custom booking form (that was created few moments ago).
You can configure form fields and booking form structure.
Please use shortcode generator at the right side of the Booking > Settings > Form page for the fast and correct creation of booking form fields.
Then click on Save changes button to save changes in your custom booking form.
4) For inserting custom booking form and specific booking resource into the page, please be sure to configure correctly the Booking Calendar shortcode.

I have another question.
It looks like I am going to have about10 calendars on the site I am building. 6 for accomodation resources and 4 for services. I want to use the Booking Manager app to provide an ICS feed to several people. I have download the Booking Manager and I have been able to set up the ICS feed and I have it working. Here is what I need to do (if I can)
I need one ICS feed to for all the calnendars.
I need one ICS feed for each of the 4 services. (services are provided by different providers).
This way I can have one general manager who sees EVERYTHING that is going on and each of the providers can have a feed to let them know when to provide those services.
Can I do this with the Business Medium version of your app?

I got it! I was looking for a way to name the form at the bottom where you hit save. Normally you would "SAVE AS" and then name it. I finally figured out that you have to select the custom form button at the top and give it a name "BEFORE" you make the form and then save.

So I have been able to figure out how to do just about all I want to do with your app. I have just one last item I would like your advice on.
I have 4 different service providers. Lets say I have a Coach, an onsite Car Wash service, An Accommodation and a Painting service.
Can I make the payment gateway send funds to different accounts? So the Coach can be paid directly and The Car Wash service gets paid independently and so on. But all the calendars are hosted on the parent site?

You need to check the Booking Calendar MultiUser version. In this version for each WordPress user you can activate the own booking admin panel.
And inside of such booking admin panels, you can configure the different settings. Including the different payment system configuration.
In the Booking Calendar MultiUser version, each registered WordPress user (your owner) can have their own independent booking admin panel. They'll be able to see and manage only their own booking resources and some other settings such as booking form configurations, emails, etc... Other owners won't see bookings from this owner; they'll only see their own bookings. You can find more details at this page https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#multiuser
Additionally, each owner (user) will receive emails about the bookings for their own service(s) or property (booking resource(s)) and can approve or decline them. I would like to have 2 different types of calendars. One thas sells accomodation - over night, and one that sells tours - a few hours and can sell 2 a day.

Probably you will be need to configure the 2 different custom booking forms. One form for dates selection and other booking form with times selection for towers.
So in case if you need to have several different booking forms with different form fields configurations, then it's possible in the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions.

because you are using the time slots field ("rangetime"), instead of start time and duration of time fields in the booking form.
And you are using the Booking Calendar Free version.
Please note, the "start time and duration of time fields" possible to use ONLY in the Booking Calendar Business Small or higher versions.
2) If you want to use the start time and duration of time fields, then upgrade to Booking Calendar Business Small version.
